...then you might like Suhoyojeong Michel add

Both have very simplistic plot lines. In Michel their are little creatures called "fairies", in pokemon, their are little creatures called pokemon. Their is also a side kick gang known as the "black hammer" that is very similar to "team rocket". Michel the main character along with her side kick kim must travel around the world to collect these fairies although for an entirely different reason then pokemon but both shows can be enjoyed by kids although michel is aimed for an even younger generation

If you liked Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku add

...then you might like Hadashi no Gen add

This series is very similar to Barefoot Gen in that it shows the harsh realities of war through the eyes of a teenage boy struggling to survive. The only difference is Barefoot Gen is more historical and based on true events that happen during WWII. Where as "Now and then Here and "There" is fictional. How ever both share a common theme of the atrocities of war and how people are corrupted and end up killing each other.

Both anime's are similiar in where each character develope's a new power, only difference is in mai hime. They controll hime's and in ROD you can controll the power of the 5 elements of nature.
