*Disclaimers* First of all I want to make this review because there's only one in here and it has a pretty bad score only because it wasn't matching the tastes of the user, what I find pretty annoying and unfair. When you make a review you need to be objective and giving an honest opinion about the manga. Also I would like to clarify this has NOT shota tag (the bottom has a cute design and tiny features but is not a minor) also there's not hard abuse portrayed on this so that makes it more easy for the reader to give it a go, ... even there's slave trading involve and a bad environment between human beings, halfbeasts and the rest of pure blood and rare species on it.

STORY: With that being said,well, you know...I have read a lot till now about BL stuff reaching the 1000 soon (proud bitch here, yeah, I know).
So do you know how difficult is to find actually love and consent between the characters without have them forced by any trick of the trama?
I mean in here you have them put together obviously because of the destiny kinda thing, like just so you knok "it just happened to be that, it was me and in the other side there was you" thing, that they got together like in every other story. But again, at least in here the characters were fully allowed to DEVELOPE and actual relationship together despite the circumstances.
CONSENT: The top never forced his way or give in to pleasure not even once, he's a hero nowadays honestly.
ART:The drawing is fairly good with such a cute and hot style. I do like supernatural stuff mixed as halfbeasts or cat-boys and the sort.The animal characteristics were smoothly drawn, nothing out of place. The smut is good, just on point to melt away.
CHARACTERS: I read a previous review saying there was an "abuse of the disposition" and the supposed "weak" side of the couple because the circumstances and due to them looked childlike. THAT only talks about how that person didn't even pay enough attention or understand what actually happened in the plot. Not even once the top took advantage of the circumstances of slave trading that the bottom was victim of or the cute image the boy has and lack of strength. In fact despite his looks, the bottom is mature and thoughtful, he had his cat-like demeanor and cute clumsy moments like every bottom gets in order full-service to the moe,but that doesn't make him an actual kid. Both characters were so mindful for each others sake since the beginning till the very end.
The story may be simple but it was well written altogether, there was real character development and growth. The top is sweet, charming and the calmy perfect style while the bottom is the straightforward and bold type that knows what it wants. He never once give up although what was happening during the journey.

ENJOYMENT: The enjoyment is there and is a pleasant, easy to digest and fast read. It has the exact amount of angst and drama, nothing overboard dramatic thankfully and it left a fluffy and wholesome feeling reaching the endIing panels.

OVERALL: Fun fact is that is not one of those you are tired of reading, you want to read also the extras, you go and read it with pleasure because the couple is a huge dosis of cute. That's the feeling it gives of and a huge sense of wishing for a couple too.

So, of course I do recommend it to you all. Greetings.

First of all I would like to do this review not because I absolutly loved the story but because the few reviews that are written here doesn't portray objectively the reality of this manhwa, which is not trully informative nor fair to the people who catched an honest interest in the title or it's cover to read it, but then they come read the reviews only to find bad reviews. Do not misunderstand me, I do appreaciate when people left honest reviews even if they are bad about the main thing in question, but people ... doing reviews only dropping lies because they didn't even ended the whole story or solely because they didn't like the age gap do not allow them to say untruths. We need objetivity here.
Having said that, I may assure you that this story does NOT contain grooming or pedophilia or anything strange. Here there is only a special relationship of trust between a guardian and his employer with a gap age between them whose romantic relationship only develops once they are both adults. The age difference is 8 years.

ART: The art is enjoyable, nothing extravagant, the colors are vibrant full of the characteristic brightness in all isekai fantasy romance. It's pretty decent to be honest I stood up with worst art in other mangas and manhwas out there. The desing are pleasant and thypical but I particularly enjoyed the male characters desings the most.

STORY: The story itself is not perfect, it is not a masterpiece, much less the best romantic isekai you will find. But what is special about it is that it does not typically focus on romance, at the beginning it is about how the female protagonist adapts, overcomes adversity, grows and matures as a person, develops her family relationships, understands her sense of belonging and her own identity by recognizing herself and who she truly is, as well as learning to recognize what love and affection truly is. You can enjoy filial love from the beginning to the very end of the story. There are certain holes in the plot and the pace of progress of the story at times seems slow and other times explosive, it has certain stressful and even ridiculous setbacks that can make you hate the story, but at the same time you can't stop reading and you want to know the ending, especially in the last and final season. But at the same time, this type of drama and unforeseen upheaval is what makes the stories unbearable and at the same time engaging, that will depend on personal taste.
What I liked most about the plot is that there were no political tactics at all or strategies that give a headache to read, in fact it is simple and easy to read for that very reason. The romance only appears in the last 30 episodes.

CHARACTERES: The characters give a headache at times and their attitudes sometimes become immature, but apart from their humanity and defects they have development and recognize their mistakes later. The ML is not the best but also not the worst among the all bastards I come across so far. The FL is likeable, strong and enduring person in front of the adversities yet she's not that oustanding among other brilliants and well written female lead out there who may also seem as perfect the way they are portrayed, here we have human characters overall.

ENJOYEMENT : As I said before, it is not the best isekai story, in fact this topic is touched upon practically very little so we could characterize it more as a period romance with fantasy more than anything else. Still, it's not a bad story and for my point of view it was worth reading, it was an exasperating read towards the end but it was mostly worth it. The side stories are the cherry on dessert.

This manga surely deserves your reading 📚 😌

Are looking for some sweet, short, not over dramatic yet wholesome not tiring or oversweet? Do you want some "not-so-common" story and with the neccesary amount of hot scenes and such? Are you tired of so much NSFW images since the beggining of the pannels but still you're s not a prude? Tired of overdramatic school's or friends to lovers too cloying repetitive BL stories? Then this is your read!

Story: Is one of the tiphycal ones with school genre on it ... but also mixed with supernatural spice. There's even comedy and romance touches on it.
There's some drama points but not unnecessary topics not even useless characters portrayed. Just the sweet and easygoing read you've been looking for.
Sometimes I do find myself searching for some sweet manga without unnecessary drama on it but still enough interesting to catch my attention and not get bored of it. If you're looking for the same, this is gonna be your cup of tea.
The main story is not the most intrincated or full of complexities as another stories, is just some of the average ones but not those ones that not even deserves the read and you end up with a sense of "meh" feeling after you have read it. Because the read is fast and you don't feel uneasy to end it up already nor even make you feel the story is never advancing to some point or that it's boring you.
Art: For starts we are gonna say that the art is completely fitting with this type of stories but also with this type of BL manga, I guess you know what I mean right? The art is formidable, not pretensious and despite it uses a kind of "common" or "usual" type of art style is still so easy and pleasant to enjoy. Personally I do enjoy this type of art style and the characters desing are in my opinion is way to hot drawn, moreover the ML (seme) and even the secondary characters. Even the girls are pretty well designed and portrayed. The extras aswell, can u believe it?
Also I would like to highlight that I love when mangakas highlight the eyelashes and tears of the characters, making them super bright and artistic, it is very pleasing to the eye, it is something that you will find in this manga. Besides the blushes.

Characters: Firstly, I would like to stand out that I love contrasts in personality and appearance, this manga would fall into that category. The typical cool character who is actually the opposite on the inside, that's exactly what we have reflected here.
The characters in general are likable and visually attractive. Not only talking about their inner values as persons but also there's something I would like to point out about this manga, that is that you end up liking every character showed off, even the seconds or thirds parts.

Enjoyement: As I said the read is quite enjoyable and once you have ended you are gonna found yourself asking for more development of the couple or even searching for more stories from the same artist. You'll be saying "No way! There's not another extra of them?"

NSFW Scenes: There’s some lightly steamy scenes maybe or maybe not? *wink, wink* I’m not about commit spoiler reaching this point, but you are gonna receive what you were waiting for at his time if that’s what you would like to know my friend. No BDSM or rough stuff on here if that’s your thing, just vainilla ice cream please and thanks.

I gave this manga a 4 and I want to explain why: this manga is simply too mediocre and has a story that has exaggerated the levels of simplicity.

In the first place, the relationship between the characters develops without properly showing the internal development of their emotions or their substantial motivations, leaving a feeling of emptiness when their relationship is formally conformed.

The sample of the previous sustenance and origin of that love dragged with time was executed in a very flat and vague way.

When the growth of the feelings of one of the characters proceeds, it simulates lackluster and not very logical given ... the previous events, which were basically very boring and almost without emotion to generate a close bond between the lovers.

I think this story had potential but it was not known to exploit it well, as I said: they took simplicity too far and left vanality in its place.

It's okay that you want to do a sweet and simple first love story, but instead they just conveyed a story in my opinion lacking the desired emotionality.

Not the highest, but not the worst.
It's a really good enough. Why? Because of it has a good development of the main story by hand of the various cases to investigate for.
STORY: If you are looking for pink romance, this is not the manga that you are looking for, now that the manga it's already end and it rest just 8 chapters to me to end it I can say that this manga has some romance but not how you expect if you are an a romantic person due to this history has centry in the resolution of cases relationed with supernatural events and ... of course spirits and murderer's.
CHARACTERS: I read some people disgusted about cliches and the wekness of any or another characters and can't discuss this point nevertheless this is because of the mayority of them are too 'human' characters with his own debilities and sins to comfront. So I can say that this was the way that the creator wanted it gave to this story. It didn't make an undestructible main character, anyone of them is strong enough but together they are better and can afront every situation in front. I found this matter good and reallistic.
ART: The art is one of that kind of art that you shouldn't find in so much manga artist. This is that type of beautiful and dedicated art that you might yourself asking how much time the artist waste in draw it. About the fonds, behind scene's and nature or department structures were so clean to me.
ENJOYMENT: To me I found the story enjoyable and a developed just on the line, maybe sometimes deducing right and another times just been confused. If you don't like detectives, policeman's and crime storys this isn't your manga.
OVERALL: Good. Comparing with a lot of manga's about how to combine crime, spirits, murderer's, trauma's, madness, touches of comedy and romance without get you confused this was a great job done and to me deserves your read and go ahead if you like it.

A nekketsu in the making, a different and entertaining shonen.
This anime is worth it, I would say that it is the best of the season, however, I think nobody could fully explain the reasons why it is a special and interesting shonen to watch.
The first reason is that it has a different and entertaining plot set in the Taishô era, which in itself as in the remake of the anime 'Dororo' provides historical vibes of a Japan characterized by a period populated by demonic creatures own of typical Japanese mythology. So, if you enjoy this type of mythological animes and past ages, this different touch ... will like you as much as I do.
As a second point, our main character is mature, focused, kind and with a great sense of responsibility for their loved ones and life. This type of adult characteristics and the tragedy that must face give us a character of a shonen in opinion: different and attractive. The fights exacerbate the logical capacities of the characters when confronting the demons, which avoids highlighting only force as the main trump card at the time of a fight. The training is progressive, the fatigue and are not appreciated 'power up's', splendid techniques of katanas are shown with a considerably different art.
Third noteworthy point of this anime is that, just as the drama of the tragedy also has hints of humor that relax the atmosphere and seriousness of the fight scenes. Anyway, we can enjoy the enemies and the evil reflected from the demons as something relative, where the kindness of Tanjirô evokes the compassion of the observer, particularly, I think that this is something unique within the nekketsu shonens that I have been seeing, excluding the anime Magi: The lybirythn of magic and its sequel.
Fourth point, the animation, drawings, music and script as well as the enjoyment of the development of the story are adequate and progressive. The work is remarkably pleasant and with details or failures that can be overlooked or almost not noticed. Without exaggerated details is an anime that is worthwhile and in terms of quality, offers entertainment, action, a compelling plot and desire for support and growth by the main character, a condiment inevitable for a shonen.
Without more to say, I hope you give this anime a chance, since I think that in itself, it would deserve to have indefinite animation given its captivating characters of plot and animation.

It was an more hilarious episode than usually, and you can feel the emotions of everyone about the new start that they all are living , it brings you the sensation that something big its coming. In this special like in the previous movie "Take your marks" the element of funny confussions and coincidence again as ingredient,was perfect!
It really deserves your chance, the ED was the best of all! Hope to see more sexy's dance of the boys like this!

MUSIC: Like I said, the ending was the best of the OST that they used it here to me. As well, the sounds ... and melodies applyed for the moments of fight and tension fit very well.
ART: Like always in the previous presentations of Free! Its a really pretty art and animation too. Just on the point.
STORY: Here, its not about anything so important or tracendent about de main story of the destiny of our characteres but its a sweet and fun episode like we know, the essence of Free!
CHARACTERES: All of them have something beautiful to show and enjoy. I was just concerned and confused because of the similarities between Haruka and Ikuya, even I was thinking that their seiyuu's were the same, but thats not the case. However, they are so similar,I hope that this change in a certain future.
ENJOYMENT: So funny, nothing hard to see if you like rythm-storyline of Free.

OVERALL: An 9 because of I enjoyed a lot and laugh.

Firts, this is not the best anime like the most of the shonen's. It has a different story than another storys of vampires and inusual condiments. You can follow an apocalypsis with vamppires and humans into war and even demoniac possesions with drama and touches of comedy.
The good thing here is that you can enjoy the plot and the story line pace even if you don't capture the meaning of each stuff from the manga, by the way, there are some changes from the manga in the animation. I guess all this was because of the fan-service, in fact , I believe that ... the relationship between the two principal characteres is "canon" even so, they don't showed that there is here anything more than an closely "friendship" or "family relationship"- Actually, that was one of the problems in the construction of the principal characters in my opinion and all the main story. There is a kind of complex , better to say, there is an obssesion around the necessity of mantein and protect the link with the family or the people that they considerer important.
At least I enjoyed the two seasons and it wasnt hard ended them fastly, thats one of the reasons because I recomend this anime, just give it a try.

Maybe many come looking for an arduous romance between two people and find this story uninteresting, this story presents the darkest side that can be traversed by loving someone and losing it and continue living despite it, this anime has the message of "Live and continue living" in each chapter. Violet Evergarden is a powerfully dramatic and realistic anime. If you watch this anime you will not only enjoy the rich plot broken down into different stories per chapter but also the personal growth of the protagonist so the stories will surely touch your heart, sincerely I cried too much in each chapter. This is ... a great love story, a love broken by fate that touches the depths of your heart before that loss and the affections that we can go through in our lives. Highly recommended, this story hurts and heals the soul.

I even don't know why this anime has so many awfull reviews. I believe that this anime doesn't deserve to be call "garbage" or an "stereotype" I don't know what kind of anime of yaoi genre the people who writed the reviews saw, but I am certanly sure that this anime it's not that bad.
Firts, this is not the typical story of every yaoi OVA where you can see just sex scenes without a real love story or romance, I think that dispite the fact that in the manga there is a lot of sex scenes the producers made a really good job ... to present a different, enjoyable and for moments a funny boys love history.
Second, the characters fits a lot with the personality of a real person and the storyline is not like the usual yaoi animes without counting the fact that it shows you yhe real feelings of the two and from my side I could feel their true feelings trascending the screen, I could feel the love between this different persons (in a lot of senses) and thats its too much for a " real fujoshi".
Third, the yaoi genre its coming out at the world of the Japan animation since a few years ago, so its very important if we want more animes like this or even better support this kind of storys with the sex scenes censured even if we don't like to do it, due to if you enjoy the BL storys and you want it more in the future you have to be thankful to the fact that they produced it and they took the hard chance. Because of if all the fujoshis admit it: these is not the most rentable genre to produce.
Finally, the story mantein you atrapp and there are enjoyable the pieces of comedy including the cute scenes, you can see a lot of kisses and for me it was enough even if they cut the sex scenes you can figure it out, we are not kids. The opening song at the begining doesn't liked me at all, but for the four episode I found myself singing it and the same with the ending song I was following the dance of the characters with an a smile on my face.
If you like the cute storys BL and you look this anime with a good predisposition you are gonna love it, just give it the chance! The animation its not perfect, but its fair. Just take a look!
