Story(3) : The setting is based on Sword Art Online atmosphere, but that doesn't mean it should get an instant 8 rating. There are these technological game devices that can give you god powers in real life like time freezing which seems to ruin the SAO connection. The main character has nonsensical reasons to be trying super hard on a game, come on, its not a life-threatening game like SAO. Also, the antagonist has nonsensical reasons to start taking games too serious and bringing it to the next level. There are a lot of times ... when the creator of the anime decides to add in random dialogue of minor characters that no one will care about other than for their fan services or insert insignificant dialogue as time fillers.

Art(7) : The art is good. The fan services, yeah okay?

Sound(5) : Mediocre, nothing special in this category.

Character(5) : As mentioned before in the discussion about the story. Characters have nonsensical reasons to try hard in a game, breaking its bonds with SAO with its life-threatening reasons to try-hard in games.
Ex : The most popular girl decides to show high affection for a pitiful outcast guy because he has the "power within". While the guy already knows a girl who likes him.

Enjoyment(3) : I kind of had to skip a bunch of dialogue times that I found insignificant time fillers. I decided to look back at them and went w.t.f. did I just watch. Also face palm a numerous times because of how dumb the characters are for taking the game TOO SERIOUS.

Overall(5) Mediocre : I was drawn into the anime because of people saying this linked to the future of sword art online. The story is poor(sh*t), the art is good, the sound is mediocre, the enjoyment is poor as it doesn't really drawn you into it other than the fact "THIS IS RELATED TO SAO, CONTINUE WATCHING FOR ANY TRAITS OF KIRITO OR ASUNA." which is biased. Personally, if this was the actual future of the world sword art online was set on, I'd never want to see any more of it ever again.
