Story: 10 - While classic in nature, with its princesses, knights, and kingdom takeovers, it's also unique in its own special way. Interesting powers, situations, and creatures. Even though the general plot is actually quite dark, when it's not a moment for heavy emotions, the anime is actually fairly light hearted and comedic. The twists and backstabs are pretty good, if although sometimes predictable, however I was never not entertained.
Art: 9 - I've read around online that many people apparently didn't like this art style, however I actually really enjoyed it. Although I do think it could have been a little bit more polished
...
in some spots, for the most part, it does its job very well, actions, scenery, and emotions, are all easily conveyed, with appropriate emphasis and impact.
Sound: 9 - It's usually pretty rare for me to like a full cast of any anime, but I actually really liked all the voices in this show, and the sound effects were pretty good too. Everything suited its purpose, and nothing really felt out of place.
Characters: 10 - The characters I think I enjoyed the most. This is very much a character driven anime, and although not everyone gets a backstory, I hope they continue this trend if the anime is granted a sequel. Each unique character has their own intensely personal and fleshed out personality, and it's so refreshing to not see blatant copy-paste stereotypes for everyone. I really enjoyed all the quirky behaviours and the motivations for each individual regardless of what side of the fight they were on. There is real emotional damage and insecurities for everyone involved, and it all make sense with regard to each characters personality and behaviours, which makes for a very well rounded cast.
Overall: 10 - Every moment of the show was a joy to watch, and that's what I love about it. A tell-tale sign of a great anime, is it being able to captivate you at every episode, and once I started watching this show, it was agony waiting and wanting to know what would happen next (even if you already thought you knew where it was going). As well as its emotional impact, I think a good anime also has to hold some kind of weight. If it doesn't mean anything to you, then why should you watch it? I think when an anime has pulled at your heart strings, or your intellectual curiosity, it has done something right.

One-Punch Man continuously combines the humour and extremely well made action sequences in a way I haven't seen before. This show hits you with a joke or a mind-blowing scene either in a battle or off the battle. The jokes are somewhat subtle - the humor is sometimes just implied. But it has a charm of its own in its own way.
Story: 10 - The story is a masterpiece without a doubt. As the title says he is a man of One-Punch battle. The world building is also great. ONE has successfully imagined a world brimming with heroes and monsters that is very interesting and feels
...
incredibly vast. There are all kinds of monsters in this show. We have monsters based on animals, monsters based off robots, monsters based off of rogue expert practitioners of martial arts, just to name a few. On the side of the heroes it's the same. We have here an incredibly diverse cast of heroes that all have very unique styles. The story pick offs from a very interesting development and the logic is crazy which makes it even better. A typical man becomes the worlds strongest man in three years with only casual training and lost his hair because of it. The story development is great and each episode will make you want to watch what happens one way or the another.
Art: 8 - The art is brilliant. It is much better than expected. When One Punch Man was decided to be made into anime, not much expectations were made into the anime art. However not only the art is better than expected , the modern art brought into the anime makes the anime incredibly amazing.
Sound: 8 - The credit belongs to madhouse, the opening is so well done, it is so damn difficult to skip through it. ALso, the fights have amazing modern music which enhances the viewing and listening experience.
Character: 10 - Characters are just the best, I have grown fond of the characters from the very first episode. The characters are all unique and funny in their own way and that contributes greatly to the viewers' overall enjoyment of the show. Especially Saitama and Genos.
Enjoyment: 9 - I am without a doubt enjoying the anime, I look forward to the day each episode is released for the fun 22 episodes of each episode.
Overall: 10 - It is a masterpiece without a doubt which has been never seen before. The anime story, characters, art and story & character development are all brilliant. I can't wait for the Season 2 of One Punch Man! (〜^∇^)〜

This anime is definitely an interesting one when it comes to my overall enjoyment and whether I think its a quality title so far or not.
Story: 6 - The story is fairly intresting and each episodes make me want to watch the next episode so i'd say it has a good story development. Of all the animes watched I can think of three animes namely Absolute Duo,Freezing and Infinite Stratos which has a similiar story and development. And this season (Fall 2015) an another similiar anime 'Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry' have been airing as well. Although both of them are good and intresting it
...
makes me wonder if if the money could have been used for a more creative and unique project.
Art: 8 - The art is great. Contains a lot of great scenery and special effects were good , not to mention battle art is cool as well.
Sound: 8 - Opening song is phenomenal, sound track fits well and sounds good. Not much else to say at this point.
Character: 5 - Characters are pretty basic and its nothing new. I have seen same type of character many times.
Enjoyment: 7 - I am without a doubt enjoying the anime, I look forward to the day each episode is released for the fun 22 minutes of each episode.
Overall: 7 - It is a good anime without a DOUBT and have a lot of room for character development so it is one reason to watch it. So overall 'Gakusen Toshi Asterisk' is a good anime pick for the season.

Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry is no way a special or a Masterpiece. This anime is definitely an interesting one when it comes to my overall enjoyment. I have watched eight episodes so far and I can see the development is good and still ahead.
Story : 6 - The story is fairly intresting and each episodes make me want to watch the next episode so i'd say it has a good story development. But it is safe to say that the story is nothing new. Atleast it isn't treading any new light with its battle academy story. Of all the animes watched I can think of three
...
animes namely Absolute Duo,Freezing and Infinite Stratos which has a similiar story and development. And this season (Fall 2015) an another similiar anime 'Gakusen Toshi no Asterisk' have been airing as well. That said, it is a generic story because it is generally a well-received story that is a simple setup for the rest of the show. It's an average action-fantasy RomCom on the surface, but it sows great interaction and romance between the MC and the femaile characters. The story is very straight it doesn't try to go for details and looks more into story deevelopment. SO I'd say Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry ha outgrown in some ways from its predecessors.
Art : 9 - One of the great points of the show. The art is very good , but is by no means perfect. Character designs and colouring while greatly generic, are done well enough to make them eye catching and loveable. the background and scenery is breathtaking and very appealing. The fight was animated beautifully and the sword play is awesome. Honestly, I can't think of a more fitting art style for Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry than the current art. So I thank Silver Link for the great work.
Sound : 8 - One of the factors I love the show. It is really good. The OP song catches you immediately and pulls you into the fun adventure you're about to go on for the next 20 minutes. The soundtrack throughout the show is very well adapted for what's going on visually, from the quirky tracks during the moments of levity, to the epic and hopeful tracks during the well-choreographed action, to the light string and piano compositions during the touching romantic moments. The sound team really did a top-notch job on this show. It's a pleasure to listen to. But I can't say much for the ED, it is really out of the place it makes me want to ask if they could'nt find a better choice than it.
Characters : 7 - As I mentioned before the characters are very generic and common. Specially what caught my i eye was the amount of red-headed tsunderes that pervades the animes lately. However, I do give my credit to Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry for tweaking the situation and story a bit to make the characters a bit differrent from the usual. I also like how Ikki complared to other MC is a bit mature and confident in some ways. Stella as well breaks the current standard trope of tsundere and goes for a a good , kind and dere than the standard tsun. Also , the story contains the cases in which mutual respect that becomes the romantic feelings, which I feel is missing from anime romances lately. The romance especially in this show is very, very well done and heart-warming beyond anything I've seen in a little while. Hopefully it stays that way for the rest of the season.
Enjoyment : 9 - As much as I enjoy the show I can't give the show more than 9.. But the main reason is because there are a lot of shortcomings about this show. Hopefully the good points overshadow those points so I have decided to give it a 9. The characters are fun to watch , the ecchi is tolerable and okay and the art is very good. So far, it has been a very satisfying and enjoyable show so far and not to mention the a liitle kind of romance.
Overall : 8 - After thinking on th very points stated above I decided to give the anime an Overall - (8). The anime starts as a very standard idea =, but I can see that the show tries to differentiate from the rest of the pack without losing the charm. The characters are fun to watch and the romance is great much less a little different from the usual romance. Th sound is just great and welldone. I'd say for those who loves fan-service ,this anime is for you. And for those who hates it, this is not the anime for you. So far the animes have been full of laughs and fun and the show has began to get better after the first 4 episodes, so there is much to see.
I'm sure most viewers will find something about the show to enjoy.

Ore ga Ojousama Gakkou ni "Shomin Sample" Toshite Gets♥Sareta Ken anime is an anime about a protagonist who gets dragged into a world of rich and high class ladies who doesn't know how the outside world operates. In a world like this the main character Kagurazaka Kimito is dragged into their life to be their sample to learn the ways of the common people. However, I found that this anime is a little different from the usual hentai Ecchi, Harem, Romance or School anime we have seen so far.
Story : 7 - This story is quite interesting and unlike the usual harem animes. In the
...
usual Harem genre the settings are in a way that the MC gains the love/ attention through by showing their strength or by being intelligent or sometimes by having a tragic past. Meaning the MC is pretty irregular/abnormal. However in the Shomin Sample the MC gains their love/attention by showing how normal he is. The MC is a type of character that wants to help a 'maiden in trouble', in which he spends time with each girl, help them out and solves their problems to the most of his best. This type of character and story makes the Shomin Sample a bit different and interesting to watch.
Art : 9 - One of the great points of the show. The art is very good , but is by no means perfect. Character designs and coloring while greatly generic, are done well enough to make them eye catching and lovable. the background and scenery is breathtaking and very appealing.
Sound : 8 - Very fitting for the anime specially the OP. It gives off a feeling of a feeling of a ridiculously funny but charming when I watched it. Specially I loved the part that shows the Kimito (MC)'s distress of being mistaken for musculophilia/a man who prefers muscles ( Ĭ ^ Ĭ ). And the ED is very appealing specially with the crayon painted art. So, the sound gives off the perfect feeling of what kind of anime it is. (^v^)
Characters : 7 - 'Shomin Sample' is different from the ususal 'harem' animes. THis is pretty much a shock to the cultural view of the anime. The MC is pretty normal for one thing. He never tries to act cool and different from the usual. And that is one of his best points. It gives off a feeling that this is good , this is what is normal.
Each of the girl in this pretty abnormal, their pure views about things can be some times anoyying but most of them becomes funny and amusing. The characters shows what it would be like if such girls were raised in a close environment and taught to be a first class lady. For people not used to standard characters types in anime the characters will come of as a new type. 'Tsun-pure' which could be hard to swallow at first but it becomes normal after sometime. (⌒▽⌒)
The MC becomes accustomed to the term 'expect the unexpected' in the very differrent cultural world. So without thinking of them as 'annoyingly-overreact' with everything. The MC finds to come in terms with it and grows accustomed to it.
Enjoyment : 9 - What I enjoy the most about 'Shomin Sample' is the great comedy. By watching this anime you will come to realize that bu having characters completely out of touch frm the real world is very interesting. For example these high class ladies wow the first time they see the MC use his cell phone or the time he ate ramen. And what I enjoyed was the the various intresting interactions between Kimito and other Main Female Characters. Shomin Sample may be labeled as a Harem but honestly there are times I don't feel like it.
Overall : 8 - The idea is great and it is very charming. But It has its own great points and bad points but overall it is a one of the best harem of this fall 2015. So I recommend that you watch this anime. Specially, I recommend to the simple minided anime fans. And the fanatic Harem lovers this is a must watch. Hope you like it. (^∪^)

This was my first venture into the baseball sports anime genre. I have never watched a single baseball game in my life and was never intrested in one until I watched Diamond no Ace. I expected it to some boring anime of a team trying to play baseball as hard as they can. But sometime after that Diamond no Ace was approved for 52 episodes for its first season and the it was being produced by Madhouse. So I thought i would give it a try and to my surprise Diamond no Ace is now one of my all-time favourite shows.
Story: 10 - Diamond no
...
Ace is without a doubt the best Sports-Baseball anime ever. Diamond no Ace : Second Season is the continuation of Seidou's journey to win the Koushien. It also shows the path of Sawamura Eijun to become the ace and the best pitcher in all of japan. But the show provides us more than just following Sawamura's journey; we basically get an overall glimpse of how high school baseball in Japan. This show has taken time to progress , and over the 109 episodes (Season 1 - 75 ep , Season 2 - 34 ep) we have seen the development of Sawamura and Seidou over the time.
And one thing that I love about Diamond no Ace is the SUSPENCE. The DnA knows hows to build up suspense leading up to the final scene in every episode..
Art: 8 - The art is great. It is difficult to not like it. Overall, I have no complaints about the art , the only reason I did not give a higher rating is because I have seen more unique and well-made art-styles among the animes I watched so I the outcome was a 8/10 as you see.
The baseball-playing scenes are very well-done especially some of the pitches which are animated showing clear movement of the ball (slow-mo shots of how the ball moves, or a clear arrow-like streak of light to see the course of the ball). Especially Sawamura's unique pitching form is well done. I never tire of seeing it. In later episodes, we also get to see how genius of a catcher Miyuki is with a few amazing saves.
Because comedy is a big part of this show, sometimes we'll see chibi forms pop out now and then, or sudden solid-colored background changes (with sfx and the like) when the mood switches suddenly from serious to funny.
Overall, the animation gives off a very shounen-like vibe: we get to see red-colored and blue-colored demon eyes for when they're fired up, players aura engulfing their bodies like a flame when they're pumped up, etc.
Sound: 10 - It is just the best. Madhouse has fitted every scene with the right and most fitting sound effects. Specially in the BGM, I found that madhouse has done a really great job of mixing the sound with each moment and situation. I could feel the intensity and suspense of the game from the screen. Also, I'd like to include that the voice actors has a done a great job of voice acting. their voices fits the characters almost perfectly.
As for the OP & ED, I loved the OP HEROES" by Glay (frm eps 4-26) and ED "KIMERO!!" by OxT (frm eps 4-13) and "BLUE WINDING ROAD" which was great to hear and for sometime it had me humming and singing.
Character: 10 - All of them are great. But only 4 cast including the main character is the most eye catching of them all. Believe me, the supporting characters are not inferior. Just that these 4 characters shine more brightly than others.
Sawamura is the loud, cheerful, wears his heart on his sleeve kind of guy. So what kind of quirk does he have that makes him the Main Character? He's a southpaw (left-handed) pitcher and has a peculiar pitch (both of which make him a unique type of player). But, even though he's unique he isn't the type of MC that's super-talented right from the start, he doesn't suddenly "power up" in the middle of a game, is unstoppable and wins all the matches; on the contrary, he gets into Seidou and quickly realises it's not as easy as he thought to become the ace because there are other people there who are more skilled than him. He falters during important moments, and even if he doesn't get back up immediately, he does eventually pick himself up and learns to move on. In other words, he accepts that he has a lot of faults, and this is what makes him so likeable and seem more human. Though a bit of an idiot (well, a big idiot), he works hard, values friendship, supports the team and always puts 120% in everything that he does. And the best part for me, he's unpredictable. Just when you think he's turning the corner and well on his way to becoming the ace, he messes up a play or does something really silly. I'm always on edge with him.
Miyuki, the genius catcher, is personality-wise, almost the exact opposite of Sawamura, except for the cheerful part. He's as crafty and intelligent as they come and though on the outside he's always smiling, he has a bit of a dark side. He's like the evil genius.
Furuya is our Main Character's rival for the ace spot. At first glance, he looks like the cool and collected type of person, also; but after a while I found him to be an adorable idiot as well: not being able to catch a simple throw and his insta-snooze reaction amongst others.
Last but not least of our main cast quartet, is Haruichi. Character-design wise, he's the cutest one. Specially love his new haircut. And though he might be cute, he's one amazing baseball player: not only is he a batting prodigy, but an exceptional fielder as well. At the same time, he's so humble and shy. Cuteness overload!
And then we have the other Seidou members, who all play an important role in the show. All have distinctive and quirky personalties and you will grow attached to at least one after watching Diamond no Ace.
Enjoyment: 9 - So far I have been watching Diamond no Ace every week from Season 1. Whenever I'm watch it can always expect a good dose of humour interlaced with the appropriate amount of emotional moments and also a killer cliff-hanger. And what Diamond no Ace has no fillers and each episode is filled with action or drama.
Also, the funny moments are funny, they never ruin the atmosphere, they actually make it more interesting. And what makes it more enjoyable, is the details about the training, and how every character has a specialty, and even though they support each other, they're rivals as well.
Overall: 10 - Diamond no Ace is a great anime I recommend if you like to explore new genres or if you like anime like Haikyuu , Kuroko no Baske , Prince of Tennis and ... in other words fo sports anime fans. I'd say this is amust watch.
