They both had a really similar feel to me. They both get serious sometimes, but they lighten up the mood with funny out bursts. And they both also have the exaggerated drawing styles at some points to make you smile :P

If you liked Mars add

...then you might like The Other Side of the Mirror add

Not only the art, but the stories struck me as very similar. The main guy characters are much the same, and the girl comes into their lives and change them. The main difference aside from plot is that the main girl in Mars is a little more innocent than the one in The Other Side of the Mirror. But if you like one, give the other a shot!

If you liked Yokujou Climax add

...then you might like Hana ni Arashi add

The main guy characters in both of these really made me think of the other, though Ran in Hana ni Arashi is a good bit more innocent. The female leads are also similar in that they deny their love of the guy for a good time before accepting it. Anyways, I think that if you liked Hana ni Arashi, then you will like Desire Climax too, just be warned that Desire Climax is more mature.
