At the first impression, it was "acceptable". By "acceptable", I mean it is watchable, not bad but it's lacking a lot to make it a good anime. It has a somewhat good story concept but the execution is filled with anime logic, which means illogical in real world.
Let's start with the first thing that we can see: Animation. For an anime released in 2022, it does not look like one. To be more specific, I watched this right after I finished watching Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu Die Nuee These Sakubou. As a direct comparison in terms of animation only, I feel like I am going
...
back 15 years in animation quality. When compared to K-ON! from 2009, which is a 13-year-old anime, Arknights still looks more outdated. But I do see they put depth-of-field in the animation to make it look better. Still not impressive for a 2022 anime though.
Then the next thing we see is how the story goes. This is where things get better. The story telling is okay. It doesn't feel rushed but unfortunately, the battle is something that seems to be skipped here. The battle duration is very short and we hardly see every characters' abilities in fight which is a disappointment. The good thing is, it keeps important things in check while skipping the not-so-important things. Still... the lack of cool battle makes this anime uncool.
Then we get into the music. The opening song performed by ReoNa have a gentle melody while the story itself isn't. A kind of weird choice but I guess the studio knows more than me since I don't even pay attention to the meaning of the lyrics. In game music is fine but hardly noticeable because there is no moment that can take a full advantage of the music in the anime. The ending theme performed by Doul gave a different impression but I think it is a quite good song though.
Then we get into the characters. Amiya is somewhat a typical character that anime logic comes right into the play. I mean... Who the hell put an underage girl as a leader of an organization?! Definitely no one in real life would do so, especially when there are many adults that should be more capable as a leader in the organization. Then we see the "Doctor" who has no memories and rarely speaks. We don't even know what kind of person the Doctor is. One thing we know for sure, The Doctor is not capable of fighting. The other character worth mentioning is Ch'en. By far, she is the most logical character in this anime. The other characters that seems logical enough are Dobermann and Liskarm, then the rests are your typical anime characters with colorful personalities.
After characters, comes the voice behind the characters. The seiyuu(s) or voice actors/actresses. Doctor voiced by Kaida Yuki sounds not old enough as man. I wish for a more manly and commanding voice. Kurosawa Tomoyo as Amiya sounds like a girl with sad life which gave me weird impression. The girl who showed up in every life streaming, Ishigami Shizuka as Ch'en actually fits really nice here. A leader with strong and commanding voice. Interestingly, I think the other seiyuus also did very good as their own character.
I have a mixed feelings watching this anime. For those who played the game, this is worth watching and still considered to be a "Good" Anime. For those who don't, just skip this. It simply doesn't worth your time. After seeing how Azure Lane gets anime adaptations, I wish Arknights could be better but that simply isn't the case.

A sports anime with no sportsmanship!
That is the thing that went into my mind after going on half of the episode. That way, it gave me a bad impression already in the story. Too much drama, arrogant characters, inconsistent development, all in a sports anime. If this is reality, then Japan must be one of the most hated country in any world class sports tournaments for sure!
Okay, now move one to every aspect of this anime. It has a rather inconsistent visual as well. During the early part of this anime, everything looks very good. However, on the second half of the story where everything
...
gets more serious, the art started to look downgraded. Not sure the latter part was rushed or not, but the inconsistency is just too obvious for me. Over hundreds of anime I've watched, this is the third title that shows obvious inconsistency in artwork quality. The artwork was going between just very good to just okay. But overall, I'd still consider it is as good.
The sound effect is one thing that this anime quite excel. The music is also very good. I'd say the audio quality is actually the best part of this anime. You got an energetic and motivating opening theme that doesn't really match the story. Also an energetic and cheerful ending theme that again, doesn't really match the story. But it is not bad. I am just saying the music is too good for this type of gloomy story.
The characters are... mediocre. Nagisa is the only one with good development. She went from a loser to a... winner. Ayano is all over the place. From nothing to loser to villain to whatever the creator wants her to be. Most of the characters from different schools have no sportsmanship which is terrible for a sport anime. The other supporting characters in the same school barely shown any development. Oh well... none of the chicks are the type that one would want to make them wives though.
And finally... about the story. Honestly, having a story with a flow like this and type of female main character like this is something new for me. But not in a good way. Actually, the story itself is what dragged this anime down in my view. It shows a bad example of people should behave in sports competition. I know, it is just an anime. it is just a fiction. But should you know, fictions have power to shape or motivate people! See how Long Riders attracted people to do cycling or Yurucamp attracted to do camping for example. Hanebado doesn't show the good way of Badminton. It's just a drama which sets around Badminton unfortunately.
Overall... I have too many complaints about this anime. Mainly the story and characters' personality. They ruins the enjoyment of the anime. They don't motivate people to do Badminton. They showed how bad sportsmanship in sports competition. When seeing the PV back then before the anime was aired. I was truly impressed. But the actual product is too much of a disappointing.

A potentially good plot but ruined by poor story telling. That's what I thought of this anime. Granted, it made me curious to follow the story to the last episode. However... I can say this anime is just mediocre or average at best due to its poor story telling.
The story about humans vs gods is not something you find. This anime brought the Gods from multiple countries, cultures, or religions, all united to destroy humanity. Well... there is no mercy from these Gods due to their rather arrogant nature in this story. The humans received some helps from the Walkures to make the fight closer
...
to fair. But how? Well... For the start, the humans who fought gods in this anime is nothing short of superhuman from the beginning. Their senses, reflexes, strength, endurance, and everything except their intelligent has been boosted to match the gods. The rest you can watch yourself.
Okay, what kind of poor story telling that ruins the potentially good plot here?
For starters, while we don't see random advertising cuts because this anime is on Netflix, we actually got a lot during the fight in form of talking nonsense too long or the favorite of all anime viewers, flashbacks! Yes, ratio is incredibly terrible. For example in single episode we got like 5 minutes real fight or maybe less, then 15 minutes of flashbacks or other filler probably. The placement is just so poor. Why not give the background story before the fight dedicated in like 1 episode before the fight then dedicated the next episode for the full fight instead? That way it would be more focused on the background story and more enjoyable the fight.
Then there are some other stupidities beyond idiot, mainly the talking and thinking. Most of the fight supposed to be in very high speed beyond what normal human can see. Yet they can still finish a technique name or even a full sentence in the move which takes less than one second. Oh not too mention to come out with something in under one second. Oh damn.... To hell with logic. This isn't an anime that cares about logic. Even the spectators can still saw and listened to the fighters' talk and movements.
The character design is not that good. It's not my favorite for sure and the background story telling of the gods are rather not consistent. So... not much here either.
Is this anime enjoyable? Not really. But it successfully managed to made curious about the story. Too bad though, if they could build a better story telling, I might like this anime more. At least rating it as a "Good" anime instead of "Mediocre/Average".

Perhaps this is how Toei animation atoned for their sins in Digimon Adventure Tri. Yes, that's simply how I feel after watching this. The true final of Digimon Adventure. An adventure will have to come to an end. This film has made their last adventure and last evolution to be much more proper. While I still don't consider this the most honorable or glorious way to end Digimon Adventure, it is still quite proper and acceptable.
Let's spin a bit about the story here. This film takes a couple of years after the disappointing tragedy of Digimon Adventure Tri. The chosen children have grown up quite
...
a bit. And it does seem that people doesn't consider Digimon to be something unusual here. Well... they have seen multiple Digimon appearance in multiple years since the first Digimon Adventure after all. Aside from how the people, the characters in focus in this film are Taichi and Yamato. Both of them are about to graduate from University. Their relationship is now restored. The other characters also made their appearance and we got to see the characters from Digimon Adventure Zero Two as well. Not a bad start to build the story. The battle however, especially the final battle is the most violent I have ever seen in any Digimon anime whether it is TV or film.
The animation has improved quite a lot since Tri. Not the best for a 2020 anime film but still acceptable. Another atonement for Toei Animation's horrible animation with Digimon Adventure Tri.
The sound... well... it is okay. Not highly exciting. And for the music, you still get the now old and legendary Butter-Fly performed by Wada Kouji who passed away a couple of years back. Brave Song is still the evolution theme but with new mix. The ending theme is still performed by AiM or Maeda Ai who used to be the seiyuu of young Mimi.
Overall, I think you can enjoy this Digimon Adventure film if you know the story of Digimon Adventure TV series and couple of their early film. Especially the one that told us how Taichi met Agumon when he was still a... toddler? And then one movie how Omegamon made their debut. For people who never watched or know Digimon, there is no need to "waste" your time watching this film. You'll get lost and confused in the story without knowing the background.
In the end, I appreciate how Toei Animation atone their sins in the previous and build a proper end for Digimon Adventure. I believe the others would share the same opinion as me although not all. I know there is a new Digimon Adventure anime with a remake story. But I am not going to watch that one. My time with Digimon is already over. It's time for me to move forward, just like Taichi and Yamato said. Peace!

Story: 6
Art: 9
Sound: 8
Character: 8
Enjoyment: 7
Overall: 7
Summary:
[ + ] More than just good in almost everything, except...
[ - ] lacks of satisfying story.
...
I am trying to be objective here. Even though the overall score is rated 7, I only rated the story 6 because I am not satisfied with the ending. However, I still valued how they done with the artworks, sounds & musics, and characters which means my only lack of satisfaction is only with the story.
At first, I thought the story has little to no relation to the 1st Kemono Friends. Especially with the replacement of human chara from Kaban-chan to Kyururu-chan.
However, it turns out that is not the case. The story is still connected to the first Kemono Friends once you reach episode 5. Of course, this gets me pumped into finishing watching the story to clear my curiosity and (hoping) to get satisfaction.
Unfortunately, that is not the case. Unlike the 1st Kemono Friends which I found satisfying. This 2nd season is not that satisfying unfortunately.
Okay, now I'll explain why I am not satisfy with the story. It has holes much more than the 1st Kemono Friends. While in episode 5 it "officially" told us that it is connected to the 1st Komono Friends, it left a huge hole of what happened between 1st and 2nd season. There is no telling what happened between them and what happened to the characters. It is almost like Serval had undergone memory wipe or something terrible happened to her that made her lost her memory or at least made her memory fragmented. Until episode 12, there is no explanation to this. How come? This way, some, if not many parts of the story were kept in the dark. It's just too bad.
Now, I'll make a quick explanations about the other parts of the anime. Artwork is nice and cute. It's excellent for this kind of anime. Somewhat childish design but it's bright and colorful. The sounds is decent and the musics has the same touch as the 1st Kemono Friends. Characters is the interesting part as they kept some important charas but also introduced a lot of new charas (or Friends). Enjoyment is very good, until you get into the end of episode 9, which started to falter but I still rated the overall enjoyment as good anyway.
In the end, it is hard to recommend this anime to anyone. Unlike the 1st Kemono Friends which have many plot hole sealed, Kemono Friends 2 simply have to many plot holes and unexplained parts of the story. It is a very good work of anime that lacks a good and clear story.

The last chapter of Digimon Adventure Tri. is at least a bit better than the whole story. Before I split into each part, this is my opinion about the whole movie series:
Before this, the story has too many flaws. This last chapter is still suffer from the same problem.
How the story turns is not ultimately satisfying. While ending is "acceptable", it doesn't finish everything started within this movie series. Some parts of the story are still wrapped in mystery. The reason why I watched this movie is to see how the ending would be. I have been complaining a lot about the previous movie
...
which lacks on literally every aspects, except voice actors line-up. Toei Animation should've never created these (kind of) movie series.
Story [**CONTAINS SPOILER**]:
Like the previous movies, much talk. But fortunately this time they brought more battles to the visual. The outcome of the battles are still easily predicted though. Typical Dejimon logic. How they put the story telling is also very lacking. They show how Taichi escape from Digital World to Real World in the middle of the story. But later they mentioned someone saved Daisuke-kun and the others. It shouldn't be like this. If the started by someone saved Daisuke-kun and the others first and show how Taichi escaped from Digital Woirld near the end of the story, the impression would be different. In the ending, we don't know how Himekawa ended up as. We don't know where Alphamon is as he made no appearance in this movie. Mysterious man is still exists and will likely return with new evil plans. Also, the outcome of the ending is something that can be accomplished before causing so much damage in Real World. They were just pending it and the result is massive damage in real world. That's why you should never leave the task of saving the world to children. Because they are not capable to think big and see far to the future.
Art:
Not my favorite. Toei Animation did great animation on Dragon Ball Super but Digimon Adventure Tri is like a leftover. The battle animation, the environment, the character design, everything feels so much cheaper compared what Toei Animation could done in Dragon Ball Super or previous Dragon Ball Z Movies. In short, very disappointing for a studio who created big titles.
Sound:
What to tell... The music sometimes feels of place and has been the case since 1st movie. The best part where the voice actors sing together in the ending is great. The theme songs are very good. But the BGM is what lack the most. Sound effect are not particularly pleasing though.
Enjoyment:
I admit this movie is less boring than the previous Digimon Adventure Tri movies. But it still has a long way to go to make this movie enjoyable. The part where need to the most improvement is the battle.
Overall:
I watched this because I started with the first movie and I am curious how the whole story turns out to be. If you haven't watched the first story, then don't. It's a waste of time. I am sorry for being mean to the team who work hard to bring Digimon Adventure Tri to us. This anime has too many holes, especially in story and battle part.

Story
Although the story doesn't provide us with much story progress after the ending of Hello! Kiniro Mosaic, it is still a highly impressive story. If you remembered the impression of Kiniro Mosaic 1st episode where Shino travels to England to meet Alice's family, the story in this anime film left us a similarly strong impression. It's about friendship, a deep one. But focuses more between Shino, Youko, and Aya. We'll go flashback on their middle school life during the time they prepared themselves to enter Moegi High School.
Animation
The animation looks very good. The character design is still the same which is good. The background is
...
artistic just like the usual style of Kiniro Mosaic. It's like painting and they keep the style consistent. The color is a bit off.
Music
One of the strongest side of Kiniro Mosaic is it's excellent music, both the Background Musics and Theme Songs. This time, I'd say the music is on masterpiece level. It fits on every scene beautifully, making impression on each scene deeper. This level of work is more or less on par with Hibike Euphonium although Kiniro Mosaic doesn't involve music on its story. There are 3 theme songs in the film. The opening theme Happy★Pretty★Clover, the insert song during the festival is Shining Star, and the ending theme is Starring!!. All of them are performed by Rhodanthe* which is consists of Nishi Asuka, Tanaka Manami, Uchiyama Yumi, Taneda Risa, and Touyama Nao who also voiced the main characters.
Characters
This time, we see another side of the main characters. Aya's role in the anime is actually bigger than we knew. Shino and Youko are already have quite a lot of story proportion. Alice and Karen are kinda left out in the story focus this time but they already plenty of story on the TV series, so I think it is acceptable.
Final Thoughts
For those who haven't followed Kiniro Mosaic, it's hard to recommend this anime film. For the fans, this is certainly something you mustn't miss. Although this is just a 50 minutes anime film, this is the best work of Kiniro Mosaic and the only one I rate as Masterpiece.

A story about bicycle racing team and the enjoyment of riding a bicycle together with your friends. This story takes place after Yowamushi Pedal GRANDE ROAD. I see huge improvement in storyline compared to TV series.
Story :
Throw away those stupid chit-chats during the race. This movie has less chit-chats and more straightforward in the race. It's what an anime of bicycle race should be. Focus on the action instead of the chit-chats. The race is more sportive and more interesting in this movie. I see this as a huge improvement over the TV series.
Art :
Same as the TV series. The color is nice and
...
the environment is beautiful. It's very good but not something I would call visual stunning.
Sound :
Same as the TV series. The music and sound effect is very good. Definitely helps building the atmosphere. Surely you can hear a detailed sound of bicycle chains and gears.
Character :
The charas are the same but there are several personality changes in some of them. This time, you'll see Onoda Sakamichi failed to carry his order. Without Makishima in the team, Onoda takes a lot of pressure as the only climber and he loses his confidence as well. Naruko and Tadokoro started to work like teammates here. Makishima becomes an inspiring senpai.
Enjoyment :
Watching this movie is full of enjoyment. It tells us the joy of riding bicycle in general, and specifically in road race. It teach us how to race in a sportive way and to work as a team.
Overall :
This movie is awesome and inspiring. If you were a fan of Yowamushi Pedal, you MUST watch this movie. If you were a bicycle fan, this movie is highly recommended. If you haven't watched the TV series, you can watch this movie without worry (that's what I do). The only confusion you get is the characters but you'll know them one by one through the story just like when you watch other movies.
