SO MANY reviewers redirect people to the manga, and having read it, I can guarantee you it is not much only having a snipper panel cut here and there which doesn't retract from its horrendous writing.

As most other reviewers or most "fans" have pointed out, it REALLY IS only that one Adam Vs. Zeus fight that was worth a damn. Everything else fell flat on it's face. This work (both anime and manga) merely serve to glorify "Japanese Heroes", wherein they tend to be the only ones in all the fights who end up actually winning. Not ... saying out your tin foil hats, but there's clearly biases and an agenda moving forward with this one. Almost reminds me of KADOKAWA and how they oush forth their imperialistic japan views unto every work they touch/release.

There ia NO STORY as everyone points out. The art is OK at best, and the constant narration takes away from the immersion. What you're left with is a lackluster work that advterises itself as an action human vs gods tournament style fighting gig but ends up with so much convoluter talking it takes away all of that.

Fights in which would be reasonably won by some humans (Adam) get pulled out from under us, and fights wherein the humans would reasonably lose (Kojiro) somehow end up getting insane plot armor and win. With most victors being japs, almost kinda feels like the author is just shitting on everyone else with little to no diversity in the human fighting roster, which surprisingly, again, has more japs than anything.

Overall 0/10 dogsh*t anime/manga in both regards.
