If you liked Joshikousei: Girl's High add

...then you might like B-gata H-kei add

Both anime transcend their genre stereotypes quite well. They deal with issues a teenage girl might encounter in a hyperbolic way. Some of the characters from B Gata H Kei might feel familiar if you watched High School Girls, but they don't overstay their welcome.

...then you might like Mirai Keisatsu Urashiman add

If you've enjoyed either silly adventures then you will most likely enjoy the other one. Both series are somewhat similar, but neither series feel like a cop-out.

If you liked Hotaru no Haka add

...then you might like Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 add

There is this strange sense of realism and probability in these series that you might like if you liked either series. Also a sense of mature responsibility for ones' siblings. Not to mention the need for growing up quickly and taking charge of what is going on. Both anime have a "Grave of the Fireflies effect" that use several ploys to tug at your heart and give a sad feeling. Both are a must watch.

Musical moe anyone? Piano is a more serious anime whilst K-On is more outrageous.

If you've enjoyed the revenge of Hell Girl, you will most likely enjoy the hits by Golgo 13. In a way you get to see both sides of the coin. In Hell Girl you will see the victim receive help, and in Golgo you will see the predator attacking the prey.
