You will soon notice how similar the female lead is. Both have many similarities and the same atmosphere, although the plot is not similar at all! Both Tachibana and Kurosaki are girls but they dress like boys, and are super strong.

KLK is made by some ex-gainax guys, so the animation and concept of over the top fights with saving the world as the final objetive is the same. Two main leads which grow closer and become best friends. MC are similar in various aspects which I cannot say or it would be a spoiler. You will get the same feeling from both so if you enjoyed one you will enjoy the other.

...then you might like Devilman Lady add

Both have a strong female lead. They both transform and fight monsters (Witchblade's are human-made weapons, Devilman are "demons"). They both have a younger girl that they want to protect, that they "consider" their family (though it devilman I think they are in a relationship, I mean yuri)... they both hide the fact that they're fighting to them. Masane has a strong personality, she's a mother alright and doesn't let anyone get in her way... but Jun isn't so strong since she lets everyone boss her arround. They both hate fighting but while they're at it, they enjoy it and go bersek, but they are in danger of being eaten by their power (Masane: literally eaten, desintegrate // Jun: her mind, lost control of herself) Well, I would keep going but I want to make it short: If you liked one, you would like the other, since they have similar atmosphere. I liked Witchblade a lot more, though, I think it's much better than Devilman Lady, but you have to consider that one was made in 1999 and the other in 2006, so of course Witchblade would have better animation, making it more likeable. Both are about reincarnations. NG is much longer and goes on about romance, it has a lot of drama and angst, and an amazing plotline that will leave you dumbfounded. Heibon is purely a cute short story, you won't find angst nor drama there, all happy stuff and interesting conversations about society. They are both really good reads, I hope you enjoy them.

This deserves a much better recomendation but I'm afraid I'm not that good at words. I can only say that both are really great pieces of work, masterpieces and no less. Both are about reincarnation while keeping the past memories. I loved both pretty much, they have the same atmosphere, Hajimari is about love but Heibon is about family, culture and merchants! Hajimari has more ANGST! (really made me cry my eyes out lots of times) but Heibon is purely fluffy (nothing to cry over, all happy stuff). I guarantee you will have a great time reading either of them. Enjoy!

Both have gender bender, though Flower is shoujo ai (yuri) and Shounen looks like yaoi at first *grin grin*. Both series had great potential but were left unfinished, what a shame.
