A fun thriller anime where a guy becomes more emotionless as the parasyte genes takes over him. At first I was surprised at the use of dubstep music for the fight scenes but I honestly kinda vibe with it. I like the bond that grew between Shinichi and Mugi and the show has nice themes about humanity of the values of life and being top of the food chain. The whole bit with Kana is a bit weird as she stalks Shinichi because she can sense an aura from him so he's somehow her ideal partner which I mean ok I guess, I don't really ... know the whole point of it but at least they didn't drag it out which is honestly what I'm expecting but her character still could've developed more. The conflict with Mirano is a bit repetitive as she just keeps suspecting him and says "you're Shinichi Izumi aren't you?" nearly every episode she's in and it could get a little tiring but it has a nice enough conclusion to it. Also I felt like they forgot about the whole hair pull thing after it got introduced to the story as a way to differentiate between human and parasyte as a lot of the conflict could be resolved if they just ask the group of people to pull their out hair like when they are trying to find Ryouka Tamiya or when they holding the building hostage so it is a bit weird how the author just never brought it up again. With that said it is still a pretty solid anime.

My ranking for each arc starting from the best:

1.YorkNew City Arc
The Phantom Troupe villains are great that's all I have to say. Kurapika is also more focused this time around and it's enjoyable seeing his true potential with his nen ability and him finally achieving his goal he has from the start of the show.

2.Election Arc
Killua's brother is cute and in the same time frightening especially his powers but the bond between him and Killua is nice and Leorio is back after absent for two whole arcs in the show and he is still great as ever. Kurapika though is unfortunately absent ... util like 5 seconds at the end throughout the arc which is a shame considering that all the other characters appears as cameo in this and this also might be the last time we saw these characters. This is also does serve as a nice enough conclusion to the show with Gon finally metting his dad and all that since that was his orginal goal in the first place even though the manga is still ongoing. Though it probably will talke a while till we get the animated continuation of the show (or never at all who knows)

3.Chimera Ant Arc
Really love the genuine and wholesome bond between the King and the kid and this is where most of the impressive fight scene takes place throughout the show like the fight between the Chairman and the King and the fight between Gon and Pitou and he even grows long hair and that's pretty cool. The Chimera Ants themselves are also nice threatening enemies and their powers are pretty cool like the dart fish one that is pretty unique and I like how some of them even helps the main protaganist. Though I do admit it does take a while for the story to keep going and the earlier episodes kinda dragged with the training arc but still a banger arc.

4.Hunter Exam Arc
The first arc of the show and what a great way to start it. The main four characters are great and I love the chemistry and interactions between them. The Hunter Exam isselves can also be pretty damm fun with the challenges and games it presented. I guess there is this one asshole character who purposely joins every year to be a prick to others and he is kinda annoying but he does serves as a nice enough obstacle for the others so he's fine I suppose. And Leorio joins Obake from Steins Gate as characters who look like middle aged men but are actually 19 and 18 years old which is way younger than they look.

5.Greed Island Arc
Villains who are just straight up assholes are great and Genthru is pretty much that, especially if he has a satisfying enough comeuppance in the end. Bisky is also a fun character and a good teacher to Gin and Killua, she also becomes buff at one point and that sure is hysterica to watch.

6.Heavens Arena Arc
Hisoka is pretty sus in this but as tournament arc of anime goes it's pretty good. The Nen system is pretty unique and it's cool how each character have their own specific nen types of abilities.

7.Zoldyck Family Arc
It's a short arc compared to the others so can't really say much of it. Keep in mind that isn't really a single HxH arc that I would call bad so even is this lowest ranked it's still pretty good. It reveals more Killua's family even the Discord mod character

Overall pretty solid show.

I always like the "rooting for the underdogs" story which is exactly what it is here, you can definitely feel some sympathy when Class E kept getting shit on but the other students so it's even satisfying when you see Class E succeeding in something like the baseball match or the school exam and you can definitely tell Koro Sensei has changed their lives for the better. Speaking of Koro Sensei though, he is easily the best part of the show with his funny dialogue, goofy ass facial expressions, unique powers and his genuine bond with his students, you can tell he really cares about ... them. I also really enjoyed how colourful and vibrant the animation is. The climax at the end is cool too though Nagisa kinda attempts practacally the same thing to the main antagonist this season and it still works somehow so that was weird but still enjoyable overall.

Isekai Quartet is back again with a movie installment while still retaining it's chibi artsyle and how it is? Well it's alright I guess. The first two seasons are more enjoyable but I guess I wouldn't say this is a complete waste of my time.

Let's be honest we're all watching Isekai Quartet just to see the cool crossover aspect and character interactions between the different isekai series and this movie continues to deliver just that with pairngs you rarely see before like Kazuma & Ainz, Subaru & Demiurge, Naofumi and Tanya's henchman and more and their interactions are still relatively charming. The jokes are ... pretty much what you expect from the series with it mostly coming from the character's usual schtick and references to their original series though I do admit Kazuma stealing panty joke does get pretty old and predictable but it does subverts the expectation at the end with him doing a really nice thing for the new characters with his steal ability which I can appreciate. Also for some reason Subaru and Beatrice relationship seems like it carries over post season 2 which is weird, do the Re Zero characters jump out of the Isekai Quartet world and back to their original world and then after S2 jump back to the Isekai Quartet world? I don't really know how that works tbh. And if it does happen post S2 then shouldn't Rem still be asleep? Oh well I guess it doesn't for a non canon series like this.

Speking of the new characters though, I like how each of them represents each of the Isekai series (excluding Overlord and Shield Hero) and they have pretty understandable motivations for what they're doing as well. Though I do wish they build up Pantagruel and Vera's friendship more before the climax or at least show more screen time of their friendship because I don't really feel a bond between them at all which is why the emotional moments during the last third of the movie felt kinda forced. But the characters themselves are still enjoyable to watch and their interaction with the other Isekai characters are pretty nice. The plot itself surrounding the characters isn't very interesting though, I just felt like the serious tone is odd and out of place for a wacky crossover chibi series like and I absolutely cannot take it seriously.

The animation still keeps that chibi artstyle from the orginal show again like I said but there is at least more movements shown in the movie so that's something I suppose. I don't really know if that counts as a compliment but hey at least the climax is neat.

Overall it's an ok movie that's not going to wow anyone over but if you enoyed the first two seasons chances are you might find some enjoyment from this movie as well. Though this series really does not need a grand epic story around it as watching the characters from different Isekai series just having fun banter with each other is entertaining enough already. Oh yeah also don't forgot to watch the after credits scene which added two new characters to a possible third season of the show.

That certainly is an interesting experience. Comedy is subjective so not everyone is going to find this funny but honestly I don't know if my sense of humour is broken but I do actually laugh at some of the skits like the Donca Sis segment or the Marilyn Monroe skit. What I can acnowlege the show does really well though is the different unique animation styles they're using like the puppets, eight bit pixel animation, skecthy 2d style and others. The hellshake yano flipbook segment is also really creative and cool.

Howver, sometimes the anime can be too self aware like I appericite it knowing ... that it's shit but maybe they might of overplayed the meta a bit too much like there's at least one joke in every episode where they called out themselves for being shit and it can be really tiring sometimes. There's also a reliant on pop culture references but thankfully they frontloaded it all only in the first episode and spread it out throughout the show so good for them (also didn't expect that undertale reference). Other than that, in a sketch comedy like this not all the jokes are going to land and it's more apparent here as somethimes I don't really get the punchline they're tyring to make and in other times it's just random bullshit happening and that's basically the joke. So the comedy can pretty hit or miss sometimes.

But overall I did have an ok time with it and I would recommend it if this is your type of humour.
