Both Sakurasou and Kawaisou have a house that is followed by sou... In all seriousness, both anime follow a main character who ends of living in a house full of "unique" characters, Sakurasou, and Kawai Complex. In this house they deal with the shenanigans of their new roommates, try to get used to it, and of course, meet a love interest. They are both funny RomCom's that will have you awwing, crying, and laughing. Well worth a watch!

The more I look into this, the more similar these two anime are alike. Houtarou and 8man are pretty similar. They both enjoy conserving energy, seem to be loners (Although Houtarou and Satoshi are pretty close), and are in a club they don't want to be in, the Classics Club and Volunteer Service Club. Both clubs activities revolve around helping others in need and coming up with solutions to their problems. Genres are both Slice of Life, and Romance, and if you like one you will probably enjoy the other one as well.

Basically the same anime, although No Game No Life is a little flashier. Main characters are dropped into a foreign world where everything is settled by playing a game. The protagonists attempt to live/save in that world.

This one may be a stretch, but if you like a different form of story telling, these are for you. Baccano and Bakemonogatari feature several stories on different characters and make everything connect as it proceeds through the story.

If you like cute girls doing cute things, these are the anime for you. Both made by KyoAni and have a group of (mainly) girls playing instruments, striving for success. Main difference is the amount of people in their bands, but regardless the same premise remains in the story.

...then you might like Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai. add

Both shows have the same concept of allowing the dead to cross over to the next life. Sad moments, and excellent story telling for a heart-warming story overall.

Each show focuses on a group of students dealing with the supernatural. Haruhi and Yuri have very similar personalities and go about things the same way. Feature slice of life elements and not so slice of life elements throughout the series'.

Both shows focus on the police point of view to stop crime. Features clever characters, outsmarting the enemy, and an overall dark atmosphere.

Both anime feature some form of human vs fantasy struggle. Parasytes and Ghouls both need to feed on humans in order to survive, which makes humans their prey. Overall atmosphere is dark in both shows and feature development of Parasytes and Ghouls and how their lives are impacted.

Both shows have a cast full of amazing and memorable heroes. Both first arcs feel kind of similar, but splits off after that. Both main characters start with little experience, and grow from learning from friends and future events. Packed with great fights and character development.

Both anime have a similar art style, and the atmosphere feels very similar. Main difference is one is a game, and the other is real life. But the RPG elements still remain in the latter.
