The story was Great it wasn't perfect it had it's flaw but it did well to deliver the plot but I always feel like Tsukune is actually immortal and he just comes back to life every time he dies. It has its fair share of hilarious moments but the author blends the serious moments excellently I probably shouldn't go anymore since it would be a bunch
of spoilers.
The art at the start seems really old school but it improves a lot I mean Tsukune's hair has more detail and is also smoother instead of being spiky i prefer that a lot then more then before
...
and love the girls designs especially inner Moka's she looks really badass.
Characters I don't have much opinion but they seem like a funny bunch especially the headmaster of yokai academy he is really mysterious and also really blunt which makes it a lot funny we have the new characters that where introduced in the second season as well they where not bad at all I guess the one with most development was the little sister and the karate dude's monster form looked cool although he is a lolicon.
Enjoyment is the main reason why why people should read a manga if you don't enjoy it don't but this manga is quiet fun to read especially the slice of life moments the action moments are also quiet enjoyable especially to the end of the series the wholesome moments are the best.
Overall I would highly recommend it I remember this being the first manga series I read I hope they like adapt a great anime adaptation that actually follows the canon story.
