The premises are very similar which means that you should probably choose carefully which one you wanna watch first as it makes the other one a little anticlimactic. I personally suggest watching Your Lie in April (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso) first before I Want to Eat Your Pancreas (Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai). Both are about living with dying (yes i stole it).

Both by Makoto Shinkai. Beautiful visuals and story pacing overall. Very similar vibes and subtle references.

If you liked Tantei wa Mou, Shindeiru. add

...then you might like Takt Op. Destiny add

Similar art style. Overall very similar vibes in fight scenes and plotline.

If you liked Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu add

...then you might like Tokyo Revengers add

Time travel-ish premise and the writing makes viewers feel very hopeless at times as if there were no solutions available.
