Short Review: If you liked season 1, you will love season 2 even more.

This show is pure wholesomeness and cuteness from beginning to end. However, enjoyed this season (2) more than I did the first one, and there's a couple of points I want to make clear.

This show is a masterpiece as a slice of life and as a show that is not seeking to be anything but comedy and romance (very light romance). The first season was entertaining and is all about Takagi san teasing Nishikata in different ways while he tries to get back at her.

While the formula for season 2 does ... not change much, it is still different enough to keep things fresh and (IMO) even better than season 1. This time the character development is pretty good and you can see how both of them change as the story progresses. Nishikata thinks about his feelings towards Takagi san and even starts to realize (pretty slow but at least tries) that maybe Takagi san actually means some of the stuff she does and says. At the same time, Takagi san becomes more straight forward in an attempt to make him understand. The show progresses as in season 1, with different scenarios where Takagi san teases Nishikata and Nishikata tries to tease Takagi san.

However, the different scenarios felt refreshing and different enough to keep it entertaining, and the story was following a clear progression instead of being always the same tone. The characters were interesting, even less important ones and secondary relationships felt nice to watch. I personally think that if you enjoyed the first season, you will love season 2.

The show represents very well an innocent yet very sweet romance between two kids in middle school. It goes through hardships and excitements they live together and how they manage to deal with problems that arise. The Main Characters are really well developed and they become more mature as the story progresses. You can tell how they both improve and learn to become more like a couple.

The main issue I had with this story and why its not a 10 for me is that the story gets a little overdramatic for my taste throughout the middle of the season. The secondary characters that act as ... the main source of drama (Dont want to spoil) behave in a somewhat incoherent way. Some of their actions made little sense to me, but I guess it can be passed as middle schoolers not knowing what to do.

My favorite part was the ending being very conclusive and leaving little open questions about what happens next. Is very satisfactory, even though I would have like to see a little more of the future presented, but that is just personal preference. Overall a really good show for sweet romance lovers if you do not mind some drama.

This show takes the concept of isekai and gives it an interesting twist from your usual plot. It starts off a bit slow but quickly becomes quite interesting with how the main character approaches every situation. The MC, as opposed to what is usual, is not really that OP. Instead, he solves situations based on intelligence and understanding of the world around him, as well as with tactics and strategy. He uses his talent for planning and analysis to make the most of his assets and overcome any issue.

On the other hand, the world-building feels a bit weak at the beginning, but they explain ... slowly quite well how everything works. They definitely thought of the mechanics and rules behind the world-building and gave reasoning for a lot of different subtle parts of the story that together make up and a solid explanation of the events that happen in the story.

Overall, this show was entertaining to watch and kept me going through most of it. The last 5 episodes were more slow than usual except for the last two, but it was watchable. The characters were interesting, but mostly MC gets the price by not being your usual OP MC.

This show was really satisfying to watch and its one of the most original isekais I have watched so far. It seems some people might not take a liking to this fact and some might even brand this as any other isekai. The truth is that its all opinions and you can like it or not.

The objective truth is that this anime is not the usual light-hearted isekai where everything goes perfect for the protagonist. The MC is initially judged and plotted against as opposed to the other three heroes, and he has to work his way up to the top. The character development was ... really interesting with a clear evolution from distrust gained at the beginning of the show.

I am not sure if this really resembles any other animes out there, but even if it does it doesn't have any meaning in terms of its quality and entertainment value. The anime has a story to tell and it does so quite well in my opinion. If you are tired of isekai stories then your opinion might be against this anime; however, even as an isekai I believe this story to be different in how it develops. This is a more serious and sad story than it is about a cute new world where the MC becomes OP because God owes him or something. So be sure to not have those expectations.

This show is a really good story that has a good resolution at the end. it's packed in 12 episodes but they are all enjoyable.The show has very little romance and its mostly about the MC trying to stop bad things from happening with his power, which is used very little throughout the series. Its more of a mystery and drama type of show, which I enjoyed.

Secondary characters might have been a bit weak, and they don't play as much of a role in the show. MC friends are present throughout some of the scenes more towards the end since it tries to convey the ... protagonist learning to rely on others. The ending is good, but it leaves little to imagine. If you like open-ended shows this is probably not it. This is probably all there is to the story and its okay.

This anime is not for you if you are looking for: Drama, conflict, effort, epic battles, or anything more than a relaxing experience.

This anime has a mediocre story, but that doesn't make it bad at all since it's not their objective to make you feel chills or sad or any huge emotion other than satisfaction and happiness. That doesn't make it bad as some might think, but it won't appeal to a lot of people that might be expecting something more. This is a relaxing story where you can forget about your problems and live in a world where everything goes perfectly and everyone (or ... almost everyone) is a nice person.

I recommend this anime as a nice little story that makes you feel good, relaxed, and happy. The music is good and makes me feel nostalgic for some reason. The art style is pretty and nice on the eyes. There is nothing wrong with anime for people who don't want to watch dramatic stories.
