The key to happiness is something we humans long to find in our short time in this earth. It's something that can't be seen nor touched, but we want to find it. A way we find this key is to go through our lives searching it, but like a four-leaved clover, it takes some fumbling around the grass to find it. In Honey and Clover, our main characters do just that, fumbling around life to find that key to happiness while life keeps going forward, no matter if they find it or not.
While this is a story of not battles to save the world,
...
nor about a meaningless crush on the transfer student, but a story about a battle, the battle we all have inside of us to find our what is truly our own unique meaning here in life and the love that while bittersweet, it taught us about love. This story is relateble to all of us as we follow a group of art college students going to life looking for their key to happiness and the battle that ranges inside us as we go through our lives looking for that key.
The art of the anime is very compatible to the story in more ways than your usual anime. While most anime has the normal bold look, this anime uses a watercolor look to it that makes it soft looking, which really goes with the flow of the anime, which is slow paced.
For the music, it uses mostly slow rock or some pop that really fits with the theme and flow of the story. It uses a lot of music, that ranges in types, from rock to jazz, but while it seems to be a lot, they all go with the story's flow.
Characters are a really important thing for any story, anime or manga. They are what projects the story's feeling and flow. If the characters don't show anything, it's just a boring book that doesn't capture our attention. Our main characters show a lot of significance to the story, because without them, Honey and Clover would not made any sense without their feelings to the story.
Mayama; playing the role of the cool, intelligent type. He’s always shown smoking and looking off into the distance, giving advice to the other characters, taking care of himself finacially. Of course he's not perfect, jokes are made throughout the anime about his stalker-like admiration for Rika. He’s a bit of both: on one hand, a calm and collected upperclassman, but on the other hand, obsessive and overprotective.
Ayumi; In the group, she's the motherly character, helping and caring for her friends. While she may look like a beautiful young woman, on the inside she's like a baby. Completely innocent, she continues to strive for a love that would never work out, but because she's hesitant to cut off that stem, she continues to hurt and not move on.
Hagu; while her character's look and act is interesting, her character begins to make a bit more sense when you think how she was brought up, and, more importantly, her love for art. Raised in a enclosed environment, she was always a distant child, it’s as if she lived in a completely different world, and didn't bother learning the basics of socializing. As a result of that, she looks like a child when compared to her classmates, and she needs someone like Shuu to take care of her like a father.
Morita; My god... this guy can bring comic relief in any situation. However, he also serves as an important part of the group, he's the glue to hold them all together. While he's the "idiot” type, he's surprisingly very mature and perspective. He’s a bit like Mayama, he helps the other characters out by giving advice and giving them the harsh reality at times.
Takemoto; the everyman character. An interesting guy because he was normal, but it was his ordinary, relatable personality that let his story made what Honey and Clover is. Even though he has no unique traits or abilities to drive him forward, he entered art school, but has no clue as to what he wants to do after he graduates. Because of this and other stress in his life, he built a massive tower, broke it down, and then ride half way across Japan and back.
The theme of “moving forward”;the flow of time, moving forward always. And the four leafed clover, representing the one “thing” that they were all searching for. In this case, that thing was something more important than a clover, like love, or happiness, but hard to find. Because we are all battling that battle and finding our clovers, it just a matter of falling on the grass and looking for our happiness.
I enjoyed this anime very much, it made me think about myself but also made me smile as I watched. I suggest this for all who want to enjoy themselves but also reflect on their lives.

You're probably wondering, is this anime good enough for me to watch? What is all the hype about this anyway? Well, if you are into comedy anime and just want to have a good laugh, read on!
The story for Sket dance is about these three friends: Yuusuke Fujisaki (Bossun), Hime Onizuka (Himeko) and Kazuyoshi Usui (Switch) and their formation of the SKET Dan! This stands for Support, Kindness, Encouragement and Tech, an Assistance club to help students with their problems, big or small at Kaimei High School. Each and every episode there is usually some problem around the school or their city that
...
they go and fix, no matter the obstacle they encounter, they go all lengths to complete the tasks they get, usually with hilarious results. There are also some episodes that they just do some random things, hang out in their club room or actually have some story progression. Most of the story progression so far in the anime has been about the three main characters’ pasts, which show how they became the people they are today. Also there are some twists and turns in the story and of course some romantic progression as well, but the anime focuses more in the silliness instead of the seriousness. Which is not all annoying, unlike in some anime where you just keep yelling at the screen, "WHY ARE YOU NOT TOGETHER YET?" or "WHERE'S THE STORY PLOT?" As I said, this anime is mostly comedic, so it's not strange to not see much of a story plot since it's mostly hilarity between Bossun and his friends. So if you're just wanting a bit of silliness once in a while, go ahead and watch.
For the animation of the show, it's your semi-typical shounen anime. There are actions scenes but mostly are there to make fun of the classic shounen scenes, the girls are a bit busty at some times, but not to the point where it becomes eechi. Of course there are some instances where the animation art changes to something different, mostly for comedic reasons, for example Roman Saotome, is the embodiment of shojo anime that there's time she breaks the fourth wall and turns the scene into her image of shojo anime and also the episode when Gintama and Sket Dance get together and change the art style of the main characters to fit into the Gintama world. All in all, the animation is amazing and well-drawn.
For the music of Sket Dance... I have to say, it's awesome! In each OP and ED of the series, there is different music playing, and each is as amazing as the next. Each is an alt. rock songs, but it's pretty good that makes you want to dance! Of course, that's me, but I'm sure it's enjoyable for all who watches it as well.
For characters, as I said before this is a comedic shounen anime, It's full of wild and unique characters that you wonder to yourself, is there a school like this I can transfer to? While the main cast are quite the interesting bunch, the supporting cast is much more unique. Have you been to a school where a wood shop teacher looks like Jason, a chemisty teacher that is so lazy but a genius and constantly experimenting on his students with various of chemicals with interesting side effects, a kendo student that dresses and talks like he's a samurai, a student that is a descendant of ninjas, a girl that for some reason has the power to break the fourth wall and change the anime to her shojo paradise and the girl that is so creepy that reminds us of the girl from the Ring? I WISH! but while the show is mostly focused on the comedic aspect, it does have its moments where the drama shows up or the romance, which doesn't disrupt the enjoyment of a shounen anime. The most of the character development does go more to the main characters but sometimes it shown in the supporting cast as well, The more important ones are the characters’ pasts, which really shows more about the characters and make you understand them more. Why does Switch talk all the time on the laptop or not show much emotion? Why is Himeko always hesitant to talk about her past life? And why is Bossun always wearing that hat? And then there's the twist... oh yes the twists... this twist is really well placed that while it is shocking at least, it does make you feel that you, for some reason, knew it. But I do say the drama aspect is what makes me hooked because you have to know more! Not just those questions and problems occur but more are asked and answered as their pasts are revealed and the show continues.
Why I enjoyed this anime so much was because I love comedy because it brings a smile to my face and makes me forget about the stress I had for the week, so I enjoyed this quite a lot. This anime made me laugh and cry like no other anime, especially the invisible man episode... that still makes me cry tears of laughter each time I see it. I was always so excited for Fridays because each and every episode has been so funny, you want to see more. What are Bossun and the gang up to this week? Is there going to be more progression involving the characters?
So I suggest this for who want to watch just some hilarity and want to have some fun, all in the same time have some drama and romance in the mix. If you want to laugh so much that you will remember the show for eternity, then I say watch Sket Dance! Hopefully you'll love this more than I did. All I can say to wrap this up is that I really hope they keep the anime alive and continue it. The manga does continue the anime and it is a great read. The anime is what made me fall in love with the series and made me read the manga as well, so go and read the manga as well as watch the anime. So in other worlds, WATCH THE ANIME AND LOVE IT!

Feeling emotional over an anime can differ between people. A type of anime can make a person cry or another laugh. For me, it's a bit hard to cry watching anime, since the characters are cartoons and not realistic. But this movie is actually the first anime I actually cried multiple times during it. How? Well, let's go on with the review then and find out.
The plot of Colorful gets a 10 because on how the story captures you completely emotionally, luring you in some twists and turns to the end, which is pretty surprising and gives you a fulfilled feeling.
The story starts with
...
us watching a spirit leaving our world for the afterlife, shown as a bus station. We learn that the spirit was kicked off the cycle of reincarnation because of the sin it committed, but doesn't remember what it was. An angel then comes up to it in a form of a young boy, who tells it that it won a lottery and gets a chance to go back to earth to regain its memory back of its sin and life. With that, it wakes up in the body of Makoto, a 14-year-old boy who committed suicide. We then go through the life of the spirit inside of Makoto and learn about what led up to Makoto's death and learn what is the spirit's sin.
The Art of the movie can be only as described as beautifully made. It really captures the reality of the movie, while giving that supernatural feeling in the mix. You can tell the artists of this movie actually went to lengths to capture the real places of Japan for the movie, so I give it a 10.
The Sound was as expected, giving the mystical parts where it's suppose to be and giving the dramatic parts as well. Not a big music buff, not really my area. But it's good, so a 10.
The Characters are the main part of the story, besides the story. While some anime only give a part of the story with side characters, this was not like that. We know as many characters are we suppose to know and all of them get background, not much but enough to know about them and feel for them and are actually part of the main story and cast. Also the good thing about the characters is the development of all of them, not just Makoto. You really connect with him, including the side characters.
We learn about how Makoto's death was led up, which can pull your heartstrings a bit for all who been bullied. But let me just say, it was the worst day someone can have that led to his death. There is that moment where we learn that you actually say, "THAT'S FUCKED UP! It's like telling the kid, "Fuck you." You know when you start yelling at the screen that you are really connecting with the story and characters. Which is why this part also gets a 10, for well rounded characters and making us really connect with the main cast and the side characters.
So did I enjoy this as a person? I should say yes. Like, I said in the beginning of this review, I never cry for an anime. For this anime, it's a first. I felt really connected with the characters, especially Makoto that at some points of the movie, I cried.
But one thing that made me like this movie is it also gives you a lesson at the end, that you can change your life right now if you want to, not in the way of the story went but if you change your perspective a bit, think a bit more positive, your future and life can turn brighter. So for my overall score I give it a 10. For good story telling, art and character development. So if you want a good drama with some supernatural in the mix, you should watch it!

So... here we are. Another review to make you decide if this anime is worth it or not. Let me tell you something, this anime is FUCKING WORTH IT! I swear to god, this anime is so funny, you'll squeal like a school girl when you see a new episode come out.
So what's so special about this anime? As the name suggests, it says My everyday life, right? Guess what? Chicken butt.
...
Okay back to the guess what, it's not. As much as we were to taught to read the title to learn what the story is about, this anime is not the case.
...
This anime is FAR BEYOND being "everyday" as much as this story can be a slice of life, it's not always. It is SO RANDOM that my "guess what" joke could be part of that anime and it would be like me saying, "Hey, I found these egg head guys playing jump rope half naked." and no one would think it was weird or random I said that.
So enough of my praising, let's go on to the review.
Story: So the story is this... nothing. Just absolutely nothing except that it's about the life of Yukko, Mai and Mio at school and everyone around them. At first you see also Nano-chan and the mini professor, but later on they are also part of the story of the three main characters. Other than that... everything is just shorts of complete and udder randomness and chaos, full of hilarity that you'll roll on the floor laughing.Sometimes even laughing your ass off.
There is also the helvitica standard shorts, which are just complete random shorts that sometimes don't make any sense, but sometimes do. They do leave you laughing and a WTF? face.
Art: The art is very simple but yet, it really meshes with the randomness. It seems like its really part of the story. You know you are in for a treat when you see the OP and EP, all mixed around and random.
Sound: The music in the OP and EP are so... in tune with the randomness of the story and the visual art of the OP and EP.
Character: What can I say about the characters? They are so random that it seems normal in their world.
Like there's this girl who always have a gun with her and blows the head off this guy, and yet no one even hears the gun shots or see them or how she even got some of the weapons or where they came from.
Another example is Mai-chan... she is as someone said in a comment below one of the videos I was watching, "A Ninja Troll" She always has a serious face, everything she does is so random and funny, you don't know if she's really just joking around or is plain serious. Not only that, she always does it to mess with one character for no reason, which makes it funnier and random. She always has some kind of weird artifact with her at school and no one says anything to her, she can get away with anything (which is also funny).
Yukko is also one that does so much random stuff, for attention as a reason, sometimes the characters ignore her (which makes her want to try harder for reactions.) or they give in to her weirdness and react. (I guess to stop her for try again. lol)
Mioi seems to be the only one who's normal, as she's the one who reacts as one would react if we saw the weird stuff all the time, but sometimes exaggerates (but her motions are so funny, you can't help but laugh at her outbursts). But at times has days were she's as equally as random as others.
As for the mini professor and Nano, they are half random and half normal.
The mini professor is so smart she made Nano (Who is a robot... to our surprise) she's very sweet and polite, but because she's a robot she has certain... malfunctions that make her random without her trying to be. (example a swiss roll coming out of her arm or a sweet coming out of her forehead.)The one thing that she wants that is always (but not always) a running gag is her trying to get the professor to take off her key from her back which she says "Makes everyone think she's a robot and she want's to be normal" and the more she hides it and says she's not the more is obvious that she is a robot.
The professor is so interesting, yet she acts like a little kid, which is funny and cute at the same time. I love her to death! She's so cute and so childish you can't help wonder if she's really acting like that or she's really smart and just acting like for some reason.Or if she's really a genius at all...
Then there's sakamoto the cat. He's a talking cat, and is very serious... but sometimes gives in to his cat-ness. Always the butt of Professor's antics and in turn a bit mean to her. Everytime she does something bad and Nano yells at her she says, "Sakamoto-san told me to do it." And he's all like, "What?" Sometimes blaming him works, sometimes both of them get blamed, other than that its funny when she does that.
Enjoyment: Ever since I seen the first episode... I have loved this series. I love the randomness, I can try to compare to azumanga diaoh but really they both seem the same but Nichijou seems more random to me. It's very funny, sometimes the jokes seem like it won't make you laugh but when you see the looks at the characters for their reactions, you can't help but laugh. I say it's a good show to have if you want a good laugh and randomness.
Overall: Watch it.... I know if you like comedy as much as I love it, you'll laugh at the randomness and the WTF? moments.

Scrapped princess is a good story, I personally think. While I may of only watched 2 episodes, I have read the manga half way when I was younger. So I know the back story of the characters and other details they didn't place in the anime. But I even though I read it years ago, I still can't forget the feeling of reading a good story. And I still feel that even while watching it. While it does have different ways of showing the story of Pacifica, I still good ol' Scrapped Princess. But I think it would've been nice if they showed the background
...
story, instead of worrying about episode length. It would've made it more enjoyable for the people that never read the manga before. Now on with the review!
Story: The basic story is this, In this world, there was these twins born in the royal family. One of the twins (Pacifica) was foretold to be the "poison that destroys the world" if she was to reach her 16th birthday. To prevent this she was thrown off a cliff (Anyone have heard adoption?) and said to be dead, but really she was saved by the court wizard and taken to a foster family. No one had heard of her until she turned 15. Then she and her foster brother and sister, Shannon and Raquel, go to escape the country of Leinwan, protecting her on the way with magic, swords and fantasy things. :3
Art: I think of it well, shows the action fights well and the magic was intresting how they show it being cast. It has the same feel as the Manga.
Sound: I rather enjoyed the music. Good way to show the feeling of the story, a bit of sadness with hope in the mix.
Character: The charcters had a good balance in it. I liked Raquel the most, her sweetness, but I can detect some kind of hostility in it when someone messed with her baby sister. Shannon was pretty awesome, super cool with his sword fighting and his whole attitude, In battle made his awesome, like, "I don't have time for this crap, and when he's arguing with Pacifica, pretty funny, reminds me of my brother and I. and there is Pacifica, her attitude I felt was pretty good. She may act selfish, but really.. I felt was a disguise to hide her fear of the future and her only family. She really is a sweet girl, brave and honest.
Enjoyment: I say, pretty nice thing to watch when bored. Has some funny moments, but some make me sad. I mean, who wants to be told, "You shouldn't of never been born." But all in all, a really good anime, I'm still gonna keep watching though!
Overall: I say, read the Manga first, before the anime. It can save the confusing of the background story of the sibilings and the story itself. So when you're watching it, you would know what is going on and why. :3
But I say, watch it if you want something different in princess/ medivial stories.
:3

I never saw a music theme manga or anime until I watched K-On!. Since then, I been hooked to the max for anime like that. I watched some like it and some not like it, but this anime is much more than "Just like K-ON!" Its own feel to it, Its uniqueness that called out to me.
The story is about this young boy, Tanaka Yukio or Koyuki, starting to get tired of his life, only 14 years in this world and he's already getting tired. Until one day... he meets this really mysterious guy with a even more mysterious dog. From the day Koyuki
...
met Ryuuske and Beck ( The dog), his life changed. They made a band, named after the dog, BECK and rocked my heart off, with lots of romance, weird moments... basically real life.
Enough of the synopsis...
Story was amazing. Its was certainly living up to the word, Slice of Life. Never have I see a anime or manga with Gangsters or anything that showed that America existed. Most anime is like, Japan is the only world out there and that there is the best place ever, which makes a lot of us already hooked to the anime Japanese craze really wanting to go there because of that. But this anime... really showed that is not rainbows and Sailor moon. There were stuff that told us that America was there and it influenced the Japanese culture as they are influencing us, here. That is what really separated this anime from the rest. Not only that, there was Romance in this story, not much, but enough to make us know that this is truly a real life anime. There were some moments that really cried, REAL LIFE, but that is what made this anime awesome.
Now lets go for the characters, shall we? Koyuki, this kid is the wimpiest kid ever, but with a heart of a good person. But that personality of his is what separates him from the other anime and manga characters, filled with cocky guys that know they are hot and are being chased by a girl or guys that are so emo that it seems that their depression will become a black hole and suck us all in. No... Koyuki is the everyman. The way a character should be portrayed, like us, with flaws. For that, I liked him, no matter how much he cried... Not only that, but this kid... has a voice of an angel, beautiful. He sounded AMAZING. And with the other characters music, made it even more beautiful.
Not only him, but the other characters... their personalities are not your average stereotype characters you see in every manga or anime. There is no Tsundare or Moe. or anything of that, its all real. But it's not just the personalties, the looks. Never have I see a anime with each character looking different from the other. No character, not even the background ones looked like the other. The chemistry between them and the other main characters were alight.
Sound was AMAZING. This anime had so much music and all beautiful, but not just the same type of music, its all different. Some was alternative Rock, Pop, Rap... etc. And not that but there was talk of real life bands and singers we know in Real life. The best music was BECKs for me, it was rich and just plain awesome.
The Art, while I said a bit of this in my characters part, was not just that. The background was awesome, I really don't know if it was realistic pictures or if it was hand drawn. It looked so realistic.
Enjoyment? Must I say more? IT WAS AWESOME. SO awesome, that I am reading the manga to see what happened next AND going to watch the live-action movie this fall. So yeah... I totally enjoyed it.

Yukino is like your average teenager in our times, wanting to be accepted and will do anything to be admired.. except her ways are more extreme.
Arima is the same thing, except his ways are more for his family not for him. Like they say in the anime, Yukino is the "Queen of Vanity", selfish in every way.
Love is unexpected, as one can imagine. One moment, you are hating this person so badly that you want to kill them, but then... all of the sudden, you see them in a different light. You start wanting to know them... to be friends with them... to love them.
...
This is exactly what happened to Yukino.
This anime is the best I have seen, next to my favorites. It does not start like your mary sue of shojo animes... Example: Girl meets boy for first time and is head over heels in love with this guy... or in comedy animes, guy always falls in girls breasts...
The comedy and shojo is true in this anime or unique. The relationship of the main characters start normal... kinda. They don't like each other that much, but later they become friends... then they like each other and they fall in love, like in real life. The comedy is hilarious, I cracked up so much with Yukino's ways and the other characters, especially her family.
That's is what else that made this anime unique. It's not just about the main character's development and their lives, its about the other characters. Every episode went and showed everyone and their lives. The family, the mom and dad's relationship, Yukino's new friends and even went in their minds and saw their psychological being.
The art of this show was amazing. The creators had to do what they needed to save the budget of the show. ( it wasn't going well, so they did whatever they could). Which I think, made it go well. Every episode was like a surprise, a present. I didn't know who I would be watching about and how the art would look like. Some of the episodes I liked was when the show was all in cut out or looked real life-ish. It was unique and well made.
The music, was good. I like the ending and opening music. Lyrics went well with the plot and characters.
All in all.. This anime is what you should watch if you want to see a good comedy Romance show. I actually liked it so much, I went and read the rest of the manga, which I'm sure is what the creators of the show wanted to happen. I wanted to know what happened to them after the last episode. What happened to not just them, but the other characters.
Was I happy about this show? Hell yeah. . I liked it that much that if they made a movie or another season ( I wish!) I will watch it. xD
So my verdict? WATCH IT! I know you will love it. :3

*Sorry if this seems very not well written.*
In your typical shojo anime/manga, you have a girl and a boy. Sometimes they fall in love instantly and there would a bunch of problems at once to stop their love, almost Romeo and Juliet-esque. But Toradora is a breath of fresh air in the this world of anime and manga.
Before watching this show, I was bored and hoping for a new anime. Something that would make me cry, "OMG this is awesome!" To cry of sadness and laugh so much that my stomach hurt like hell. This anime did just that.
Toradora is about your typical story,
...
guy likes a girl. but there is a twist, the guy is scared of the girl he likes, so he goes to her best friend to try get her to like him. sure that seems to work, except the girl's friend is very sly and gives a condition if she would help him, to help her get to his best friend. And that agreement, they go off and try to do that plan... all in while of hilarity and crazy friends. xD
But anyways, now to business.
Story: I think I incorporated that in my intro. like I said, a breath of fresh air to the shojo genre. crazy things and hilarity to resume all over the show, that made it awesome to watch and love.
Art: loved it. I loved the background and color, mostly the action parts. That girl could fight...
Sound: I loved the Opening songs and ending so much I have them in my Zune. I even liked the song sang during the Christmas episode.
Character: The characters are amazing. characters jeopardizing the plans and typical high school things. All the while of hilarity of crazy characters and events. The development is quite well shown by the end of the show. The romance between the main characters were well shown in the progress and at the end.
Enjoyment: If there was a movie or another season or anything surrounding it, I would go to the ends of the world to see it... That is how much I enjoyed seeing the show.
Overall:
Toradora is the most hilarious anime I ever seen, there were so many times in that anime that I felt like I was about to die laughing. So guess what, I'm going to watch this again.

I usually try to find anime that I feeling peckish for. Sometimes I want to watch a comedy, other times a school romance. And sometimes, I give an anime a go and if I don't like it, I drop it. This anime was once of the rare instances that I watch an anime, I get hooked on it and in the middle of the show makes me want to get rid of it, but I keep on going because I'm very hooked. For that, I really enjoyed this anime!
Sure, at first glance, it's a typical school romance with a girl that likes a boy
...
and the the boy likes her, but really it's more than that. I ran into this beautiful anime when I was done watching Toradora. I loved that anime so much I had to try this one too! And I found it very relaxing and hilarious. The main characters start out as friends, which made me very hooked because it's basically like real life. Most anime romance school stories are more the girl automatically loving the guy to death, when really in reality, it's not like that. As they go on in the school years together, they start to realize their feelings. Of course, without the obstacles a long the way, they start that.
At the end, it was a beautiful story with good ideas that went well. Good for you Lovely Complex! ;3
Okay, enough of that, let's get on with business.
Story: I guess I incorporated that in the intro of this review. xD But once again, it may seem like your average school romance, when it's may be some of that, it is much more. It gives new insight on how a anime can go, some realism in it and it can still be the best out there.
Art: I love the art in this anime. Very beautifully drawn and good color choices. I also love when they start going into chibi or some other form of parody.
Sound: Good music, I liked the opening and close songs, very well put in. And the background music was awesome as well.
Character: I liked the character development in this story, not only as growth development, but also the romance development between characters. The characters personality were to die for and made this anime successful.
Enjoyment: I loved it so much, I laughed, I got angry and I cried with the characters. That rarely happens to me in some animes, but this is one of them that did. and for that, I give it a high score. And also it made me a fan of it that I actually saw the movie based on this anime, which I enjoyed as well. :3
Overall: awesome anime! Good story and art. Combined with the characters development and hilarity, gives it a good anime. And it even makes me want to go see it again. So I say, YAY! :3 So watch and enjoy peoples! Enjoy!

When I saw this show being recommended after watching Lovely Complex, I had high expectations for it. I loved that show, so why not try something like it? I have a open mind for anime, I watch at least 5 episodes until I declare it unwatchable. This is one of the few times I actually wanted to enjoy it, but ended up not doing that at all.
I loved the main character girl, Kotoko. She was nice and overall the normal girl. But what I truly hated was Irie. While sure later in the story, its obvious they'll be together, the attitude of that
...
meany makes me think that they will never be. He's mean and makes me want to punch him. What's even sadder is that she still likes him even if he treats her like crap. After a few episodes, I got tired of him and his pathetic attitude and gave up the series all together. Sure in Lovely Complex there were times that it was like this, but it wasn't in the very beginning and it didn't go on for like forever. So sadly, this is one of the anime that will get a low rating from me.
Okay, enough ranting of story. :3 Let's keep going!
Art was nice. Well drawn. Loved the emotions showed in characters and in background.
Sound was nice also. Typical music in the background during show and opening and ending songs were good also.
Character, I think I said it well in the intro but the rest of the characters were okay. I liked how they were, except the little brother and irie.
Enjoyment was okay, but like I said the complete mean attitude of Irie really brought down the enjoyment.
Overall? If they made it that Kotoko and irie be friend-ish (like in Lovely Complex) in the beginning and started the trouble in the middle, like Lovely Complex. It would've gotten me hooked, but sadly it didn't. So, I say a 3 out of 10.

I know I said bad things about this anime. I had some people that had read my review and tried to convince me otherwise. I decided to re-watch it and I did like it. It was a good anime, I enjoyed the ups and downs of the relationship and the character development in the anime. Also what I liked is how no matter how Kotoko is, Irie loves her for who she is. That's how a relationship is and how it should go. So my new rating is:
Story: 8
