Came from the manga version, I'm glad they cut many boring stuff from the manga and goes directly to stories that matter more. With this the animation will soon take over the manga, one thing I want to see is how his students develop and if the school event where they can showcase their skills will happen in this season

One thing I miss is the level of detail. The artist on manga went to great lengths to do little details on the accessories, weapons, and outfits of the characters. Here they make Makoto's cape to cover his entire body and shiki's staff looks like big ... candy cane instead of slim intricate staff. They also remove some accessories so the outfit looks a bit bland. I understand this decision was made because animating detailed stuff is harder, so it is what it is I guess.

Light hearted story with main plot revealed bit by bit as the story progress. Typical overpowered isekai story

MC character is kinda 'dead inside', doesn't seem he has any specific goals in mind. Not women, not wealth, not getting stronger, he just breeze through life as he face it. Has no moral problem executing anyone he think to be potentially dangerous tho, and his unfair skill of fighting remotely makes assassination as easy as blinking an eye.

The majority of the story is just him hopping from city to city. Just him and his monsters, no heroine, no partner. The artist tho, seems to keen on throwing ... beautiful/sexy random female characters here and there. The guild receptionist in every city for sure, and also random adventurers along the way that you'll never see again. Side characters also have great design and variation, props to the artist skill.

Kind of boring but okay. As usual MC receives unfair buffs from the start, but the difference is he then powerlevel so quickly while adding more members rapidly. It seems the author is confused whether to start from zero (like shield hero) or from max (like log horizon or overlord) so he decided to start from zero and reach max in just a few episodes. The MC is supposed to be a battle junkie but since he won every battle easily he never was in a tough spot to show that

Most characters are shallow since there are many of them and each can only have ... so much screentime, they have some kind of backstory and general characteristics and that's it.

Kind of surprised with the strong reaction here (considering the manga reaction is pretty mild). I think there are 2 points to understand here:
1. The isekai genre has moved from 'to other world for adventure' into 'to other world for easy win' in which MC receives various unfair advantages upon moving to the other world
2. The story is made to cater to the male fantasy

So the 'easy win' here is MC skip the entire process of courting the girl, get her to bed, and on the process win her heart. Does it caters to 'incel's desire? Probably. In reality, girl sold into prostitution would hate/be ... indifferent toward her customer (for slave, owner). In this case as the story goes she becomes more of his gf instead of his slave, but that's not that far off from the usual 'prettiest girl in school somehow show great interest on the 'nobody' MC'. Again, it's made to cater to male fantasy, not to be realistic.

As far as morality goes, I see more iseakai MC simply work to build good life for himself, not for greater good/saving the world cliché (black summoner for example) so we might see more like this if the genre receive good feedbacks

The world building is nice, a lot of details on how things work and how it impact people's behavior. Some might see it as slow and frustrating, but I find it okay. There are also a lot of chapters between addition of new party member so there's plenty of room to show more detailed characteristic of each girl
