COMMON: Both are set in the same era. Both have the same style (dark,gothic) Both involve mystery (I think that the mystery from Dantalian no Shoka is more explained while the mystery in Umineko no Naku Koro ni is confusing). Both have murders involved Both animes have a touch of supernatural UNCOMMON : In Dantalian no Shoka is more action while Umineko no Naku Koro ni is more psichological In Dantalian no Shoka, the main female character (Dalian) is a loli tsundere while in Umineko no Naku Koro ni the main female character (Beatrice) is a very cruel person who loves to kill people.

COMMON: In both the main female character is a tsundere(I think Mio from MM is more kamidere than tsundere). In both the male main character has a special ability.Taro from MM has a ridiculous amount of "Pervert Energy" while Kinji from Hidan no Aria has "Hysteria Mode"(very similar to "Pervert Energy") In both is a girl who is jealous of the main couple(Shirayuki from Hidan no Aria and Yuno from MM) UNCOMMON: In Hidan no Aria the school is more special (high school for mercenaries) while in MM is a typical school. In Hidan no Aria is a lot of action while in MM is a lot of comedy. The choice is yours!

...then you might like Seireitsukai no Blade Dance add

COMMON: In both,the female main characters have pink hair and have some similarities in personality(Moka from Rosario to Vampire has two personalities and one of them is tsundere while Claire Rouge from Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance is a typical example of tsundere). In both, the action takes place in a magical world. UNCOMMON: Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance is about spirits and spirit contractors while Rosario to Vampire is about vampires,succubus,witches,etc. If you like tsundere,comedy ,romance and action I think you will love both.
