When I started reading this, I thought it was a stupid fanservicy manga with a vaguely interesting aesthetic. Thankfully, despite the main girl constantly pulling her skirt up or revealing her cleavage, the main relationship somehow still came across as cute and wholesome.
The further in you get, the more this lovely gothic world opens up and shows a wonderful and fun cast of characters with cute, feel-good friendships as well as gushy romances.

After how season 3 ended the way it did, I was very much hoping for this season to somehow magically fix the shark they’d jumped.
Season 4 started promising, it was obvious that the focus would be back on the office rather than the insane gimmicks they’d pulled for seasons 2&3 (however fun season 3's started) but then things went... well, plot-wise they went downhill, but so did the character portrayal.
