Both of these great manga include good art and illustrations and an interesting story and plot. Both Heroines are trying to protect their sister from a harsh life. While Tasha in Witch Hunter is trying to save his sister, from the clutches of the evil witches. In Mother Keeper it is a fantasy like WH, involving guns and death, where they strive to be together, but fighting a world against them. They're are various things in common in the story if you look deep enough, however Mother Keeper only has bout 6 chapters out.

The art's are somewhat similar, and also their plot is similar in a way. Arisa's mangaka is the creator of Kitchen Princess. Both manga's talk about a group or thing conspiring against them, that result in troublesome situations, but still has some good romance scenes. Although Arisa has less since it just began, and involves trying to help her twin sister. While the heroine in Max Lovely, finds herself targeted for being extremely popular, by a mysterious cult called group *F*.

Both get a fake boyfriend for the sake of there fans. For Fall in Love Like a Comic the main characte does itr for her manga, for shinasai it's for her cell phone novel. The drawing arts are different, and i think shinasai has more depth.
