Maybe because this is a Doujinshi, and a work from Nekota Yonezou that she took up herself, the storyline and plot has a special feeling to it. I also like the character development and the art is nothing for weak hearted people~♥ ( Beware of nosebleeds ! ;D )
It is nowhere near completed right now, but I will still write a review of it so far~
Adult content:
First of all this manga is Yaoi, if youre not fond of Boys Love scenes it is nothing for you. There are also rape contents/flashbacks, however, its NOT like that kind of manga,

where rape is treated like "wrong way of showing love". ( I definitely hate rape = love?! kind of manga )
The storyline starts out with nothing special, but blooms nicely into something unique.
First, the setting is in an all boys school where people have to stay 6 years, its secluded in the mountains, and kinda "elite".
So our main protagonist has a new roommate, whose nickname is "Casanova" , because he is not only stunningly beautiful , but rumored to sell his body to others for money.
From this point, the cold, only caring for money Casanova Roja , and the cheerful Reno start sharing a room
-and though Roja has the principle of never sleeping with roomates, and Reno is actually a straight guy to begin with - how will their feelings for each other develop from now on?

First: I didnt watch more then 1 ep of the original "Zettai Karen Children" and in my opinion it is not necessary to do so. This spinoff is nothing like it.
The Anime has an overall "Dark" feeling, and you will like to watch it if you like :
→ mysterious powers
→ badass (esper) guys fighting, maybe not for the world peace, but for esper freedom ^^
→ to solve the secret behind unlimited Power!
→ a great storyline and explanation about how espers got introduced into the present society

...
be what he is: An esper with Unlimited Powers, and a leader of an esp criminal organization. It still means that hes a bad guy, but it explains why hes like that.
(slight spoiler)
The presented world has many conflicts between espers and government - the governments of Japan and USA, want to use espers for their purposes, while Hyobu tries to free the espers completely from the Governments Control with every means possible.
That is, in fact, kill the "normals".
So the conflict between esp users and "normals" has to be solved somehow.

Andy Hinomiya, an human with the power to negate esp powers in a certain radius, is told to infiltrate the Catastrophe, Hyobu Kyousukes ship, with a mission from the US Governnment.
There is a prediction of a "Queen of Catastrophe" that will rule over the espers and finally give them freedom, and while Hyobu tries to do everything possible to make the prediction come true, other people want to hinder his plans.
Everything is for the purpose of changing the Future of human and esper interaction.

If you are patient enough to endure a slow developement, and accept mysterious - at first very confusing - changes, you will like this anime.
It has kinda a "reverse harem dating game" like feeling to it - you have to "fight" through the episodes and defeat the last boss, to finally solve the riddle from "Amnesia" ^^
Story: 7/10 good idea, slow developement, passive heroine and slightly unrealistic developements.
Art: 10/10 no other comment.
Sound: 9/10 very nice, fits to the anime
Character: heroine 0/10 the 5/10 is for all the other characters ^^"
still alltogether 8/10, i enjoyed it ;)

Negative Part:
the girl is VERY passive, nearly soulless, so if you are looking for strong girl character this is nothing for you.
Positive Part:
It is very well drawn, and the plot is a "complete" one. After you've watched it completely, you will absolutely get the message of the story, even if at the start you will maybe feel confused or even irritated by the "loop" in the story.
+ The guys are hot.. ♥ I love the eyes ö.ö ♥
brief summary:
A girl has lost her memories, after Orion, a fairy "crashed" into her.
From the start, our heroine knows absolutely nothing, and starts to explore her world from zero, trying to regain her memories.
She meets 4 Guys from her life, and one mysterious guy who seems to know more about her then others.
Slight spoilers alert:
After she falls off a cliff she travels through different worlds, looking for her memories
she will go through 4 different guys dating her.. and after that another mysterious guy will... okay enough spoiler ^^

Just a short comment, because most of it has been already said:
If you like exitement of mind games and try to predict patterns how people react - this anime is just right for you.
Forget about baseball and everything else... still its an enjoyable setting - to see how Tokuchi Touya gets under peoples skin .. ♥
Story: its unique and individual.
Art : I like it, but its my taste. Some say they dont like it. I just have to look into Touyas eyes..
Character: Touya outshines everything else. Evil boss stereotypes. The other team members are too "naive" .. or "passive" though only 8
...
Sound & Enjoyment: just try it out.. tastes differ ^^
