I could not stand this anime. The scenarios that were made in this anime are so stupid. The characters are soo blind and dumb as to what the other characters are doing. The ending was alright, but leading up to it there was nothing good. I hated this anime.

I was looking for a funny anime that could show some nice scenery of Japan. I saw some recommendation of how hilarious this anime was so i gave it a try. I was hooked the first few episodes. This anime is not hilarious, but it has an overall pleasant energy to it. The anime is about Satou who basically is a bum in his apartment living off the money his parents send him. He tries to overcome his bum self, but it is very difficult for himand he meets many obstacles and unexpected turns of events along the way. Every high school/college student should watch ... this because the moral of this story is very inspiring. It basically shows you that life is going to be hard and you have to do something about yourself if you want something. A good life is not given to you. I finished this anime in a week and usually I take at least a month or more to finish an anime. This one got me addicted and I love it, because it feels so real. No robots, no non-stop action, its just real life.

This anime is really beautiful. The art is amazing and the storyline is very unique. At first the anime seemed stupid because of the way the title sounded. Durarara is not really a title that would tell you to watch it, but ever since the I watched the first episode i've been hooked. I really recommend it to people who love anime that takes place in a crowded city and a lot of things happening in the background.
