First of all, I'd like to clarify that Elfen Lied is not the horror-violent-awful anime that you think. The story of the series is incredibly awesome, its really beautiful and touching, the bloody massacre scenes are just to complete the story. If you are afraid of watching it beacause the blood, deaths etc.. go on dear. You'll love it. I'ts the best drama anime I have ever seen in my life. And i'm happy I faced it.

For the ones who are looking for "great" smutty mangas, sure you'll love this. Ok, this is not the best smut i've ever read, but sure it deserves attention. The manga is not that famous neither recommended by people, but I think it's a good deal reading it. The story is around Miyu and Aoi relashionship, they are really cute and lovely, but, as this manga is a smut, they also have the "animal side" kkkk.
One thing I didnt like was the art. I think the author's "way of drawing" is strange and a little bit "dark" makes the page a bit boaring to read. I ...

If you´re bored of watching the same "adventure thing" or the same "shoujo stuff", this is the perfect anime for you. Definetly. I think it was the best anime i´ve seen in my whole life. I found amazing how the story "touches" you, it makes you feel like you´re at Cross Academy! I also enjoyed a lot the art and the music. It´s really well-illustrated and the characters are really complex and there are so many details BUT the story don´t gent confusing at ANY time.
