Both have a well executed supernatural aspect. They hit you in the feels at certain points and are heavy on the drama. Multiple love interests in Pinocchio with less romance and little bit of comedy while Ohayou, Ibarahime is focused on mainly "two" people and is much sadder.

Though the genders are swapped, there's someone who has shut themselves off and is struggling mentally. A new face comes into their life and changes it for the better, love begins to blossom between each couple and it's quite wholesome with a touch a drama.

There's a great chemistry between the two main couples. The comedic undertone in each is great and both mangas don't have any triangles or rivals trying to butt in. Their friends are supportive and develop at least a semblance of romance as well. Furare Girl does have ecchi in a couple chapters, but it doesn't hinder the story.

Boy ends up in an all female dormitory. The girls are all older and their interactions are wholesome/ecchi.

Machida and Sakurai go out of their way to help lots of people and they're loved by everyone. Both mangas are very wholesome and make you smile. Though neither mangas have romance tags, there's a little bit mixed in.

...then you might like Chiguhagu na Karera no Koi no Yukue add

Both mangas are pretty sweet and involve the workplace and video games. Game Yaru kara 100-en Kashite is longer, focuses on retro games with mainly the female being interested in them, and the relationship takes a while to progress.

Both mangas have tomboyish heroines who are very athletic. They're both treated like one of the guys, and in Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko; the main guy even thinks she's a dude. As well as thinking Tomo is a boy, Junichirou is also athletic and stupid; unlike Yuuto. There's some comedy in each manga as well.

...then you might like Onna ga Nigate na Yankee to Shoujo no Hanashi add

Cute relationship between a tall dude and a small girl; very wholesome. No kuuderes in Onna ga Nigate na Yankee to Shoujo no Hanashi and the dude has a fear of women. If you liked Aharen-san wa Hakarenai but wanted more romance, Yankee & Little Girl (they're the same age) is a great option.

If you liked Hajimete no Gal add

...then you might like Gal☆Cleaning! add

Romance between a wimpy dude and a gal. Both guys gets flustered easily.

If you liked Ane Naru Mono add

...then you might like Kuchi ga Saketemo Kimi ni wa add

Wholesome relationship between a young boy and a monster. Ane Naru Mono is still going, has a few darker themes, and some sadder.

If you liked Danshi Koukousei wo Yashinaitai Oneesan no Hanashi add

...then you might like Shingeki no Eroko-san: Hen na Oneesan wa Danshikousei to Nakayoku Naritai add

Pretty much the same manga, but Hoshi-kun's parents didn't abandon him and Shingeki no Eroko-san has lots of ecchi.

Both are an ecchi romance. The couples do lewd things to one another and there's lots of blushing. In Sokuochi Mayuri-chan, the guy's the main pervert. In Shingeki no Eroko-san: Hen na Oneesan wa Danshikousei to Nakayoku Naritai, it's the girl. Shingeki no Eroko-san has the pov from both people, each chapter is longer, and there's more talking between them.

Both are about a girl marrying a noble. The main males in each series could be considered pretty and they both invest lots of time helping others and working. In Akagami no Shirayuki-hime, Shirayuki is a commoner and due to that, she faces adversity. In Akuyaku Reijou nanode Last Boss wo Kattemimashita, Aileen is "evil" and has to overcome obstacles related to that. Both girls are smart, kind, and lend a hand in helping the kingdom.
