Where to begin...
Story:
The story is pretty good. It has its moments where you could sympathize with the characters with all they been through and understand their reasoning for doing what they do. I love the moral of the story, it centers around the 'be careful of what you wish for' message which rare to see in any movies or series in my opinion. However, I find the emotional factor of the story to be lacking, the final moments of the movie are not really exciting and so are the drama scenes.

Charlotte had a great first 3 episode, the tone was set for an anime focused on deep storytelling as the main cast deals with helping other 'super-natural' kids like them whilst also dealing with the danger of having their powers known by all, but two episodes later it suddenly became a slice of life show and then another two episodes later, it suddenly became dark...? After all of it, Yu (the main hero) suddenly pulls out a Steins;Gate and remember things that were technically not/erased from the timeline, and then some things happened and suddenly bad guys appeared, but not just any ... |
