This anime has a heavy feeling from the moment it begins to play, and understandably so. Knowing that this is a historical anime and that the events actually took place... it makes me sad. Those poor people must have been so terrified. Seita and his sister went through so much, and to get stuck with that witch. She treated them like garbage! I swear I just wanted to smack her. Seita is such a good brother, though. No matter what happened, he remained strong for his baby sister - it makes me feel proud. This is such an emotional anime, but such a good ... one. It's a part of history, and it's worth watching. But be prepared to have your heart wrench a few dozen times! Ugh, it's so infuriating, too. That woman is such a jerk - how can she treat kids like that? But they remain strong and that makes me feel a little less angry. I just can't wrap my head around how an adult can be so cruel to a child. I mean, I don't even like kids, but I'd never treat them like that.

I've watched a lot of music videos in my day, and I admit that I haven't watched Love Live before watching this, but I have to say - this video was pretty dope. It totally gave off a Kpop girl group vibe! The song itself is very enjoyable, the lyrics are nice and upbeat, and the characters are pretty cute, and their eyes are amazing. The ending just screams friendship, which really warms my heart. This was eight minutes well spent! I want to watch more like this, and now I have the urge to watch the actual anime. Tens all across the board for ... this one!

Two minutes seems far too little for an anime series, but I guess it's a good choice if you're short on time... The adults seem far too interested in Chie, it's kinda weird, in my opinion. I won't lie, she IS cute, but they just take it too far. It also feels like they talk faster than normal in order to fit into the two minute slot, like the speech is sped up. It gave me a chipmunk vibe, if I'm honest. The story itself wasn't really all that entertaining for me, but it wasn't unbearable, either. I say watch this if you have nothing ... better to do.

This OVA started out pretty chill, like a normal slice of life type. You know, the normal, 'just going through life' feel. Even so, it was pretty interesting, and the characters are very likable. Things started to change towards the end of the OVA though... The animation changed to a 3D-esk animation, like you see in video games. It was such a subtle change, it through me for a loop - I had to do a double take and started questioning if the entire OVA had been like that, which no, it had not. Holy crap that cliffhanger at the end though! This is meant ... to be episode 0 of the actual series, and they did a good job of catching your attention and then leaving you hanging, dying to know what happens next. The creators must be fishermen, because they know how to hook the watcher! I definitely have to watch the series now.

Let me start by saying that I'm not big on Military anime, but this one did NOT disappoint. Do you know how hard it is to try and play a race while watching this anime? It's impossible! I just couldn't look away, and watching it gave me chills. Tanya is such a bitch, but I love it. There's really no characters that I've come to hate, which is extremely rare. All of the characters are great! I really don't like religion, and that IS a part of this anime, but it doesn't take over the story. It's like... squeezing a bit of lime over a ... soda. You know it's there, but it's not overwhelming. I love Tanya so much, and this anime is easily a ten across the board!

Ah, Toradora. What can I say about this anime? Let me first address the one thing I absolutely can't stand - the freaking drama. Don't get me wrong, I know it's impossible to find a romance without drama, especially a SCHOOL romance. Still, Toradora seems to have more drama than necessary. It's annoying, but the characters and story make up for it. I usually don't like female characters, but I LOVE Taiga. She's so adorable and I love her personality. It's safe to say she's the ONLY female I like in this show (though the teacher isn't half bad, either). Honestly, I love the relationship ... between Taiga and Ryuuji - I ship it so hard. They are so beautiful together, and they have such a strong, loving bond. It's the second best anime relationship ever (the first being Sawako and Shouta). When there's not drama happening, it feels pretty light-hearted and funny. Definitely worth it's salt, and easily a 10!

I need to start by saying that the plot of this anime hits home for me. So many times I've wished I could have a second chance, return to school and experience things I never had the chance to when I was younger. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. This anime fulfilled that wish, even if it wasn't me ... that went through it. It made me happy to see him get a second chance and see him make the most out of it. Arata is an amazing person that reaches out to help people without a second thought. There is a bit of drama, no slice of life would be complete without it, but it's kept to a minimum. There was a plot twist at the end, but if you pay close attention, you can pretty much guess what it is as the anime progresses. It's short, but so sweet. I feel like it was the perfect mixture of everything needed to make a good slice of life/school anime. Those are hard to find.

I physically CAN NOT finish this anime. It's absolutely HORRIBLE. It's literally a soft porn directed towards hormonal teenagers and there's far too many naked people for my taste. I feel like the creator of this anime was hungry, horny and high when this was being made. It's a shit storm of an anime, and I regret making it as far as I did. I really tried to push through it and finish this anime, but it's just too much. I cringed so many times while watching it, I can't continue. This is easily the worst anime I've ever watched.
