Jiisan baasan wakagaeru is pretty much self explanatory from the title as to what it has to offer, it's the story of a old couple who turn young and the story proceeds from there covering how they spend their remaining life and how it leads to intresting developments.
Though the narration uses a very unnatural plot device mixed in with lack of realism and low level animation, which may not to be everyone's liking, the true charm of the show lies elsewhere.

I mostly give my reviews straight forward, don't expect any art, music, character development, plot etc. based separate ratings from me . But i can assure you that my review is unbiased. As an adventure tagged anime this show fails tremendously, considering that they don't really give any depth to their characters, sloppy plot execution and the plot itself isn't enticing enough, you'll forget most things about this anime by next week.
