This is not your typical isekai reincarnation romance.
Story 9/10
It reads more like an epic magical fantasy romance. It's got magic school, a reincarnation theme and isekai (sort of indepent from each other), very fairytale-like romance.
It's plot-based rather than character based as are most romance. The story always takes cliche settings scenarios and characters and fleshes them out. It's difficult to know exactly what's going to happen next, and I'm consistently happily surprised by what happens. It's usually not the usual annoying cliche direction, but takes the parts that make the cliche good and run with it. It's twist are more of perspective shifts and new

information revealed to the audience, than outstanding actions by the characters.
It's faster paced, compared to many romances, but time itself flows well in the story. Problems arise and are solved fairly quickly only for more elements from the setting to reveal themselves and reveal more problems.
It starts out a bit weak, maybe a bit chaotic even, but the themes and world-building elements develop and piece together as the story progresses! It's definitely worth sticking through.
It remains very indulgent obviously, almost fanservice-ey in a way that it gives dramatic/epic scenes and resolutions. It knows it's audience well.
Art 9/10
The art starts average, but with some ambitious composition, and visibly improves each chapter. The composition of scenes are really good, spaces are easily to understand.
The aesthetic is amazing. It's got the classic historical and magical fantasy setting, and the art reflects it very well. The visuals are really elegant and build a real fairytale-like world.
The page segmentation is also really good, with a lot of bigger panels rather than small ones!
Very good use of visuals for narrative purposes, like suspense oooo.
If I had to pick a word it'd probably be pretty, in the literal sense.
Character 7/10
Again, it starts off with very cliche almost 2 dimensional characters, but we get to know them better as the story progresses.
The characters themselves aren't particularly outstanding even once fleshed out, but their circumstances and the actions they take are what makes the story interesting.
Nonetheless, each character, and there are many introduced, have a very clear personality. Every single character would make a good protagonist for another story. The rival has a name and clearly has a life outside of the protagonist, so do the sister, the teachers, etc...
It's mostly a shame we get to know characters we don't really see much more off (though this is probably be a yet.) They're so cool, and kind of just there.
Enjoyment 10/10
I've been following this story literally since the first chapter came out, and I've been reading each chapter as they come out. I'm so invested.
Subjectively, to me, this is a perfect story. It has everything I like.
Cool fantasy setting, a sense of epic, a main couple who tries their hardest to be together despite circumstances, pretty art...
The plot itself is really interesting, there's a real element of mystery surrounding the reincarnation theme, a couple you really want to root for because of their devotion and hard work, and both court AND teenage drama ooo.
Overall 10/10
Overall, this story excels at doing what it's aiming to do. And I'm living for it. It's indulgent as it needs to be, and fantastical and if it manages to capture your attention is a real emotional rollercoaster, without using cheap tricks (or at least using them well).
If you manage to get invested, it's a really awesome read!
Final thoughts
I'm 100% very biased because if you were to make a manga perfectly according to how I like it, this would be really really close, but this is now one of my favourite :D and has been since the third chapter came out. I've started hoping it gets an official translation so I can buy it physically :)
