Both are bad anime and I personally think they are not funny, but if you liked you liked one you might like the other as well. Both are ninja action anime taking place in the modern day. Difference is that one has a male character that just learned he is a ninja, while the other is a female who is a very experienced ninja.

Highly recommended for anyone who likes cute girl anime. In both anime the main girl comes to the big city, they both have big boobs, but are as cute as any loli character. In Urara she becomes a diviner, while in RPG she becomes real-estate seller. There are 3 other main girls in both anime for you to enjoy, with various personalities. Urara Meirochou is Japanese fantasy, while RPG Fudousan is Western fantasy (could be isekai, but who cares it's really cute). If you liked one, the other will make you happy as well.

I watched both these anime without looking anything up about them beforehand, and the great thing is...both anime turned out to be hilarious. Besides the fact that they are great comedy, they are both working-life anime where the characters design creatures, in Kaijin Kaihatsu they design monsters while in Tenchi Souzou they design animals (and some monsters as well). The anime show the hardships of having a job very well, and the characters often experience failure while doing their job. Tenchi Souzou is more educational and has a small cast without cute girls, Kaijin Kaihatsu has plenty. Both have woke themes (character in wrong gendered body)

Both anime are educutional anime that teach about animals in a comedic way. Both are great comedy, so whether you just want a good laugh or learn about animals, I recommend both anime. Main difference is in Muranase the animals are antropomorphized and has moe wolf-girls and cat-girls etc., while Tenchi Souzou has normal humans and normal animals.

Kaifuku Jutsushi no Yarinaoshi

While Mushoku Tensei is an isekai anime, and Keyaru goes to the past of his own world, both anime have a similar fantasy setting. Both main characters were treated like scum in their previous lives but get a chance to redo their lives; they get to keep their memories and gain powerful magics, which they both use to fulfill...their perverted desires. Both have questionable sexual content, but Kaifuku/Redo is a LOT darker and a LOT more explicit.

Both are more or less hentai but airing on TV (ofc get the uncencored version for both anime). Both anime have pretty much isekai setting (OP main character, fantasy world, harem etc.) even though the MC is not from our world (as far as I know) In both anime the male MC gets raped. Main difference is that Peter Grill is more comedy while Kaifuku Jutsushi is a lot darker: Peter Grill just happily gets himself fucked by cute girls, while Keyaru takes revenge.

Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works

Both main characters want to be a hero; this makes them very reckless as they take on very overpowering opponents, so both anime have many plot conveniences to keep them alive. Also both MC have the power of materialization. In both anime there is a female character that fights besides the MC; in Yumekui Merry the main female is badass and cute, while in FSN the female is just badass. Merry is from another dimension, while Saber is from the past; so neither of the female characters is very familar with the modern world. Both anime take place in modern day Japan, but also have a dark fantasy setting. Difference is that Yumekui Merry is based on a manga, while FSN is based on a game.

Azur Lane

The Chinese are usually known for their cheap copies; however this time they have completely surpassed the original in quality. at furst sight Azure Lane is a complete rip-off from KanColle: In both anime ships from the WW2 era are moe-anthropomorphized as cute anime girls, even several lolis in both anime as well. Both take place in an alternative WW2 where they have to fight aliens which also look like girls. Both anime have a lot of slice of life scenes besides the naval combat scenes...or more like girls surfing over the water and shooting at enemies in both anime. Also both anime are based on a lootbox game. So if they are so similar, why is Azur Lane so much better then? Well, Azune Lane has much more colorful character design and some characters even have kemomini (animal ears). Also KanColle has only Japanese ships while Azur Lane is much more suited for an international audience (has American, British, German and Japanese ships)

Tired of dumb protagonists with million layers of plot armor save the world every time in anime? In Munou no Nana and Yuukoku no Moriarty we see the such anime from the perspective of the "bad guys" as the murder such characters. In both anime the killers are very intelligent and in both anime there is a smart detective that tries to catch the killer, so expect a lot of mind battles in both anime. Moriarty kills aristocrats, while Nana murders boring shounen protaganonists; the anime world is better of without those kind of characters anyway so I kinda enjoy seeing them die every episode (I dont condone killing irl btw). The main difference is that Nana has a Japanese school setting while Moriarty has an English historical one.

Hundred Man and Re Zero are both unique isekai because the main characters are not extremely overpowered like in most isekai. Instead the main characters are pretty normal boys who are transported in a fantasy game world where they will respawn; so you will see the MC suffer a lot as they die (Re Zero is a lot darker though, Hundred Man is more comedic). They use their power to respawn to beat much more powerful foes than themselves. For the rest they are pretty much lousy isekai anime. Also both MCs have many females surrounding him; both MC are cringe, though Re Zero's MC is a lot more (which might be understandable because he suffered a damn lot)

In both shows a person aspires to be a DJ, even though they know nothing of DJing at first. Both have very bad animation style (Tonkatsu is very cartoony and D4DJ is CG) and the music isn't very good compared to what most Western DJs play. But if you are interested in the DJ culture and want to know how they work, both anime are worth watching. In Tonkatsu most of the cast is male, while in in D4DJ the cast is female and much bigger.

Besides the fact that these two anime have great comedy, these two anime also manage to provide us our more carnal needs. Both anime have a fantatsy setting where the main characters get laid by monster girls: (so far) Peter has sex with elfs and ogres while the guys from Ishuzoku have sex with more varied and exotic creatures. (So far) Peter Grill is an average ecchi show with off-screen sex; while Ishuzoku goes all the way to the ecchi-hentai borderline, arguably even crossing it in a few scenes. Even if you are bothered by the over-sexualized anime cuture; you can enjoy it for the comedy.

But the most importantly even if you dislike mecha/super heroes (like me), both anime have plenty of ecchi moments and female nudity for you to enjoy :)

Both are anime based on smartphone games; and both are isekai as well (I'm not certain about this but based on the characters names I think Pricone is isekai. Wikipedia states that Shachou Battle is also isekai ...it's story is certainly lousy enough to be isekai.) Both anime have comedy, but the main selling point for both anime are the very colorful character designs and many cute girls. So if you want more relaxing and less serious isekai, these are for you. Difference is ... Pricone is better.

However if you like lolis you should still watch these anime because both anime have a delicious top tier flat chested demon girl as a character. In UchiMusume the demon loli is the main character; in Isekai Maou the demon girl is a side character but there are plenty of other lolis for you to enjoy.
