Can't believe I don't enjoy this series anymore.
Season 1 was a breath of fresh air when it came to time traveling mechanics. Season 2 was kinda dragging but it had interesting characters like Echidna to carry the slower parts.
Season 3 has nothing besides better animation and still awesome music. All likeable characters seem to be either left behind or are gutted out of their personality to let Subaru shine. As Subaru mentioned - he's a nobody and yet every powerful person in this world treats him like a god. It gets extremely tiring.

My initial assessment from the trailer was correct, meh.
Despite awful first episode i enjoyed first half more than the second one. Seems like everything was rushing towards the end that you could predict from the very first episode (its like getting obvious hints during first season Eren will go full Rumbling eventually). The crew he joined suddenly turned from professionals to bunch of amateurs where nothing goes correctly and ignores psycho symptoms that kick in just at the perfect time to advance the plot.
