After watching the entire anime, I would use one word to sum it up - Terrible. I am a reader of the light novel version of this work, which I have read from volume one to volume eight. Additionally, I have also read the web version of this light novel.

First of all, let's talk about the plot. It is too fast, like riding on a roller coaster. As I mentioned earlier, I am a light novel reader, and this anime should not be presented in this way. This work requires many episodes to explain the change in the feelings of both ... Mahiru and Amane. For example, how they slowly change from normal neighbours to a couple. However, they keep skipping the details, which makes people feel embarrassed. If I were the director, I would adapt only volume 1 and 2 in 12 episodes, because the details are necessary to make the anime enjoyable to watch.

The second thing I want to discuss is the quality of the anime. Wow, it was terrible. It is one of the worst-quality anime I have ever watched. When I watched the anime, I kept seeing the characters' faces changing. The shadow, colour, eyes, etc. all went wrong. There wasn't even one episode with average-quality animation, which is so disappointing.

When the announcement was made that the light novel would be animated, I saw the studio making this anime and I just sighed. Project no.9 has ruined many anime adaptations. When I saw the production studio, I already had low expectations. However, Project no.9 did not even meet my low expectations; they made it even worse. My standard rating for anime is already low. For example, in some anime that perform normally, I can already give a seven or an eight. But for this, I can't bear it. I would say this anime is an example of bad anime.

For those who really like this anime, I would recommend reading the light novel. Even if you have watched the whole anime, I would recommend reading from volume 1 again. Because it is one of the best romance light novels I have ever read. Up to now, I still can't find another light novel that can make me enjoy the story more than this.
