The characters are cute, the story serves the purpose and I like most of the show so far. So why can't recommend it and gave it such a low score? Because for some reason that I just can't understand, the author decided to turn this into a ecchi show at least once every episode. Not only do I despise ecchi, but this isn't even the "right" show for it! It's supposed to be cute and wholesome, not lewd and perverted! Another sugar sweet romcom by Yamamoto-sensei. As a huge Takagi-san fan, I really loved this one as well. The reason why this show is only rated a 7/10 is because the ending makes it seem like he's gonna confess now only to reveal that he hasn't reached his goal yet. As a huge Initial D and car fan I was excited when this show was announced. The trailers looked promising and there was even eurobeat! What more could you want, right? Well, except the classic 80s and 90s cars of course but that's a different topic. Anyway, when I watched MF Ghost I wasn't disappointed but also not impressed. While this anime is pretty good, I can't give it more than 7 stars. Why? Because no anime - no matter what it is about - should give the viewer such a hard time getting through the first three episodes. Seriously, the first episodes are literally the girl bullying the boy. Later it changes more to teasing, but the biginning is just way too hard to get over with. At least give the viewer something to believe that it's gonna be worth sitting through the beginning. But they don't do that.
