Demon Slayer had me shooked from the very first episode. Tanjirou went home to find out that his whole family had been slaugtered, and the sole survivor, his little sister Nezuko, had became a demon. What is worse is that Tomioka caught on that there was a new demon on the loose so he tried to kill her. But of course, we were given a VERY epic scene where Tanjirou used his smarts to defeat Tomioka. Ever since that first episode, I was hooked.

Demon Slayer is not the typical shounen/action anime. Yes, there's going to be a new demon that Tanjirou. or another demon slayer. ... would end up defeating. However, the artsy effects that they use to portray every single move never fails to impress me. The sounds of clashing swords and water make the whole experience even more entrancing.

Cubix, excuse me, Saiko Robot Kombock is one of the series I obsessed over as a child. I'd flip to Kid's WB at whatever time it was on and make sure I caught every episode. I had every one of the toys (not very many, if I remember) and it was, oddly enough, the show that got me sort of obsessed with mecha. I'm hesitant to say that because I'd already had my fill of Gundam Wing and bootleg copies of G Gundam (how I obtained those as an 8/9 year old is a story for another time) but it made me feel as if ... I could have a robot of my own.

Okay the art they put into this is amazing and the sounds, voice actors always makes things so realistic. The story I found it more realistic nature side having a grandfather lets his grandson wounder about with an adult guy made me at unease. I did find it enjoying on a art scale but the reality of it, it could happen anywhere it kinda made me at ill, I know they not aiming for child porngraphy but I can't help thinking this kinda making me off watching it. This isn't a romance Ova but in my case I don't think I could watch it again.

Dark fantasy world settings began to proliferate in the late 80's, one reason being the saturation of action shonens and mecha series in the anime industry. In that period the serialization of one of the most acclaimed manga nowadays began, which was characterised by its brutality, dark and grim setting; it is however ten years later when the anime adaptation of it was aired, being the anime in question Berserk. Such dark fantasy settings are difficult to convey to the viewer properly without being a simple gorefest, which this anime is not: it is a tale of friendship, the yearning of power, helplessness, downfall, and ... ultimately, revenge. Being its intricate and deep human relationships and characterisation, in conjunction with the wonderful narrative and soundtrack the strongest points of the anime, the first episode and the open conclusion of it its weakest points. Nevertheless, it must be said that it is one of the most grandiose endings in anime, or rather, of the biggest cliffhanger there is.

If you are looking for a light-hearted, revolving around boobs, sugar coated anime. Fuck off. This is one of the most harsh animes I have seen in a while. People you are introduced to are slaughtered, and these "Titans" are pure evil. From the first episode the Eren (Main Character) was traumatized by the giants, he has been acting purely out of guts and vengeance. Everyone fears the Titans and almost all run from them even if they are soldiers. Eren is an exception, his vow is to kill all titans and reclaim the world for the people. He has no natural talent but he ... survives sheerly off of determination and remorse. If you want to watch a badass gorey anime, look no further. The fighting system in this anime is extremely clever and original, I have never seen anything like it. It's no simple sword, gun, or magic anime; these people use technology like no other to fight the giants, although they must be skilled with the equipment. The animations are great, the art is different but not in a bad way, after one episode of this anime I grew attached to the main character, and every ending of an episode makes me want to watch the next episode more than the last one. Overall, this anime is probably the greatest i've watched in a long time, IMO this is better than SAO already(SAO was amazing).

Aho-Girl, is, in short, extremely silly. From the comedy style, to the voice acting, to the wacky situations and outside references, it is trying its hardest to make you laugh from start to finish. Beginning with the story, it's a simple and highly episodic setup about a dense, fun-loving fool and her best friend, a short-tempered and studious guy who takes everything as serious as a car crash. Through their misadventures, often instigated by her immediate desire to play or eat bananas, they gather a small cast of supporting oddballs, like the disciplinary committee president, and a directionless hoodlum who dedicates his life to these ... two friends. There's very little in terms of story here, which makes total sense, and things are largely taken on an episode-by-episode basis where some crazy new thing happens. It's often very funny, but after a while some of the gags get kind of old, which is really saying something as each episode is only 12 minutes. The art is pretty good, but nothing groundbreaking. I enjoyed the stylistic changes to match whatever they're referencing in the moment, but beyond that the character designs are clean and pleasing to the eye, ensuring that everybody is distinct and has their own visual style in this fast-paced anime. The sound is surprisingly good, with an unusually high-quality OST and impassioned voice acting, which caught me off-guard. The characters are this show's strongest point, being distilled into specific yet original archetypes that somehow succeed in feeling interesting and at least a little believable. My favorite characters are Fuki Iincho the disciplinary committee president, and Inu, Yoshiko's huge dog that she rides everywhere. They just felt the most consistently funny and brought the most to the show as complicating elements to the insane plots of Yoshiko and the overbearing discipline of Akuru. Overall, Aho-Girl is a quick, funny watch that doesn't really break any new ground. Be aware that there are some moments where the jokes don't really land, but that's not really too much of a price to pay for something that is otherwise perfectly fine. Give it a watch, especially if you enjoy kinetic, fast-paced comedy.
