I actually saw KONOSUBA: Legend of Crimson in theaters the day it came and decided to rewatch it as soon as it came out on Crunchyroll (which I had been anticipating for a while), and I have a few things to say after rewatching it.

First, the art and animation are both so amazing. I knew that the first time I watched it, but watching it a second time really just blew me away. Each scene, background, and even the facial expressions look like they were made with so much care. JC Staff really outdid themselves with this one.

I can't forget to mention the ... voice acting. As always, the voice actors do a phenomenal job voicing their characters, especially Jun Fukushima as Kazuma. And we can't forget Rie Takahashi as Megumin! Her explosions were amazing, she is so talented and really brings Megumin to life whether it be her retorts or her explosion magic.

The story is actually very good for a comedy isekai with no real storyline. They took the time to introduce some side characters who we only see a handful of times, but who are still unforgettable.

I never write reviews, but I just had to express how much I am in love with this series as a whole. The world, the characters, everything, I am just in love. Well, that's all I have to say until my next rewatch!

Absolutely the funniest anime I have seen in my life. I’m so happy I was lucky enough to see it in theaters, everyone was laughing and it was so enjoyable. It just reinforces that it is my favorite series of all time. This was written on 11/12/19 after I saw the movie in the theaters.

Konosuba is a modern masterpiece in the comedy genre of anime. Period.

Probably the most genuine and funny anime that I have ever watched. Easily the first time I have genuinely laughed and enjoyed my self so much watching a show. That goes for every single piece of content that is released for the series. Even reading the light novels and the manga, whether it be a spinoff or not, it is such an enjoyable experience. The character are genuine and have very distinct personalities that you get involved in so fast. Truly a master piece in the comedy genre.
