As is the problem with most otome game based anime, the protagonist has little to no strong personality traits in order to allow for a harmonious relationship with all kinds of people with all kinds of personalities. Keeping this in mind, I think Amnesia was made extremely well.
There is a legitimate and believable reason for the protagonist's personality which, as you probably guessed, is that she has amnesia. It makes it much easier to understand the world and the characters because the viewer and the protagonist are both trying to understand what in the world is going on while trying to get to know

From the synopsis, one can probably tell that if you don't care for breasts, this anime may not be the most enjoyable. And I just so happen to be on of those people.
I found everything, from the story to art to sound to character, average. All are rather generic and wasn't exactly new. However, I will say, the manipulation of elements (on the periodic table mind you) on an atomic level was an awesome concept. In general, I thought this anime was enjoyable. The music was great and the general design was good as well. I found the musical style of this anime to be very unique. All the songs in the anime are some of my favorites and are very catchy.
However, the story was poor as were the characters themselves. Both were extremely cliche with no uniqueness. The creators did a good job in reaching out to many fans as the characters each embodied major cliches that are, in general, very popular.
