Both are 26 episodes. Both are sci fi western anime. Both have main characters who suffered a dark and tragic past. Both are considered anime classics. The difference is Cowboy Bebop is episodic, while Trigun has more of a linear story. The main character of Trigun is also a bit goofier than the main character of Cowboy Bebop. However, anyone should see the both of them before they die.

Both are fantasy anime which have a very large cast of characters. They both also run for the same amount of episodes (51). They both also have an ending that is only for the anime. The difference is Soul Eater has a comedic tone, while Fullmetal Alchemist has a dramatic tone.
