Its not a bad anime, though lacking in the story department. Its set up nice and gets you ready to go and if you've seen the trailer looks like a fun action packed anime with cute girls. We have some issues though and I'll get the most glaring one out of the way. The crotch and butt shots... why I don't care that they have them it gets a bit silly with how often they do it and you start to feel kind of pervy watching it at times. I found myself saying ok enough.

with we find out aliens are attacking earth, girls called witches who have magical powers fight them and they also turn into catgirls when they use magic... why you ask? I have no idea this is never ever addressed, they just do. who are these aliens and why are they attacking? also never addressed. Most of the first half is just focused on the interaction of the characters which is fine you are learning about who they all are, and there is some action in mixed in. Some of the episodes I just kind of asked myself "Why are spending time on this" They have a whole episode dedicated to finding a panty thief... no I'm not kidding. Yeah that could have been a funny bit for maybe 5 minutes but a whole episode. The last three is where it really picks up with the action, sadly not the story. though i know there is a lot more seasons so hopefully it gets addressed.
The Characters are fun and likeable not very complex or will you see any real character development. They are all Voice acted very well and the voices fit perfectly. The Lead Yoshika has a weird obsession with large boobs and gets mesmerized by them usually for comic effect. Would have been have if she developed a bit more as a character
The sound is also really well done. I liked the music throughout. The sound effects also sounded great
The animation looked really good. The characters also were very well done. It had a very bright and colorful look. I really enjoyed the overall look of this anime. has a very warm feel to it.
Overall, I enjoyed it. is it anything close to my favorite anime? no its a just a simple fun one. I picked up a bunch of the series on Black Friday for cheap so ill keep plodding through the erst and hope it picks up more as it goes. I recommend it if you want some thing simple and fun and dont mind some of the pervy nature of it. Its not Queens Blade over the top but you may want to be careful who you watch it around lol.

The story pretty much holds this Anime together. Its a good story that i found interesting and hooked me enough to watch all of it 2 sittings. Thats not to say its not without its flaws. Its definitely a budget Anime and the Animation is pretty bad. The art style for the time isnt that bad its just taht the animation was cheaply done.
The music is mediocre, and the Voice acting is kind of bad. I've heard far worse and its tolerable but its definitely not good. The dialogue is also not the best. Im not sure if it because of the translation or

Characters are just ok.
For a budget anime based on a 1970s Manga its not bad in the end. Its just ok in the end. The story was original and entertaining and is what holds it up. This probably isnt going to go on any one's favorites list but if you are looking for a good story Demon Lord Dante has at least that for you.

Out of all the seasons this is the weakest so far. Still good but it got really preachy with the Humanity and war crap to the point it was just beating you over the head almost the entire season. It's certainly not a new concept in anime and has been beaten to death extremely hard in other anime.
The series also kind of suffers without the Titans since they have all been wiped out now. Its all about the Human element and while its interesting the beating you over the head with War and Humanity's endless cycle of war is so blah blah blah, I've

heard it a million times before. Just get on with he story.
We do finally get some more info on the Titans origins but its still kind of confusing and doesn't really make sense. The focus is pretty much all on the Rumbling and how to stop it. The characters are still good and what help hold this together but this really should have been the final season. Now they have a part 3 coming out in 2023 which this should have been finished up this year.
The art style for this series is fantastic as always as well as the animation. It looks like a million bucks. My hats of to the artists who did an amazing job here.
The sound is also fantastic and I love the opening song. The voice acting is also really well done. Attack on Titan has been really solid on both art, animation, VA's, sound, and music.
I was really ready for this series to end but we will have to wait one more year unless you want to jump to the Manga which I've not heard good things about how this ends but ill reserve judgement till i see it in the anime.
Hopefully the final season redeems this one as ive given every other season a 9 or a 10 as this has been such an amazing series up till now.

After seeing the Trailer for the Anime this really caught my attention and with no release date still other than a guess of fall of 2022 I was getting a bit impatient to see what this was all about as the trailer really didn't reveal much for the Anime but it really caught my eye. Well after catching a sale on the Books on Rightstufanime I grabbed all 11 volumes and dove right in.
Blew through it in about 3 days which gives away I enjoyed reading it. Chainsaw Man is a pretty simple Manga There isn't much in terms of plot twists or deep characters.

It's an Action/Comedy Anime and it focuses on those two things and does them both really well. Not every Manga needs to be a deep mind bending read and Chainsaw Man comes off as just being balls to the wall fun and entertaining. Its a roller coaster ride basically, Jump in , enjoy the ride, have fun, and get off and move on. You wont spend any time after reading this deep thinking any thing.
The Story is pretty Basic. Denjie is a has a pet demon dog named Pootchita that's his best friend and he uses to slay demons with for the Yakuza. things don't go well during a mission and pootchita fuses with Denjie to make him the Chainsaw Man where he then meets up with a group of Devil Hunters that work for the Government. After that its a lot of action and Comedy as Denjie and a Devilman which is a girl named Powers also teams up with him. She and Denjie are not the brightest and usually a lot of comedy come from them both that gave me some chuckles.
The action is great and I can easily see the Anime being a ton of fun if it follows the Manga. The Artwork is good but feels inconsistent to me. Some times it looks really good and some times kind of just ok. Characters to me look kind of meh as to compared to how good other things look like backgrounds and Demons.
Overall very enjoyable Manga as i look forward to the Anime which will probably be a day one buy. I highly recommend picking it up.

Got recommended this by a friend, Looked alright kind of a goofy whacky anime comedy. Wandaba Style is certainly different as you follow some kid scientist who wants to eb the first to land on the moon and hires 4 girls who are in a bad called Mixed juice and are trying to get noticed. Certainly gets points for originality.

There isnt much of a over all story till about episode 6 we get a real plot outside of trying to get to the moon.
The characters are all... well I'd guess the term would be idiotic. which is fine as this is a comedy. Outside of Keko i dont think i realty liked any other of the characters. most of them were kind of spaztic and annoying and not in a real funny way.
The art style is very colorful and really gives it a kids cartoon look. The animation is fine.
The Voice acting is pretty good, Hillery Haag stands out the most and pretty much has the best comedy lines of the show. The music is ok it gets repeated a lot and doesn't feel like they had more then a few tracks the entire anime.
Overall it was just ok I guess. I don't really feel like I want to sit down and watch it again any time soon but at the same time I didn't struggle to get through all 12 episodes. I guess if you like whacky zanny anime , give it a try as long as kids humor is some thing you enjoy.

I like the concept and it being very very reminiscent of 1950s sci fi like war of the worlds and Buck Rodgers. The anime just oozes those two in particular. You can tell this was heavily inspired by those types of movies and series.
Its a very simple anime as in Aliens invade earth you have a group of humans trying to stop them. Its not really any thing original but it flows pretty well and isnt dragged out in a way you wish it would go away. Its 6 episodes at 40 minutes a pop. The Characters are also very much part of

that old 1950s feel.
If you go into this having an enjoyment of that kind of stuff you will find some enjoyment of Project Blue Earth. Having grown up as a kid watching stuff like the old War of the Worlds with my dad this certainly brings some nostalgia as i watch it.
Animation is pretty good. i like the art style and the old school look of the ships and other things in this anime. Colors do feel a little dull but over all I liked it.
Characters are all pretty one dimensional and there is a rivalry between Billy and Penny which is enjoyable but ultimately they are 1950s troupe characters
The Music is pretty good again captures that old school style of music from the 50s with kind of a jazz like opening.
Over all it was fun for what it was. I wish they could have added a bit more complexity to it but If you enjoy that classic 1950s sci fi movie feel. You will find some enjoyment in this.

Good premise but not well executed
This anime was heavily inspired by The 70s movie Alien and The 1982 version of the Thing. Which should make it an awesome anime as those movies are really great. Sadly It misses the mark. While it borrows those cool ideas and even art style. Its heavily lacking in what makes those movies good.
The anime does well in its pacing and quickly sets things up and gets going. Its only a little over an hour long so it moves pretty swiftly. To swiftly in fact. We dont get much for alien interaction or even much horror or

much action.
The show spends a lot of time on a boring subplot of 2 people on the ship who aren't suppose to be there which might have been interesting if it effected the plot in any way but it doesn't and its just a useless add on .
We get very brief moments with the creatures and quickly move on. The story is pretty basic and much like I said is pretty much Alien in Anime form.
Music is ok and the VA is actually not to bad considering how bad it usually is from anime from the 80s and 90s.
The art style is pretty good but its borrowing its style from another movie.
Characters are ok i guess.
Overall not really worth your time. Its basically some one in Japan Loved Alien and The Thing and wanted to make an anime inspired by the two but really didn't know about how to go about doing it very well.

Well this isnt an anime i was ever planning on getting but was on sale for $5 for the series so gave it a shot. Its a pretty ridicules premise of all girl schools having a Class called Tankery where they drive tanks and in competition with other schools like a football game. Hey its Anime so who acres as long as its enjoyable.
Its an alright Anime, The art and animation is fantastic They did a really great job all around. The Tank battles being the highlight and the most fun to watch. I really cant complain about a thing in the art department

The Story is pretty week there really isn't much here. Its basically new girl at a school gets talked into tankery and goes and does it and does it well. Nothing ground breaking or all that interesting I'm afraid.
The characters are just ok. I didn't dislike any of them but at the same time I really didn't really like any of them either outside of Mako I liked. Miho who's the lead is alright she doesn't really have any personality just feels a bit generic.
The voice acting is really good and I really enjoyed the opening and ending songs to it,
The Biggest problem I had with this Anime si the story is really generic and really not much to get you hooked. The action is what really drew me in otherwise no stakes come in till over halfway through the show where you find out they have to win the whole thing or there school will shut down which seemed kind of dumb.
Its a decent anime
I guess if your looking for Tank battles with high school girls its got what you are looking for.

This is one I could not put down. My introduction to the series was with the Anime and sadly It wasn't finished. Years went by and I had hoped they would finish it up and sadly 15 years and It looks like it wont happen. I'm not really a big Book or Manga reader so I never really bothered to check out the Manga. After reading this it totally changed my view on Manga and will be reading more.
My first sit-down I read for 5 hours straight and didn't want to stop. I finished the whole Manga series in 4 days and this is

a very long series. What I loved about this series is it just got its hooks in me and did such a wonderful job of making me want to know what's going to happen next. It does a fantastic job of building up tension With lots of ,mysteries that made me want to see them revealed.
If you only ever watched the Anime you know there are a lot of questions at the end of it and if you get into he manga these questions will be answered along with lots more new and interesting things. I was not disappointed at the end of it. Ill surely read it again some day.
Characters are really good although as much as I like Clair Shes kind of monotone a bit. Raki can be a bit annoyingly clingy but he is a kid i guess. I enjoyed the other Claymores like Helen, Deneva,Galatai, and Phantom Miria. The Abysmal ones like Riful and Eisly were also fascinating as well. I do wish they explored the Yoma a bit more and the Abysmal ones.
The story si great, lots of twists and turns and exciting new reveals. I felt very satisfied when all was said in done how every thing was told and unfolded.
The Art is Great my one gripe would be that when they are illustrating action it can be some times chaotic to figure out what the hell is going on. Otherwise its drawn very well.
This series is definitely worth getting into. especially if you are like me and have seen the Anime and have been wondering well what happens next as teh Anime ends with nothing resolved. well If you read the Manga every thing will be so I Highly recommend this as a Must read.

Ive watched this one probably 7 or 8 times since i first saw it in 2007. I really love this anime as its one of the few to draw some real emotion out of me and really feel for a character and almost move me to tears. which is weird when I think about it as its just a cartoon in the end but says a lot at how good a job they did.
Elfen Lied is a very brutal and Dark anime with moments of levity between all the dark stuff that's going on. The story is really intriguing and had me interested in wanting

to learn more but is also left with some major plot holes and is what keeps this anime from a 10 for me as the organization that his researching and hunting down Lucy and her kind is never really flushed out well and the ending is left with a bit of a question mark.
The characters i mostly enjoyed. Kota and Yuka being the weakest of them though. They feel like they are there and serve their purpose but feel kind of bland. I partially think that is because there Voice actors just weren't that great. I really enjoyed Lucy and Nana and especially Nana who I just felt so bad for as shes just a child and has been through just hell. There is a part where Lucy just messes her up and I felt absolutely terrible for this poor girl.
Most of the characters in this show are pretty psychotic and messed up. While the Diclonis which are the pink haired girls with horns are murder machines outside of Nana who for some reason has managed to not want to hurt people. The organization hunting them isnt much better. Loaded with killers and sick people like Bondo who just wants to kill to test his skills.
Kota and Yukas house is pretty much the only place where any thing peaceful happens and things stay normal. Outside of it usually not a lot of good things are happening
The Music is fantastic. The opening song Lilium is so good and its in my music playlist. for a operatic song which is some thing i normally wouldn't care for its so wonderfully done. . The voice acting is decent some just passible.
Over all I really enjoyed this anime a lot as I said any thing that can draw emotion from me as I never get emotional over any movie or TV show has really done a hell of a job on connecting me to it. I just wish it didn't end with some plot holes that i think really should have been answered. I wish we would get a second season of this show but considering this came out 17 years ago it doesn't look like we are gonna get it sadly.
Still this one is highly recommended.
