Since nobody has wrote reviews to this, guess I'll be writing one. Now Make love Shiyo is nothing special but its not bad as its good for what it is, a smut romance... well sort of.
Story:5/10
The plot focus on Mari Nishimiya as she wants a lover for her life time. She and her childhood friend venture into a pub and there they meet Leon who is dancer there. Thats when the relationship between them starts to bloom. Now pretty much the plot is simplistic as its about a girl looking for love and she manage to get that with a pretty bishie. This is
...
done by Mayu Shinjou who is well known for making these love stories so you think there might be a lot of sexual content but there isn't much as I read this which is nice as she didn't resort to that all the time like in her other works. One thing I like is the humor as it can be hilarious with Mari being insulted as looking like a kid. But as for the rest of the plot elements its simple affair of teacherxstudent, a person threatening them to expose their relationship, people saying that they don't match, etc. Its those conflicts that you already seen in most other manga. So the plot while simple, its not bad. Its just average.
Art:8/10
The art for this is good for the most part. Mayu pay close attention on detail when it come to characters. There expression really shows effort and the backgrounds are nice. So overall art is very pretty look at.
Characters:6/10
As for characters well they follow the tropes that we have seen. Mari is the typical girl who wanted love and there isn't much depth about her other then the fact people mostly see her as a child which open for humor in her relationship with Leon. Leon is different from other bishies that I've seen in Mayu other works as he is not the bully type and the love he shows to her is pretty natural for shojo standards. To me I kinda like the change as I'm starting to get to my limit to bully type bishies. Their relationship really is sweet and cute, that I'll admit. There is also this other character name Yuuta but he is mostly pointless and doesn't have any importance other then the fact he is her childhood friend and is use as a plot device. Nothing more I could say about him. So overall character are decent enough.
Enjoyment:7/10
So overall if your a Mayu fan like I am, then you'll enjoy this. But as for the rest if you wan't something simple then read this.
Overall:6/10 Fair at best
People who are reading this, please give me feed back if you think its helpful or not.

After seeing most of the reviews of this show, not much is explain why people love it or hate it(but mostly people love this)with the exception of one that is top rated at the moment. Here is my review of rave master and hope this is helpful to you.
Story:7/10
The story is very typical as its just a certain boy who is destine to go and stop a great evil but must collect something in order to get stronger and stop it. So why is this enjoyable? I'll tell you why its because of its back story and how the plot progresses. There is so
...
much back story that explains what going on and goes deep to make this not bland and shows a lot of time is put into this. As the plot goes on, the objective changes. Collecting rave stones is still there but its how they collect them that is change and that I'm not gonna spoil it, but lets just say its surprising even to me. This clearly show that this is gonna last like 100 more episodes but then they end it with a cliffhanger. I ask why!? How come this show doesn't get more episodes like fairy tale as that still ongoing and lets not forget this is base off the manga of the same creator who made the fairy tale manga that the anime fairy tale is base on. I should also say that the anime is a little different to the manga which might disappoint some people who read it but to me its not a huge deal as I expected this but at least give it a non open ending! Now I know people might say its glad to end it because it might of drag like the other ongoing shonen jump titles and I can understand that but not to me. Also if you wan't all the answers to certain plot points they mention, you'll have to read the manga and I hated when they do that! So overall the plot I say its good but could of been great if they ending wasn't so open and gives the answers to are questions.
Art:8/10
The art is generic but is above generic. The characters looks is just like the manga which is nice. The animation is also very fluid and seems to be done well. But the backgrounds looks very crappy as not a lot of detail goes into them. So overall the art is very good and fits well.
Music:8/10
The score is pretty decent. The BGM is pretty bland but fits when it comes to humor and serious moments. The ops and eds are good and can be pretty catchy. In the english dub version we don't get but the score use really show they care. The BGM in that fits since the anime is goofy and seems to go well in the scene but its still pretty bland. The op they use is just one of the best dub themes I heard. Well to me anyway. So I give both of the music a score of 8 as they both might have some music you'll like.
English dub vs english subs:
Now the subs is really well acted as Tomokazu does a good job of being Haru as he captures his personality very well. There is also Ayako who voice Elie which really capture her sprite and dignity even when she doesn't know who she is. The rest also did a good job so no need to go in detail but what about the dubs. For one thing it is very corny almost to the point of bad and seems to be for kids(which is no surprise since this is licence by Tokyo pop and this aired in cartoon network) but thats the charm of it. The actors manage to work around it. And I notice that one of them is voice by Tom Kenny who voice spongebob and he fits so well with the scripts he is given. Also I notice that the jokes are very funny to make a teen laugh. So I say check the dub but if you can't stand those kinds dub then stick to the subs.
Winner: English dub if you are into funny goofy stuff, Or Subs if you wan't well acted voice works.
Characters:8/10
Now the characters are pretty generic at first. They all basically follow a certain shonen stereotype as we seen in many other shonen anime. But as the plot goes on, it give lots of development for are characters. Plus there is also some things we don't know about them which keeps us hook to these characters and hope we get the answers. One example is Elie as the more close she wants to know who she is, the more we wan't to know. The villains show a lot of threat and plus some show that they might be good but we don't see that until its shown. But there are some characters we don't get the full knowing of them which is a shame because I'm really interested into these characters. So overall the characters are not as generic as you think and you'll probably have one of these as your favorites.
Enjoyment:8/10
Rave master is a shonen anime you should check out. It will keep you happy but its not great do to some lacking in areas like in plot. But give this a watch as this is one of the better shonen animes out there.
Overall:8/10 This is the greatest anime

The idea of romantizing vampires is a mix bag for me. Now I'm all go for new ideas to redefine the genre like how zombies is going, but some shows to be a big fail with some exceptions. This happens to be one of them as it show a vampire romance done right. Here is my review of it.
Story:8/10
The plot follows Kaya as she found a job as a secretary to Kyouhei who is mean playboy. But then she later found out that he is a vampire and must work for him as his permanent secretary in order to keep his secret. Now
...
as expected in a romance story they go threw the trails of love such as Betrayal, Affection, acceptance, etc. This works well as it actually show progress on how the plot unfolds. Now this meant to be taken serious for the most part. There is some humor to break it up a bit and it really made me laugh at times. But there are some things that I wish they could of explain more like the vampire clan and the power that they mention when meeting the leader. But in the end the plot is well paced and I don't feel that its rush in any way.
Art:7/10
The art is done very well. The detail on the characters are very nice and it seems that its in good care. The expressions Kaya made really is very funny to look at. But the backgrounds are average which is strange as I think if she put more effort to it, it could of made it the best looking manga. But for what it is, its fine for shojo standards
Characters:8/10
The character are very believable. Kaya is a strong woman as she is passionate and his relation with Koyuhei is very interesting. She and Koyuhei knows what they are in day and night. They are just so believable that I actually care in hoping that they will be together. Plus the behavior they have is really realistic. The side characters rage from supporting them in what they do to enemies that tries to stop them and they did a good job on helping developing the main leads. And they did have develop to their characters but not much in my opinion.
Enjoyment:9/10
This is best romance about vampires so far. This proves that it can be done right. I recommend it for people who wants a good well thought out romance about vampires.
Overall:8/10 This is the greatest manga

When I was a kid, I love sonic x to death and praise the dub back when I was watching it every Saturday morning of the 4kids block . But as I got older and starting to use the internet, I come a across many people ranting about 4kids who are the one who dub sonic x. As I start to know more of what they do to anime they got, I realize how much of my childhood I wasted. Now that I got that out of the way, lets me say that sonic x is a decent anime but didn't reach its potential when
...
it was announce. So here is my review of the show.
Story:6/10
The plot starts as sonic and his friends attacks Dr.eggman's base to rescue Cream and cheese. Sonic face him head on but an accident occurs that suddenly sends sonic and his friends to a different place in time I guess since the anime did a bad job of explaining that part. Later he meets up with Chris who lets him stay. The others are found and they start to look for the emeralds before Eggman can. Now my first issue is this. It gets very confusing as what I said before, did not explain much of how they got sent back in time. This has been later explain in season 2 but I'm still confuse!? Another problem is that it very cliche and I notice this a lot threw out the entire anime. This show had 3 seasons and to me the good ones are season 2 and 3 as season 2 follow mostly from the games with few changes and it works and season 3 having a decent plot arc. But in the U.S version you won't get the full story as their a lot of edits done in order to fit to children standards. I watch every episode dub and sub and I notice a lot of scenes cut out and stuff they edit out in order to get a Y7 rating in america. Ya they pretty much rape it to death as far as everybody says. So for plot I give it a 6 for the japanese.
Art:7/10
The art is really decent for the most part. While not at the wow factor, it gets the job done. The bland background are really detailed and the character look well enough like their video game counter parts. The action scenes are really the best moment as the sense of speed looks so well. So art it did its job.
Music:8/10
Now music is pretty decent. The opening is good but I like the ending songs the most. My favorite has to be ending 3 because I just freaking love those beats. And the background music did good to fits its scene but we don't get that in the in the U.S oh no we get very bland music 4kids made which is epic crap! The only piece of music I like is the opening and thats it! So music I give it a 8 in japanese while I give the 4kids a 1 and thats because of the opening.
English dubs vs english subs:
4kids this has to be one of your worst dubs ever! Well not as bad as one piece but still its bad! Now the voices are actually pretty natural for the U.S but the main problem is the script! 4kids hired script writers who don't know what sonic is. This is fail fail fail as its so simple it just makes me sick! Now the japanese is a lot better with better voice acting and dialoge so watch it but please avoid the english dub at all cost!
Winner: English subs
Characters:6/10
The character are just like their video game counterparts. In the japanese, I praise it for trying to add more depth to the characters. I actually care more about them. You wont get that in the dub as they try to simplify it so kids can understand it. As for the new characters, they are hit or miss. Some I do like while others are pretty much useless like Chris who is just there to be friends with sonic and the anime mostly focus on him which really waste time. There is also Cosmo and she just there to be a love interest to tail with some few exceptions. So character I give a six.
Enjoyment:6/10
Well the japanese version is where I get the most enjoyment out of. The dub pretty much knock it all down with its edits and bad writing! While not great, it is what its worth a watch so I watch it if you have some time to waste but only subtitles. Parents don't let your kids watch this in dub because if you do, once they become anime fans, They'll realize they have wasted part of their childhood like I did.

This is a re-edit as my original I was not satisfied with. Ok let make this clear! when I first read this, I really enjoy it as I thought its a different take that I never seen. But to make sure I re-read this like 30 times and my conclusion is that its really wrong.
Story:1/10
The plot well I thought it was good the first time I read it. Its about Ayano who is in total shock that Hijiri, one of her students is the same person who she hang out when she was a teen and he was a kid at the time.
...
Now I thought it was a great set up but with only two chapters, you better have a good story in that set amount. But it wasn't develop as well and we don't get much back story about the two leads. And now that I think about, when I read this I thought its was a horror story because the love is really creepy then romantic. For story well I give this a 1 and it was almost close to zero if weren't for the fact that it will keep you reading.
Art:9/10
The art is really this manga's strong point here. Every thing is very detail and looks good for shojo standards. The characters are also looks very pretty so in conclusion the art is great.
Characters:2/10
The characters are by far the worst part of this. Hijiri is a complete nutcase as I don't see how Ayano could like him. He force his love on her and she starts to fall for him!? Ayano while strong in the Beginning, she gets weak at the end which really piss me off. If the manga author is going to make those two fall for each other then give us reason. What would of been nice is to know more about Hijiri as I really wanted to know how he got insane. Is it because of his love for her, is it because of his parents abuse him, is it because of a tragic accident? But nope we don't get it which leaves lot of questions and leads to a unsatisfied ending. So characters I give it a 2 because at least they will try to entertain you.
Enjoyment:1/10
I'm not gonna recommend this as its pretty dreadful. My enjoyment drop after every re-read of this all the way down to a 1. I think this could been better if it have more chapters to tell us more about the characters. So if you gonna read this, good luck then.
Overall:1/10 COMPLETE AND ULTIMATE FAIL! >:O

Hyper police is one anime I was interested in but when I seen the entire show, I was disappointed but its not a bad anime to watch. So here is my review of the show.
Story:5/10
The story follows Natsuki who is a rookie bounty and half human/half cat in a world where humans, monsters, and gods live together after mankind has fallen many years back as now in this time they call it the holy era. Natsuki and the other bounty hunters jobs is to keep the peace from many monsters and sometimes human who are trying to breaking it. That's the plot and here
...
is my main gripe. Its episodic. That's the reason why I'm disappointed because there is no plot to speak of until when its at the very end of the show. There are times that does show a plot but mostly its just filler. But they are entertaining enough to see and the comedy is pretty decent enough. So while the plot is non-excision, at least it does a good job to try to entertain me which is why I give this section a five.
Art:7/10
The art is ok at best. It doesn't look great but its not that bad ether. Character designs look well enough and the action scenes are well fluid in animation wise. I like how the world looks as it really shows that it use to be all beautiful before the holy era began. So the art is while not great, it is fine for what it is.
Music:6/10
The op by AYA is really one of the catchiest songs that I've heard and the ending by Yuko and Chiyako is also my favorite ending so for. But what about the other music. Well they didn't impress me as its like any generic music you hear in the 90's. Nothing special but it fits and they don't sound out of place.
English dubs vs english subs:
This is where I'm gonna decide which track you should listen. The dub is ok at best as its not that bad compare to the other 90's and 80's dubs but I do have my gripes. Batanen voice is a little to deep in my opinion, Natsuki is too high and annoying! And secondary characters are hit or miss. One voice that I praise is Dorothy who did the voice for Sakura as she really gives her character personality. Now I only watch this in dub as I couldn't find the japanese version online. Its like it doesn't exist and I look high and low for it. So if your gonna see this then skip if you want subs but those who wan't dubs then this is good to listen to if you can handle the voice of the main character(seriously her dub voice is annoying).
Winner: English dub by default unless if you know where the subs is then the english subs is the winner.
Characters:6/10
The cast is decent enough to follow. There really isn't much depth to them but there personalities are very good and clever even if I have seen this before. They kinda develop as the episodes go by but they still act the same. So in terms of characters they are enjoyable but don't expect them to develop them well.
Enjoyment:5/10
I did enjoy this when I watch it but as I go on, it kinda drop. I was expecting at least some sort of plot line like how the world is form because it didn't explain it well. But if your in for something to waste your time then this is for you.But if your hoping for good story telling and character development then skip it.

Akuma na Eros is really one of those stories that any shojo fan should be reading just at least once.
Story:10/10
The story is about Miu who is a girl hating on her childish features. She wanted to be with Shion, the most popular guy in her school. She thought that she can use a spell to get him to fall in love in her but instead she summon the devil who will help her get the boy of her dreams in return, she gives her virginity to him. One thing I praise the story for is the funny and quirky moments that really stands
...
out. The plot goes as a very good pace and the idea of the devil falling in love with a human is really original. Another thing that I'm surprise at is that it show a little abuse which is really nice. The only thing I can point out is the topic of occult and christian related themes. Now I'm a bit of a christian myself but this didn't bother me but I think it will to others. But if you can ignore that part then this is a story that is well made which is the reason why I'm not docking points.
Art:9/10
For art it really is drawn well. The characters look really good as expected since they are pretty boys and beautiful looking girls. The backgrounds look nice enough but its a little rough to see what it is at times. So overall the art is nice to look at.
Characters:9/10
Miu is a really strong character in my opinion. While she does act silly she is very strong hearted and plus she is not manipulated as easy as you think. I love the fact that she is proactive to the sexual acts the Akuma makes on her. Speaking of Akuma he is a lot different as we all know how the devil is. But he really is likable with his charming seductive ways. But develop feeling for her which really is interesting to see why. Shion is what you expect from an angel and does try to protect Mui from the devil. There really isn't much to say about him at least in my eyes. The side character are ok as the Akuma assistant, Marupasu is mostly there for comedic re leaf but has some good charms but he is not in the story that much other then to inform him of whats going on. But he does shows more about him in the bonus chapter which is nice. And the other love rival, Serra is just use to be as a love rival as there really isn't that much about her. So overall the characters are really a good bunch to see.
Enjoyment:10/10
I really think everybody should read this if you are in to supernatural and romance fantasies. I really believe that this could work well in a anime but that will never happen....HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH.
Overall:10/10 Everybody needs to read this.

Shinishi doumei cross is a shojo manga that no one would ever look at but I'm here to say its a decent piece of work.
Story:7/10
The plot I wasn't expected to have a bit of a dark turn as Haine is sold off just because she couldn't meet expectation. Her father is a F#Ck head. She got adopted by the Otomiya's and is enrolled into a school for aristocats where her one love is. I think the plot is simple but after reading the first volume of it, I was excited of what is going to happen. But then I got lost when reading it
...
as there are so much things happening in one time, you can get confuse on whats happening. Its like when you are in and argument of five people of seeing who is right and hearing all of them will get you lost. But the twist would really be shocking even to me which really is clever and makes you ask whats next to come. It also has bit of dark elements to it. Not much but is enough to be noticeable and adds to the plot. I feel that this has ended to fast as the ending didn't do a good job of closer. It's not bad but I feel like they are getting ready for another volume but something must of happen so they stop. While it didn't do well in some part, I think the story is decent at best.
Art:9/10
The art is incretably detail and well suffice. The backgrounds looks really well and there are no flaws to point out. The character also look very good but when I look at them, they kinda look the same from each other. The designs felt like its reuse just in a different way to a different character. That's the only complaint I have as everything else is fine.
Character:8/10
Character are really well done but it will take time to settle do to the fact of so many things that happen. Haine is really good and is not much of the damsel in distress which I much appreciated but she does have her fair shares of moment. Her relationships and interaction with the other really help out fleshing her and the others characters. There are time that has its" OMG is that possible" moments which really didn't help but they are not a huge deal.
Enjoyment:7/10
If you can handle the fact of getting lost in the story, Then this is good read but its not something I would like to re-read. But this is something that is worth checking out.
Overall:7/10 Decent enough to read

UHK is a big WTF moment. But for some reason it works and its met to be that way as its a parody of a certain type of heroes called kamen. I enjoy this as I feel the author knew what he is doing. Here is why I enjoy it.
Story:9/10
The story well its mostly episodic and doesn't follow any arc. But I realized its met to be laid back and just go with the flow. It follows Kyousuke Shikijou who wants to be a police like his dad. One day while a bank robbery, he got a pair of girls underwear and became the
...
hentai kamen. One part I like are the joke they put in. Even if I don't understand since I don't know what a kamen super hero is, I still laugh. One problem I had with this is the ending as while I don't want a complex ending just a average ending is nice but it goes to a new story that is gone out of no where! go check the last chapter and you'll see what I mean. For plot it did well for us to just lay back.
Art:7/10
This is a parody so the art doesn't need to be spectacular. It is consistent and helps make the jokes funny. They also has a good feel of the 90's which makes it all great. But sometimes it can look stale at some parts which really can bring it down. The action scenes are really nice and well drawn for a parody. So art while a bit stale, it fits.
Characters:9/10
Every character is very stereotypical but it works. They fit into the jokes which gives them personality. Luckily this does not make them bad or overdone. In fact it feels like they are the entire joke of themselves which makes it more for laughs. So Characters are great in this series.
Enjoyment:10/10
I'm not gonna lie. When I first saw this, I thought it was gonna suck but when I read it, its turns out into a great funny series. I recommend this for those who like parodies.

Arakure aka the wild ones is a good series that shows that reusing ideas can be done well.
Story:9/10
Well for story its already done before as we see the main lead looses a family member and is taking in by a other relative. But I think that the part when she realize he is the leader of the Yakuza is just awesome. The way how she needs to adapt that she is part of it really stands outs as original. It also has some really funny and clever moments which I like. So story while its overuse, it did well.
Art:10/10
The art is well
...
done. The looks on the characters are really beautiful especially on the old looking people. Not a lot to say other than it looks good.
Characters:8/10
For the main female lead, Sachie did almost of a good job as she is a very strong character. But at times she needs to be rescue which really isn't necessary. Why is it that shojo manga have to make women the damsel in distress. I'm a guy and I'm tired of seeing that but with her strong since of justice it balance it out even when it get her in trouble. Rukuto while not original in some way, he is very complex. He is afraid of the what the future lies ahead which works for his character. The rest is pretty typical but are there for support and some laughs every once in a while.
Enjoyment:8/10
The unoriginal plot kinda knock my enjoyment down. But as I get farther into it, I see that its very enjoyable.
Overall:9/10 Almost being perfect
