Despite an admittedly rocky start, this series is honestly amazing. The beginning is a little "weird" because the characters seem bland, and the motives for why they start interacting with each other seem forced like it's too much of a coincidence. But if you stick with it, you'll start to see real character development. After all, the series is all about character development. Not just for the MC but also for everyone around him, and I think it does a great job of diving deep into the different side characters, their motivations, their desires, strengths and weaknesses, and their development for good or for bad.

Disappointing is the best description for this OVA. All character development from the end of season 1 was thrown out the window. The plot was repetitive, a certain character took the spotlight and was absolutely obnoxious. The idea of them hearing each other's thoughts is intriguing, but the way they handled it with a certain character, made it unbearable to watch. Episode 1 was okay at best, and I had to force myself to finish episode 2. I skipped through episodes 3 and 4 to look for any redeeming scenes, and there were maybe 2 scenes at the end of episode 4 that I enjoyed,
