Buddy Daddies (Anime) add
Watched on: 10 April 2025

I have no idea why I watched this so late. It’s a family-comedy-drama with action and emotions. At first it feels like a fun action series but by the end it really gets to you. I didn’t expect it and I’m sure many others won’t either.

The story follows two assassins — Kazuki Kurusu and Rei Suwa — who live together and never miss their targets. But everything changes when a little girl named Miri enters their lives. From that point on the story shifts and becomes more about parenting, growth and relationships.

You’ll see gunfights, blood and missions but also heartwarming scenes ...

This is truly a departure from the other run-of-the-mill isekai anime--where the protagonist becomes overpowered with some ridiculous form of magic or strength. Here, the MC is not endowed with exceptional power, strength, or magic; rather, his single and only power is the ability to "appraise" one another person's talent.

(Of course, do not worry, as it is not a spoiler since this gets revealed right at Episode 1.)

The narrative instills the action of how the MC deploys his subtle skill into a bright and strategic move, surviving in a world full of political friction and war. Instead of brute force, he ...

Tsubasa, our protagonist, moves from Tokyo to a chilly Hokkaido, where he will find Minami, an energetic, really cute girl. So, this Shonen romance anime begins. Personally, I adore films, anime, or any bit of story that involves romance, I reckon in my life there has never been this sort of tension, but I am still believing that someday I will have it 😅.

The progression of their friendship to love, with some emotional attachments, small jealousies, and heartwarming changes in behavior is slowly portrayed. There's even a little bit of a love triangle, not too overdramatic, of course. The best part?-it's ...

Mixed Feelings
(Watched: 4th-5th April 2025)

It revolves around a bit of everything like fantasy, adventure, comedy linked with drama.
The whole plot is pretty plain according to it: humans playing games against the gods. But then, it is very complicated, and it is not that easy to understand. Even at the end, some things feel a little unclear to me.

And these games were shown to be not easy as well as simple; concentration is needed while watching the movie.

🎲 Shall You Watch It?
I didn't suggest it to everyone; for those who do enjoy tricky storylines and fantasy/adventure empower games, they might want to check it out.

I recently got to watch this Shojo anime as lots of posts flooded social media about it and I wanted to try something romantic. Well, it was basically the Cinderella story by reference.

💞 Story Summary:
It is about Miyo and her soon-to-be husband Kiyoka Kudou, slowly falling for each other.
Not only is it a historical romance, but there is something more to it: fantasy.

✨ What to Expect:
Strong female lead
Slow-burning romance

Black Clover (Anime) add
Preliminary (50/170 eps)
Unfortunately, I am unable to recall the date on which I began viewing it, but I am pretty sure that I finished around February 26, 2025. Let me just say that after watching all 50 episodes of the first season, it felt like one became addicted.

🌟 General First Impression:
Just like Naruto, Hunter x Hunter, or My Hero Academia, this one has a protagonist who will never give up under any circumstances.
This one starts with the introduction of new characters at periodic intervals while continuously balancing friendship, rivalry, and emotional depth.

🌍 World-Building and Character:
To me, it feels like the blending of a well-thought-out backstory of ...

I watched this anime from March 24th to 26th, 2025, and honestly, it gave me this strange sense of déjà vu—like I had seen something just like it before. Sure, there are other similar anime out there, but this one struck a strangely familiar chord.

Right from the first few minutes of Season 1, you’re hooked and ready to binge the whole series. Three characters quickly form a friendship, and just like that—the adventure kicks off.

With MAPPA’s incredible animation and the backing of Crunchyroll and Webtoon, this show launches into a classic “Tournament of Strength” setup. It starts off as your typical high school martial arts ...

I just watched this brand new Isekai anime today (March 30, 2025). In keeping with its name, "Magic Maker," our MC, Shion, is reincarnated in a world where people know nothing about magic. Instead of being overpowered at the start, then, he reads, experiments, and learns about magic from scratch—which is a relief.

Similar to all other Isekai, this anime has the typical dungeons, quests, goblins, monsters, and fairies. The best part is watching the MC learn spells and use them to solve problems.

By the end, they introduce a Demon King and a couple of things are clarified, but they didn't put any humongous cliffhangers for ...

I have watched this anime on 24-25 March 2025. It's a rom-com slice-of-life (seinen) with elements of drama. But bro, realistic? Bilkul nahi! No way.😭

The love and romance triangle in this anime left me with mixed emotions—sometimes confusion, sometimes frustration, and sometimes it just left me questioning everything. The main characters are Akari, Jiro, Shiori, and a couple more. There are also some gutsy scenes that contribute to the intensity.

The characters' past lives are not explored much, but their current relationships are complex. There are also some emotional scenes that may even make you think of a breakup.

At the end of Season 1, we still ...

Spoiler
This is a fantasy anime I viewed from 22/3 – 23/3/25. It is about Rud, a defense-based (Tank) character who has a unique ability. Because of a miscommunication, he gets expelled from his previous team, and from there the real story starts.

There are demon kings, dungeons, knight guards, adventurers, homunculi, and other creatures seen throughout the series. The central antagonist of this season is Greed, and by the conclusion, he is "defeated" but not depicted as being dead, leaving a very unsatisfying end. If he did die, then the writing was lazy and unoriginal. If he didn't, then the anime wasn't impactful enough.

Overall, this is ...
