About the female MC who is suddenly pulled into the supernatural world related to the real world, both of them have many types of ghosts, but in Mieruko-Chan there is almost no explanation about something, while in Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun is quite explained, both also focus on comedy although Mieruko-chan should be more horror.

Takt Op. Destiny
add

The disaster story part is very similar at the beginning of the episode, in Black Bullet there are promoter & initiator while in Takt Op. Destiny there are conductor & musicart, they have almost the same concept of battle where one person action and the other gives orders. There are also a lot of sad feelings from the characters. The storyline of the two also has similarities with having monster enemies like Gastrea or D2s but apart from that there are hidden enemies.

Using psychological & tension, both anime have a lot of real violence and typical mahou shoujo violence. About how one gains the power to subdue those closest to him, there is an admin/kamisama who gives power. Can give off almost same horror-action vibes, though Mahou Shoujo Site is more like a threatened world whereas Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sotsu has a lot of different worlds.

Both of them have 3 main characters with almost the same characterization. Sacchan = Baka (noisy & ridiculous) Yui = Wota (shy) Kotoha = Robo (serious) You could say, Joshikousei no Mudazukai (JnM) is the high school version, Mitsuboshi Colors is the elementary school version. Although JnM has many supporting characters who are the same age & Mitsuboshi Colors usually plays outside school hours.

Gunslinger Girl
add
...then you might like
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
add

Both anime tell about how children life in a complicated & dark world. In Gunslinger Girl (GG) the children follow the orders of the adults while in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (HnNKn) the children are free-willed, even so the children in these two series can still cause severe damage to their world & can even kill each other. For GG, it doesn't provide a lot of atmosphere for children to have fun & play with friends like HnNKn did.

Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen

In general, the plot is almost the same, namely by making the opposite gender you fall in love first & finally you drop it. The difference is, Kaguya-sama: Love is War has a big psychological role, while Masamune-kun's Revenge is more natural.

If you liked
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou
add
...then you might like
Munou na Nana
add

The two are very similar in that the storytelling is focused on one of the main characters across multiple episodes with chapters & parts. However, it is different if Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou will return to the beginning when the chapter ends while Munou na Nana continues to move forward. I highly recommend this one, if you like one of them. You will also enjoy both.
