This manga surprised me. It really sticks to the ecchi, romance, school and shounen aspect and the comedy had me dying multiple times. (There was this one Nisekoi reference that killed me. That reference is why I'm writing this review xD.)
Story (6) - It's a somewhat of a cliche story where this unpopular kid gets a hot girl, but they realize that it's cliche, which is why the story never takes itself too seriously. This lack of seriousness made the story enjoyable.
Art (9) - You want ecchi, you get ecchi. Simple as that.

I'll try and keep this short and simple.
Story (8) - It was a simple story, which is refreshing to watch. A young girl goes after her aspirations because of an idol and it's her struggle. Although I have seen this story before, its execution made it stand out. Art (9) - One word. Fluid. While watching, I couldn't help but stare at the fluid animation and bright colors (especially in the beginning.) I felt satisfied by the end of it, which is always good. This is my first review, so please go easy on me :)
Story (10) - The story is outstanding and for many reasons. I'm going to say it now, but the foreshadowing is out of this world. The author hid so much information in front our own eyes, yet the majority of us weren't able to see it. Then, when the detail was revisited, it would amaze you at how well it worked (both in the writing and foreshadowing part.) The pacing (to me,) was perfect and I felt that every chapter was important to the plot in its own way. The symbolism was well thought ... |
