I absolutely loved this film because of the well-crafted world of Makoto Shinkai. Many people compare this film to Your Name which is a fair comparison between the movies, but I feel that it doesn't do this movie justice in its more action oriented shots and completely different narrative.
I personally feel that Makoto Shinkai did a outstanding job in keeping me engaged in every meaning of the word. I liked the development from our main heroine Hina and Hodaka through the film, but I also enjoyed the interactions from other characters (especially Keisuke).
