The older Brother/Sister who is basically the 3rd parent at home,

The mothers who all Suffer from the dead mother Cliché,
The Brother and Sister in law who once were sworn Enemies but now have the hots for 2 of the Family,
the Bunch of Siblings who are always there just to be there,
The brother/Sister in law who just Joined the Family and is pretty much not Insane like the rest
and not to forget their Smart ass Cats............
...
Wait Doesn't That sound a bit Dysfunctional?
Yes it does and that is what Fairy tail is as a show.

This review will cover both the first and second Anime and the manga bdw.

Friendship and Family are Wonderfull and will give you all the Support, Fun, Comfort and etc.
but in the World of fairy tail it also Gives you Hax powers somehow.
yup it is the tired "Power of friendship Cliché" all over again with the whole show and that is pretty much evident in each fight. in most fights fights, it's always one sided slaughter until the word Friendship gets mentionned, making most fights end up being anticlimactic.
only a very few times was Strategy used, like in the Final battle in the Manga for example.
Which is pretty sad since the Concept of Magic in FT has unlimited potential (but that is mostly because it had no skill ceiling) and had some cool ideas like the Unison Raid where 2 Mages could combine their powers to unleash a Powerful attack, Celestial Spirits who will help the Celestial Wizard who holds their key and other powers.
one good thing however is that the Soundtrack is really a Blast to hear, especially the Dragonslayer Theme is just so good at making you all Fired up, and that track is the one you will hear in most fights thus making them Bearable thanks to the awesome Music.

But the fights are not the only thing that ended up getting Screwed up, ohohoho yes The rest of the show is also poorly done.

The story actually started off Fairy well, The very first Chapters/episodes where quite Fun to be honest. The jokes were Funny and the whole feel of the show was just brimming with wonder and energy which made me like the series. yh they weren't exactly that well written but it was quite a bit of fun Until Edolas arc reared its ugly head.
yh the arcs before that weren't that good but the show took a nosedive in Quality after that arc began.
but in order to begin talking about what really infuriated me about that arc, I first have to talk about the Characters.

Aside from the fact that most of the Characters are Members of Fairy tail, The Characters are pretty basic to begin with,
you have the typica shounen hothead Natsu who is also a Dragonslayer, Eats huge amounts of food, loves to fight and talks all about Friendship. Soundds like a typical shounen lead right? Right and Typical shounen leads also have a Rival so here comes
Gray, who often gets into fights with Natsu just for Comedic Relief (Yh the series never took their Rivalry serious like Naruto did), He is an Ice Maker (and Ice Demon Slayer later on) who also seems to be a professional stripper (so good that a certain girls gets wet from it) and a Dancer who can kick Micheal Jackson's ass on the dance-floor somehow.
but who can stop their Freindly rivalry? Erza Scarlet ofcourse with her Stern attitude, she makes the rest of the Fairy tail Guild her Bitch since she is the Woman in the house who will kick others ases if they don't behave and etc etc etc.
Lucy however is probably the most Sane of the 7 main Characters (yh 7 main Characters) and the rest of the guild. She always points out the idiocrasy of the other Characters. However she also wears pretty Brave Clothing (if you know what I mean).
and then there is the innocent Child Named Wendy, who is the sweetheart of the Group because she is basically the Healer of the Group and we must always respect the Healer hey?
But hey a group is not complete without Cats! introducing Happy, The annoying smartass blue Tomcat of natsu and Carla (YES I GO WITH THE DUB NAMES SCREW YOU DUB HATERS) Who is pretty much an strict and straight Ice queen.
That is pretty much the Main group called team Natsu.

There are so many other Characters but naming them all here would result into me being a Skeleton behind the keyboard so here are some of the short descriptions of the Characters and it is up to you to know who they are
There is: the sexy alchoholic, a literally wet girl, a Demonic Model, The overly Manly man, the Gramps, Shikamaru, Shanks, Ichigo and many many more.

So what is the issue with the Characters then? well to put it simply with 3 main issues:
1, They hardly Develop but maybe if they are lucky they will get Development at one point only to be stale for the rest of the show. this causes the Characters to only become more annoying and boring as the series goes on.
2, The Villains are also veeery one note and anto climactic mostly because they lack any depth and get defeated by the power of friendship. they just go "Mwahahaha I am evil so i do evil Things together with my lackies who are just there for characters to fight with before they fight me!", even the 2 biggest main villains Xerath and agnologia suffer from this despite the Hype around them being huge.
3, The Characters abuse the power of Friendship and are Plot armored so much that can even cheat death.

and that Cheating death is the biggest issue in the Edolas arc that also ended up forcing a retcon, Why? because the Character who was not dead was ectually dead at the beginning of the series so it had to be retconned into him/her being missing instead.

the whole Story of FT is also constantly repeating itself, an Evil Villain group does evil things and Fairy tail must fight them. that is basically what each arc is except for the Grand Magic games arc that was different only to return into the same thing all over again.
And that is by far the biggest problem with Fairy tail.
it never Changes/ adds spice to its plot, resulting in the show becoming Boring.

However, Sometimes an Omake comes out, and they are pretty much the most enjoyable
part of Fairy tail. they are pretty much not the same as thing as the other arcs and are really funny. in other words these kind of Chapters/episodes that are just straight up Comedy are the best parts of the show.

but these kind of episodes are just far to few of sadly.

So to sum it all up, The series suffers so much from Repetition that the issues like Plot armor and etc only became worse and worse, making it harder for me to watch.

And to be honest, I watched it with joy at first but sadly, now I just don't like it anymore after a while.

Sometimes, A show comes along with one Character who can do Everything Right and thus is perfect an all Categories.
That kind of Character is what most ppl Including me Call an "Gary Stu" if the character is a male character or "Mary Sue" if the character is a Female.
These Characters however for me more often Transform into Characters who are so poorly written that they might have been written by a person who only has 5 seconds to Create a character because said person is a bit to lazy al while having no Idea what a Human is.
They are Mostly poorly written because, well They ... are to perfect for the Situation where the show takes place in because Most of the Situations Rely on Tension "will Character X survive or win?" and that Tension is just gone when I know that the Character is Perfect or has Gary stu plot Armour.
I like Characters who have Clear mistakes like a Ninja who is poorly skilled in Ninjitsu and the art of Silence or A guy who made Mistakes in his past which Costed him a arm and a leg.
I like these Characters because I can see them Grow and overcome their Flaws.
With Gary Stus, I hardly see them overcome their flaws because They "OFCOURSE!" have no Flaws to begin with.

So can a Gary Stu character work Good in a show?
Well, it can as long as that character either is:
1. a Interesting and Compelling Character to me who Actually Grows and Develops
2. Introduced as Perfect but then starts making Mistakes as the shows on
or
3. a Character who is in a show which clearly Ridicules that type of Character/Makes jokes surrounding his/her perfection in such a way that the show is at least Fun to watch.

Here Enters "Sakamoto Desu ga?" with the Character of Sakamoto, or as we call him Swagamoto because he is "Cooler" but in most cases "Coolest".
His Character basically Screams out "GARY STUUUU!" because he is so Perfect,
While all the other Characters just Bask in his glory.
So did the Show do the 3 things I mentioned earlier?
Well it only did the 3rd one and then Fully embraced it like it should.

Sakamoto desu ga? is an episodic show where Every episode is Actually 2 episodes spread over 24 Minutes equally.
in each episode, Swagamoto has to put up with Other students who (Like me) Dislike Gary Stu Characters or Help out fellow Students who need his help Resulting in him Getting into Various Situations where his Perfection is Needed.
These Situations work very well with Swagamoto's perfection which then Results in Comedic High-jinx.
I like that kind of humor because it is Just Ridiculous, makes fun of my most hated Arch-type the Gary Stu and Above all, is Actually Funny in my Opinion.
However, these kinds of Situations are putting the Side Characters at the Background while Sakamoto is perfectly in the spotlights and they don't get much screen-time and they are Just average students and nothing more just like Students are in Reality Minus the Animeness which is sad because they could have been Interesting characters.
However, I See the train of thought of these Characters, like they were Observing Sakamoto Just like I the watcher was Observing him. The side Characters are also more of a Main characters in The skits that involve them and Sakamoto, Making Sakamoto more of a Side Character while he is The main character because I see the Story through the eyes of the Side Characters.

Sakamoto desu ga? is Clearly a Comedy Show that Looks Nicely Animated for that type of show and just Makes fun of Swagamoto's Ridiculus perfection and the Character of Swagamoto Could not work if the Show was not a Comedy but something else instead like an Serious Action show Because well You might know why.

But the wonders of Comedy shows is that it is already Considered Enjoyabe if just the Jokes alone are funny Because Comedy to me just has to Rely on being funny.
and That is what Sakamoto desu ga is, A really funny show.

So if you are looking For a good laugh then at least check out this show.
I can guarantee you that it will at least make you laugh once or many times.

I give this Comedic show at this point, an well Deserved 8 (score might change overtime because it is still airing)

When you look at the Premise of the show, you might have thought "wow looks like fun, but the one punch gimmick might get tiring and make the action boring".
That was also what i thought unti:
- I heard about the hype that the series already has since 2009
(somehow I was unaware of that, I really need to get out of patrick's house sometimes),
- saw some cool art of it
- and the Fact that the one and only Madhouse is Responsible for making this show made me Enthusiastic.
you could say that I also was caught in the hype of ... the show like many others.
However this Hype is Actually JUSTIFIED.

One punch man began as an webcomic produced by the artist who is known is ONE, who did that just for FUN.
the web-comic became very popular online to the point where it became phenomenal (and yet somehow I missed it, thanks patrick).
after sometime, Murata Yusuke (who is known as the author of eyeshield 21) read the Comic and was so enthusiastic about that he made a proposal to make and Manga adaptation of the comic.
ONE agreed to that and after some time, the OPman manga got Serialized in 2012.
the Manga itself got allot of Praise/ positive reviews, and then Later on, you Guessed it, got an Anime Adaptation.

so in short, a web-comic that was made Just for fun became one of the most Popular series of this age!

Now on the the Actual review.

Story: 7 (Not going to tell the premise here)
The story itself is Very easy to follow, watcher friendly
and above all FUN.
the show has these short arcs that gradually get longer over time at a nice pace, Never making fights to long and very FUN.
the Comedy the show has is in form of a sort of a parody of the superhero/shounen genre, but was either a hit or miss and was mostly only there in form of ridiculous foes and Irony (all the villains get much build up, only to get Squashed easily) and the show kinda became the one thing that the show tried to make fun of at the end by going Serious. however the Action made up for all of that.
The show also didn't even try to be compelling or dramatic since it is Pure Action and Comedy and allot of us LOVE THAT

Characters: 7
lets begin with Seitama.
Seitama is just an hero who beats up bad guys for fun with a surprising heart of gold.
His Character is kinda refreshing since most Protag Heroes in Anime and comic have a sad Back-story and yadayadayada while Seitama doesn't have that and is just a Normal Baldy who One shots every Villain he meets and then gets a bit mad about that. He also acts pretty unimpressed (and -Ing) towards the Villains, who then in turn get pissed of by him which at times is funny, but wouldn't it have worked even better if he also Reacts towards others in a more Comedic way?

then there is Genoes, One who does have all the yadayadayada and Simply Admires Seitama up to the point where he became Seitama's Disciple (Ok the Review is not entirely Spoiler free).
He has a good Moral code and is ectually more like a Hero than Seitama is and the Comedy that comes from his Admiration for Seitama is pretty funny in the Beginning.

there also are quite a few of supporting Characters Like Sonic (NOT THE HEDGEHOG) who is the self-proclaimed Rival of Seitama, Mumen rider who is powerless and yet stands up the even the most Powerfull foes if he has to.

The Rank S heroes kinda lacked the Screen time to make them memorable and I was afraid that they would just be fodder.
however, the later Episodes showed them as capable fighters, proving that Seitama and Genos are Gladly not the only powerfull ones in the show (which was one of my Fears).
but the S rankers like all other supporting Characters still had not enough Screentime.


Art: 9
This is Madhouse that i am talking about, Madhouse is Mostly known for it's dam good Animation and that is yet Again shown here.
the art-style is pretty much like a Comic book artstyle with very Detailed and Fluid Animations that made the Action of the Show only stand out much more.
Heck it was so good that ppl thought that the show had a movie Budget, so ppl of madhouse had to say to the public that the show just had Regular Funding like any other show has!
but ofcourse that is also thanks to the Manga which was also VERY detailed and well Drawn.


the Sound: 7
I am not a big expert on Sound.
The sound really fitted the show.
The Opening clearly screamed ACTION COMEDY, while the ending was Relaxing like it was suposed to calm you down after an intense adrenaline rush.

overall: 8
One punch man is a series that is not Compelling, Complicated, Emotional or Gripping show.
Opman is a show that is just pure FUN and is nothing more than just entertainment. and like many others I enjoyed the hell out of it! (Enjoyment is a solid 9!)

well well Naruto the Last movie, Honestly I live in europe so I couldn't see the movie but instead watched it online with bad Quality, so that might have affected my Judgement in this film.

The story
Naruto the Last did things Different in this movie by being more of a Romantic love story then the show did.
the Story is good but also bad.
The bad part is the safe the world part, that is kinda cliché and kinda done already. and it is also pretty Predictable.
it was more like this safe the world thing was needed for the Romance to happen and the story also suffered from ... the Fact that the main Villain is not that good.

Now the Good part: The romantic story is very Sweet and the Movie self is paced very well :) When i started watching Naruto (one year ago) I was rooting for NaruHina (the belief that Naruto and hinata would be a couple), so you ppl might now how I think of them.
score for the entire movie: 6
the score for the love story: 8

Art:
the animators did a very good job there.
it still has the Naruto style but also added good CGI to it and the Lazy moments were not there at all, heck there were 2 moments where i just looked at the screen with my mouth open of enjoyment, these 2 moments were the Final battle where they just Fight without using Exposition and pays homage to previous battles that Naruto fought, and the O so Beautifull kiss scene where Naruto and Hinata were running and jumping from sphere to sphere while other spheres that surrounded Naruto and Hinata Showed Memories of them together and then they launched themselves up so that they could kiss each other in the moonlight.
score: 8

Sound:
The sound Accompanied the Art and story very good. the orchestrated music which is also of the Main show really fitted in every scene of the movie especially in the end.
the Voice actors did also a very good job. Granted they are still the main voices that the Characters already had, they sounded like they have Matured, Especially Sakura sounded Mature and that is veryy good.
score: 9

Characters:
well the Movie Mainly Focused on Naruto and Hinata, and them together was very nicely done.
Ofcourse the main main Characters where Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Shikamaru and Sai and all of them were very likeable and usefull:
Sakura was very nice in this movie, Helping them team alot and playing Matchmaker between Naruto and Hinata
Shikamaru was as always a good smart ass and gave good advice and Sai.... well he tries to be funny and had some good moments to

then the problem: since Naruto has alot of Characters, alot of them got Brutally Sidelined to Just Showing their face, that even Happened to Sasuke who was only there for like 2 minutes while he Is One of the main Characters of Naruto.
then we have Toneri: he is a Boring Character and the very Cliché Misguided Villain.
he was not interesting at all

in Overall I realy like Naruto and this Movie is Naruto it still has the flaws that Naruto has but then better Animated and better orchestrated.
the thing that may make you Dislike the movie is what it did to the Characters, some want to see more Rock Lee, others wanted that NaruSaku Happened instead of NaruHina and others(including me) wanted more Sasuke and a better Villain.

so if you like Naruto then you will like this movie to but if you hate it then you might hate it to
I liked watching this movie and i reccomend you watch it, even though it is not By far one of the best.
Overall score: a 7,5 and maybe a 8 if I can find a vid of this movie that has better Quality

This is my very first Review, so please bear in mind that I am not so experienced in writing reviews and my grammar is not good ass well

Anohana is very Realistic, showing how hard a loss of a very dear Friend can be and that the guild you can feel from it can drag you down. People can get over it or just ignore the Pain by Drinking or giving in to other addictions or shutting you and your feelings in or trying to fill the hole that is left behind.
Anohana really Shows that very well and pretty Realistic thanks to the Good Animation.

the Childhood ... scenes are very good, They really Show a Childhood that we (my Generation I am currently 21 years) also have had, I really Enjoyed Playing Pokemon with friends and playing through the link cable, such good memories that get summoned when I watched the flashbacks.

this show However doesn't only show you sadness but sometimes also makes you laugh making the show only more watch-able.

The Characters are all Very Realistic as well, showing Emotions and doing Actions that Real people also do when a very dear person Dies. although there is not much Development, all the Characters are still very good and above all RELATE-ABLE.

as for the Music: it is very simple yet it fits really well with this Anime, I really love the opening theme and like the ending theme as well.

overall Anohana Hits you very well in the Childhood in a good way. it makes you cry but also makes you laugh at times and the Characters all are realistic and enjoyable.
it really makes you think of how you would be if a person who is very dear to you dies or goes away.

that's why I love Anohana and give it a 9.
