Chances are you read NHK first as it is better known so I am going to focus more on NHCE. So like NHK, NHCE is a manga adaptation from a novel by Takimoto Tatsuhiko, his first novel to be exact. And from the beginning of the story, we instantly see that we're in familiar ground. Takimoto seems to draw all his main male characters from the same model, he himself that is. Yamamoto could easily be seen as a young Satō, who hasn't become a hikikomori yet. He is a depressed, lazy, immature high school student and a coward, who'd rather hide in his imaginary "cool" world than face reality. Both characters can be painfully relatable too. Then of course there's the girl. In both stories, a girl, who comes with her own set of problems, helps the main protagonist overcome his pains, and he hers. The difference is that NHCE has more symbolism, action and fanservice than NHK.

A boy suddenly has a slightly older hottie enter his life. Only in Tasogare she's a ghost (whom only he can see and touch). Ane Doki is more comedy oriented, Tasogare is a mystery/supernatural manga, both series are great. Also I wouldn't call Tasogare ecchi ; it's closer to a romance with a bit of fan service. I'm not an ecchi manga expert but before discovering Tasogare, I didn't think I'd find an ecchi manga artist who could surpass or even be on par with Kawashita Mizuki. Well I'm happy I was wrong. Both author's (Kawashita and Maybe) art styles are a pleasure to the eye. And to top it all, both main girl characters are highly likable. All of this makes them my favorite "ecchi"/romance series so far.

Both series deal with antisocial behaviors of different kinds, characters who don't fit in. They also have an educational, almost therapeutic feel to them, as the characters portrayed in them are very realistic and self improvement is a major theme in both stories. I would recommend the anime version of NHK above its manga version though. The depiction of the struggles Satou goes through is much fairer in it, among other things.

Both series propose their own approach of the relationship between mankind and space (conquest). Freedom is more shounenish. All in all, both are awesome space shows.

Both Planetes and Magnetic Rose (the 1st film of Memories) are about space garbage men in the late 21st century.

I can't agree more with rebwaters. The main difference is that Ane Doki! is not so much a harem as To-LOVE-Ru. If you liked TLR for the ecchiness and the quality of the drawing, you'll love Ane Doki. And vice versa. (however Natsuki is hotter than all the girls in TLR imho)

There are mainly two categories among my favorite comedy series. The first one is the Fumoffu/School Rumble group, typical (but great) high school comedy. The second category, only composed by GTO and DMC, distinguishes itself by a more particular sense of humor. They both share awesomely wicked main characters, and also 3 letters title acronyms.
