Mars no Kiss is a short, great yuri manga to read if you're waiting on something/someone, but do take a chance to read such a yuri-love manga. When I first glanced at this, all I thought at first was 'sex, sex, and more sex', but I was wrong as the manga went on.


Story(9)

Mars no Kiss starts out with Yukari hanging out with her boyfriend while singing kereoke. Not even after the first few pages, Yurari and her boyfriend have sex, but is stopped by a call from her over protected mother(she plays a ... big role of the story). After she ignores the call from her mom, Yukari continues giving her boyfriend a blow job. Once after Yukari get home and is chewed out by her mother for painting her nails and skirt being too short, the story shows a flashback of some embarrassing moments because of her mother. A little onward down the story, we first meet Miki as Yukari picks on her as Yukari calls Miki a: loner and pathetic, but the ironic part is when the teacher is doing seat charting, Yukri is put right next to the seat of Miki. Once this happens, Yukari gets a little jealous as she thinks that Miki's life must be perfect, but still does not like her. After a scene with her boyfriend and her, we're back at school. Yukari was think how Miki must still be a virgin and how she learns to masterbate when Yukari's phone goes off in class. After being chewed out, we see Yukari after school as she leaves when she sees Miki sneaking around and goes into the art room. Yukari follows Miki- trying not to be found- and sees Miki kissing a statue. Once seeing this, a teacher spots Yukari, ask her what she's doing, and Yukari sprints for her life.

After this, Yukari is confronted by Miki as she asks her why she didn't tell anyone. Yukari's reply was, "Nah, it'll cause a lot of trouble, so I won't bother." After Miki thanks her, Yukari and Miki walk home together for the first time and got to know each other a little better. After this, Miki tells why she was kissing the statue, and from that point on, their friendship began. Next day, Miki and Yukari head to the library and talk about sex stuff. Yukari even teaches Miki a really cool trick while at the library. For the first time- after leaving the library- Yukari stands up to her boyfriend(which doesn't end too well). Next day, we see Yukari and Miki still talking about sex in the library. Later we head to a scene in class where we find out that Miki is a virgin(which we probably already knew), and Yukari acts surprised. Later that night, Yukari has a fight with her mom and her boyfriend, and wishes Miki could listen to her problems.

The next day, Miki offers to hear Yukari's and Yukari does just that. Even Miki tells some of her problems to Yukari. We even come to find out that Miki's mother is just like Yukari's- stricted-, but much worse. After the conversation ends, Yukari and Miki's friendship grow twice as much as it was before. The story then shows as Yukari goes on a life journey through her mind. Later that night, Yukari would break up with her boyfriend once and for all. When the third chapter ended, we come to know that Yukari probably like Miki, Miki had found herself a boyfriend, and Yukari storming out of the library in jealousy.

When the last chapter began, we see that Yukari has skiped school, criied, and cut her fingernails just like Miki's. Once Yukari returns to school the next day, Yukari makes it up with Miki and go along with there day. When they meey up in the library, Yukari and Miki began to talk-like they usually do-, but the atmosphere starts to pick up. Yukari this states that when two people with classes kiss, their glasses bump into each other, so Yukari brings along glassez to practice. At this moment, the greatest moment in this manga happened as they finally kissed. After that, Yukari confesses to Miki and she accepts them.

I give the art for this manga a 9. The art didn't disappoint me and it was great for the manga.

Character(10)
The characters of the story were just perfect. The characters actions lead up to a great ending with no craziness.

If you enjoy a nice little yuri romance, this manga will not disappoint you.

This one of the greatest yuri manga that I've ever read. The overall is a 10 and nothing lower.

If you're a fan of KissxSis and/or of the author Bow Ditama, then this just a wonderful manga for you. But I csution you if you are not a fan of KissxSis and/or Bow Ditama and are looking for a good manga to read by the fire. Then I'm sorry my dear friend, but this manga was cut short when it started to get good after just only 20(or 17.6 depending on who you are)chapters. So anything I say in this review is everything up to the 20th chapter.


Story-9
The story is great; not awsome, but great. The story goes a girl named Plug Cryostat and ... works for a parallel universe company that has people secretly revitalize(or basically gives you energy) to people in our world who are emotionally stressed(but nobody in our world can see these people and go through walls and stuff). Due to the fact of how careless she is. She's always in danger of getting her salary cut every time she does something careless. One day while going through peoples house, a teenage boy named Sento Oumi sees her coming through the wall and hits her with a baseball bat. As the story goes a long, Plug saves Sentos' dad from commiting suicide and seems to become friends from that moment on with others joing the fun in this manga.

Art-8
The art is not all in detail or anything of that matter, but it's also not bad to be put lower than a 7, so giving it an 8 seems to be the right choice to give the art of Bow Ditama. Even so the art is not that great, the story makes up for that little flaw.

Characters-9
The characters of this story fit really great for this story as Plug and Sento always seem to some really awsome times in this manga, and with the help of the character Arrester Blanket(another main character that you'll figure out in either the first or the second chapter) really helps in the long fun of this manga.

Enjoyment-9
The first few chapters really don't pull you in as much, but down the road while getting to the end of the manga really helps the enjoyment push to a 9. So don't give up on this manga in the first few chapters.

Overall-9
Overall this is a great manga to read for a short while. While t may be a short cut-off manga, it's a great manga to sit down on a calm day and read. Don't just take my word, go and read the manga.

This is one of the greatest stories I've read in a long time. At first I thought it was going to be some kind of weird love triangle, but I was wrong and the story pulled me in deep. The only problem is each chapter is 9-13 pages, but 26 pages worth is put into 9-13 pages. This is something to reread and put with your all time favorite mangas.

This story really is a story that you shouldn't judge by its cover. I thought reading the first 10 chapters that it was another sex story, but as I read further more the story really dragged me in. I loved it through every chapter and it's sad the story is over, but this is a story that is really good and reread it a couple of times.

I give this a 8. If it was possible I would really give it a 8.5. This is a story that you could on a shelf and be proud of, but it's just like every other love story. The characters, plot, and just about everything else. You have a shy girl who can't confess and a guy who likes her back, but can't confess either. It's still a good story, so read it and just see if you like it or not.

This a manga to be proud of if you own it! Mix of zombies and romance is just an amazing mix that can never be bad. I believe that this is just amazing!

A story of a kid named Chihiro Furuya who loves zombies so much that he would even matty one and his cat Babu, but sadly his cat was killed when he was ran over. In his attempt to bring him back from the dead at an abandoned mall, he meets a girl named Rae Sanka screaming into a well(because she hates her life and over protecting father). When he is discovered by her, ... he talks to her about his plan. This leads to a friendship and a little bit of romance.

On the night they try to revive Babu, Rae takes a sample of the medicine that would bring Babu back (which is also poisonous) in attempt to kill herself. When Babu does not come back, Chihiro took Rae home. Once she's alone, she drinks the medicine hoping it would kill her, but fails. The following morning, Chihiro wakes that the medicine did work (it just look a long while).During this time, Rae discovers that her dad found out who Chihiro is and cut his you-know-what off. In the shock of this, Rae runs to the mall to warn Chihiro.

When Babu was revived, Chihiro lost Babu and took his childhood friend Ranko to search for Babu, but Ranko gets stuck in a pipe in her attempt to catch Babu. Rae was on a cliff getting to the mall when her dad caught up to her. When he had a hold of her, Babu jumped out of nowhere and Rae's father tried to hit Babu with a stick and miss Babu and nearly hit Rae, but caused her to fall off the cliff and died while Chihiro came at the second to see her die. While everyone was crying, the medicine kicked that Rae had dranked last night and rised as a zombie (but not fully a zombie).

I'm not saying anything else what happens afterwards, but read the manga and watch the anime for more info on the amazing manga/anime called Sankarea

Doubt! Is a really good manga that is good to read if you're looking for something to read real quick. Though I would give it an 8 for entertainment because it did entertain me. I only give it a 5 in trying to write a plot for the plot is just everywhere and only so few chapters have been written since it started in 2012. I would read it and say it's good, but it's nothing to put on the shelf to show off to your friends.
