...then you might like Shiguang Dailiren add

Both stories deal with other people's lives and their backstories. What I found most similar while watching Shiguang Dailiren was how each episode was an emotional heart jerker, just like Death Parade. These two anime and donghua, are both undoubtedly at the top of my list if you want something to wrench your gut each episode.

If you liked Banana Fish add

...then you might like Mo Dao Zu Shi add

The protagonists in both are similar in some ways. For instance, both Ash Lynx and Wei Ying lost the people closest to them before their very own eyes and suffered through a lot throughout the show. In both animes (or donghua fo Mo Dao Zu Shi if you prefer) it is hinted to have BL between the two main casts. Both shows are absolutely heart-wrenching. I think you might get a similar vibe to Mo Dao Zu Shi from Banana FIsh.

...then you might like Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e add

Did you finish Classroom of the Elite and found yourself really liking Ayanokoji? Well, the main character in One Outs, Toua Tokuchi, is as similar as it gets. Coolheaded, ruthless, smart, has a perfect Pokerface, and controls everything in the palm of his hands; Ayanokoji and Tokuchi both have all of these traits. Tokuchi is the type of character that you can completely trust to do a satisfying uno-reverse in times of "crisis" for his/her allies, and leave the antagonist's mouth gaping wide open. As you are probably guessing, they are both psychological thrillers, fun ones that give a heck of a ride. If you are holding back because One Outs is a sports anime, then don't worry. Coming from a person that knows almost nothing about baseball, I had a great time binging this anime episode after episode. So give it a try!
