I may receive a lot of hate for rating so high, but tbh, I don't really care. I watched this show with no expectations, just wanting something fun, and honestly, it delivered. It checked all the boxes that I wantd checked, and much more.
It's nothing brainwrecking. It's not phenomenal. You don't learn anything worldchanging. It's kinda stupid, actually. But it's just pure enjoyment and laughter, simple as that. So if I were to rate actual "quality" of the show, I would give a 6-7, but I rate according to my enjoyment and yes, I enjoyed this anime a lot.
