NO SPOILERS REVIEW :-)
This series I've been wanting to watch for a long time but never did because I could never figure out the order from start to finish. Some people say start at Fate/Stay Night, others say Fate/Zero, I wasn't really sure so I watched 1 episode from both series and Fate/Stay Night seems like a sequel to Fate/Zero so I recommend watching Fate/Zero first if you want to get into the fate series, anyway onto the review.
Story: 7/10
The story is basically a battle royale in the real world, six competitors summon warriors from their time which are referred to as servants to
...
fight each other for a prize known as the grail which can is an omnipotent object where you can ask/wish for whatever you desire and it shall happen. The concept itself seems basic but it's not as simple as just look for people and kill them, this requires strategy and knowledge of your opponents. You get a few on everyone's perspective of why they're in the it for the grail and they always focus on one group of people so you're not really sure who you would want to win at all, they even got other stuff going on that they have to deal with like side quests while they're fighting each other. So yeah, I give the story a 7/10
Art: 9/10
I don't think I have to say much, lets be real. Just looking at the cover itself shows you how the art of the series is, not to mention the animation is absolutely beautiful. Amazing how a 2011 anime can look this good, so I'm giving it a 9/10
Sound: 8/10
They know when to use OST when they're needed, that's for sure. Sounds used in the anime are really good, the OP is great especially since it was sang by LiSA (ED is also a vibe). So I giving sound a 8/10
Character: 8/10
The characters used in fate as servants are based from people you may know from history, like Alexander the great or King Arthur etc. They're all known as kings of their times and all have shared a tragedy in their lifetime, and they portray themselves very well (I recommend researching these people just so it'll help understand them a little more: Alexander the Great, King Arthur and Joan of arc). Besides from the legends, the ordinary people who serve as their masters each have different motives for what they seek, some are basic, some are not interested and some are for the greater good. The match ups seem to fit everyone so it's pretty nice watching people using their servants and all that so yeah, I give character a 8/10
Enjoyment: 7/10
I actually enjoyed the series once I realised what was going on, I like how they balanced the action and information given during the first season. They're some gruesome scenes I must say which are extremely messed up cause of some maniacs, but besides from that I have no complaints so I'll give this a 7/10
Overall: 8/10
Overall is a 8 out of 10, so far so good and I have high expectations of what I will see in the future for this series, so yeah that's my review. Thanks for reading ;-)

No spoiler review :-)
Dororo is one of those anime which hits different, once you've finish the anime it will leave you thinking 'Well damn'. I'm actually surprised not many people actually know about this anime but all well, time for me to start the review (P.S. this is the first anime I watched produced by studio MAPPA).
Story: 9/10
The story is based around shogun, daimyo times which 2 boys Dororo and Hyakkimaru. Hyakkimaru's father sold Hyakkimaru's body parts to demons and now Hyakkimaru is trying to gain them back one by one. With great pacing the story unravels itself giving answers to characters they've been questioning
...
leading all the way to climax of the story. The way the story is illustrated and gave emotion was done perfectly well so I give it a 9/10.
Art: 8/10
The art always kept it's form, even if a scene was gruesome or some fight scene popped up the art always stay top notch. In a sense, you could say it had more detail than Samurai Champloo :-0. So I give art an 8/10.
Sound: 8/10
First things first, OPs and EDs go hard all the way, ain't ever going to forget those songs in my head. Second, soundtracks are good as well, sometimes it's quite and then boom, starts playing some music. So I'm giving sound an 8/10 as well.
Character: 9/10
Characters are well portraited in this anime, we get views on different peoples opinions in different situations, they give off emotion and struggle which seems real enough to feel it yourself and they fulfil their roles to the very end. You really see a lot of development in people as the series goes on, especially Hyakkimaru. I shall give character 9/10.
Enjoyment: 9/10
I watched this anime from start to finish, didn't switch to any other anime, that's how much I was enjoying the series. Sadly I doubt there will be a second season (Not that it's needed) but the ride I got to experience while watching was worth it. Thus my enjoyment is 9/10.
Overall: 9/10
My over is 8.6/10 but rounds up to 9/10. Honestly this anime was really good and I recommend it to practically everyone, it's a must watch if I do say so myself. yeah that's my review, thanks for reading ;-)

No spoilers in this review :-)
Vinland Saga is the first show I've seen that had anything to do with Vikings (besides the movie franchise 'How To Train Your Dragon'). When I first heard of it, I wasn't really interested but then I found out Wit Studio (makers of the Attack on Titan anime) made it, I decided to give it a shot, my opinion about it changed a lot since then.
Story: 8/10
The anime is practically a revenge story starring the main character Thorfinn. Nothing unusual to other revenge type anime, but the plot around it and the story building up which increases as you continue
...
to watch makes the story even more interesting to watch. Throughout the series you hear about these different issues and conflict nations are having with each other and how some of it fits into the main plot itself is pretty wild, which is why I give the story an 8/10.
Art: 8/10
It seems as though Wit Studio has improved their art style over the years, cause the used in Vinland Saga ain't your average every soft anime type art. They've added some real detail into their drawings (animation on peak as well) which is why I give this an 8/10.
Sound: 8/10
The music used in it is quite calming to listen to in certain situations in the anime, but gets pretty wild when some big turn or fight is about to happen. The 1st and 2nd OPs sound soooo good (especially opening 1) and the EDs are also great. The voice actors really fitted their roles in this anime as well, thus I give sound an 8/10.
Character: 8/10
Yall might have different opinions but I don't remember having any issue with any character (besides maybe 1 or 2). They all had their own traits, character development was only used on people who actually needed to develop, and they developed perfectly, kind of funny comparing how they use to be to how they are now. So I rate character 8/10.
Enjoyment: 8/10
I fully enjoyed the experience I had when watching the show, the first 3 episodes were a bit slow I will say but that was because they were building up the story, the main plot. As new characters started arriving and more plot was getting revealed, I guess I really enjoyed an anime about Vikings, and that's something you don't see everyday, it was even packed with a lot of emotion too. So I'm giving my enjoyment 8/10.
Overall: 8/10
Overall would be 8/10, it really is a great anime which is why I'm recommending it to others. I'd say give it a chance, if you don't get past at least the first 3 episodes then I guess I understand, otherwise enjoy the show ;-).

Alright, this is my first anime review so bare with me ;-)
(P.S no spoilers in this review)
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, an anime one of my friends have been hyping me up to watch, claiming it was the best anime he'd ever watched. I already had a watch list and wanted to save Fullmetal for later but the hype was unreal I had to put Samurai Champloo on hold to watch this. Giving it some thought after watching this I can see why people would consider Fullmetal the best anime in the world, thou I will say in my opinion it didn't live up to the hype
...
I've heard about, yet it still didn't disappoint.
Story: 8/10
The story is actually pretty unique compared to other anime I've viewed over some time, turning the elements science into a type of power and having the ability to use matter or substances around you to your advantage is something I would have never imagined. The story starts off nice and basic starring the two Elric brothers trying to fulfil their goals (like any other main protagonists), but the more in depth you are in the story, the more secrets that are revealed, the plot twists in the story make it even more worthwhile. I'm giving it an 8 out of 10 because even though the story was great, I felt like they could of expanded the story more and really get more in depth with certain things and characters which is why instead of a 9 I make it 8.
Art: 8/10
I never have a problem with art when it comes to anime. I will say the art is good, shouldn't have any complaints I think. For art I would give it a 7/10 but because the animation goes so well with the art and even amazes me at times seeing how it was made back in 2009, gonna have to give it that boost.
Sound: 8/10
The OSTs used in Fullmetal are used so well and are played at the right moments. They're pretty nice to listen, especially the OPs and EDs, they go crazy. I watched Fullmetal in sub so I don't know about English voice actors but the Japanese voice actors voiced their characters quite well (P.S for those who have watched one piece, you may notice the voice actors of Zoro, Franky and Nami are in the anime). Thus giving the sound an 8/10.
Character: 6/10
I won't lie, at the start of the series I thought everyone fitted their roles perfectly, all had their own personalities and found it quite cool, but as I continued to watch Fullmetal I kind of started getting annoyed on how some of the characters began to behave. Everyone has their own ideals and opinion for what's good and bad and I respect that, but sometimes the Elric brothers can be pretty hypocritical at times when it comes to judging people for their actions, then again it's not like I don't completely understand why they do it (Also the attuite given from certain characters some times ticks me off). In some ways as you journey through the series, some have good character development as they progress, some should of had more. Therefore I give Character a 6/10.
Enjoyment: 6/10
I actually enjoyed this series a lot and I would of given this an 8/10 but a few things put me off. I've practically enjoyed every moment of the series, at the start the pacing of Fullmetal seemed pretty fast as if they were trying to get all the early information out of the way, but soon slows a bit down and has a moderate pace which becomes enjoyable and understanding to watch. Then near the ending arc, what felt like it should of taken like at most 4-6 eps, it was pretty dragged to the point where I was wondering when are they going to finish. So that brings it down to a 7/10, thou I will admit the reason I brought it down to a 6 was kind of a bias reason. I heard so much hype from this anime and I guess since the anime didn't meet my expectations of hype it kind of ruined the experience for me a bit, which is why I rate my enjoyment 6/10 (you can ignore this if you want and consider it a 7/10, I don't mind tbh).
Overall: 7/10
Yeah this anime has it's ups and downs, the mean of the ratings I've given above makes an overall of 7.2/10 but you know, 7 on this website so yeah, 7/10. I haven't read the manga nor seen the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime adaption (2003 version) but I'm pretty pleased with this anime, not my top 5 but wouldn't mind re-watching. Then again you may have a different opinion to me and enjoy it more than I did (or dislike it more). Anyway that's my review, cheers for reading my view of things :-)
