I can't believe no one has made any similar recommendations for this one. Both shows take place in a post-apocalyptic world that has a reoccurring philosophy theme. These stories tell us what humans left behind and what had become of the world. Both shows give us bittersweet to sad moments that make us think.

Princess Connect! Re:Dive

Both shows share the same director, which is why Princess Connect! Re:dive strays away from your stereotypical mobile adaptation and actual make it work. While the comedy can get stale sometimes and Konosuba seems to be the superior show, this show is overall wholesome. But if you've never watched Konosuba, it is almost like the show shares the same universe but it isn't.

A story about getting over the past, which is a reoccurring theme in both series. Both protagonist are naturally gifted and talented, however because of it they are both haunted by the past. Kiriyama suffers from discrimination, while Arima lost his abilities to hear himself. They are both great masterpiece series out of their own perspective series.

Both shows are very convoluted, and they both show symbolic images to show that. I don't know what to say, but in a way their way, they were haunting.

Essentially, Saiki K's comedy is executed almost exactly like Gintama. Both series break the 4th wall and make funny references based off of Japanese pop culture. This series also draws a unique cast of characters which make them really enjoyable to watch.

Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works

Essentially, the stories are quite similar however, imo Fate Stay Night is the superior story. Kamijou Touma is essentially Emiya Shirou, but more underwhelming. Misaka Mikoto basically share the same tsundere archetype as Tohsaka Rin, which I don't mind her character, I think her character was very well done. Accelerator is a better version of Gilgamesh, op but Accelerator has a wild personality which makes him stand out more.
