It has to do with school and a witch. The powers might not necessarily be real from Boku but it brings the same amount of feeling and comedy. Only huge difference is the age gap.

Colorful, all around funny but with no exact plot except love/relationships. Each episode keeps you laughing and wanting more.

Similar art styles. Akihito resembles Satoshi so much. Similar school setting. A bit of enforced mystery to keep you very interested through out the series.

I wanted to link this up with something popular in its same category so it gets more views. It's about a young witch who strives to make herself into an amazing witch. LWA is just 1 special long but one of the most beautifully colored, drawn, and animated specials I have seen. An amazing story and character development for less than 30 minutes. -Witches -Witch academy/school -rivals

It has the same kind of character development around Hero, Satan, and friends. These anime's rely heavily on comedy and pulls it off quite well. The art is appealing and characters are appealing. The subtle plot twists make them worth watching.

Both have soft but funny comedy. Vibrant colors. Great likable characters that are very different from each other. I find Acchi Kocchi to be a bit better, but GJ-bu is definitely worth watching.
